Oga stop blaming your failure on others. Only a weak PDP was easy for Tinubu to destroy.ok . Why are you talking about pdp and democracy as if PDP is the only opposition party in nigeria. When you tidy your home very well it will be difficult for foreigners to destroy.
The issue isn’t whether PDP has internal problems. The issue is weaponizing the judiciary and state apparatus through Wike to cripple a major opposition party.

Today it’s PDP; tomorrow it will be any other opposition that stands in the way. That’s not democracy, that’s how countries end up with Paul Biya–style longevity in power.

History is watching, even if you and other of his supporters pretend not to see it today.

Thank you Gov. Makinde and Gov Bala Mohammed. You both are on the right side of history.

Like I stated in the other thread,
Nyesom Wike the drûn.kárd is doing exactly what he vowed to do, hold the PDP down for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

But he has already written his name in infamy as one of those who, alongside the drug bárón, played the ignoble role of stifling the opposition, undermining democracy, and bastardizing the judiciary

We will be here for those who will try to rewrite history with lies and falsehoods, claiming that Wike and the drug bárón is a beacon of democracy and singing their praises

bamayo:
The last time I checked Nigeria debt burden in DOLLAR WAS less than when he took over from Buhari
If we are going to criticise, we should do that with fact not emotion. So that Tinubu will adjust.
The problem is we are not doing any research on what's on ground. We just criticise blindly and the government is not taking us serious.
When you started that he has borrowed more
Before President Bola Tinubu took office in May 2023, Nigeria's total public debt was $108.30 billion.
As of February 2026, Nigeria's total public debt is approximately $101.4 billion.
So how has he borrowed more than 3 administration combined?
We should commend his strength and criticize his weaknesses, that's the essence of democracy.
Security, he is not doing well at all.
Economy wise, I think he's doing well.
Is Tinubu a thief, yes, big time thief.
Stealing in Nigeria political sphere is a norm because the constitution shields thieves. Even if he tries corruption, it's a battle you can't win.
The constitution is extremely weak and it's not changing at time soon.
How will you fight corruption when even if a corrupt person is convicted of corruption, the law will tell him to pay a fine if meagre amount of money.
It's ridiculous and appalling..
And you can't judge people outside of the constitution.
The constitution frowns at corruption but give a corrupt person soft landing.
However, Tinubu has made it easy for less corrupt person coming after him.
Most of the huddles to development, like subsidiaries and tax reform, he has done them.
It will be easier to work.
If we can have leader like Jonathan or even Buhari, they will easily transform Nigeria. They are less corrupt and still have human being.
Tinubu does not have human feelings like Jonathan and Buhari.
That's my observation. But we need him at the time he came to remove certain things that have been hindering our growth, eg fuel subsidy and floating of dollar.
I believe the mad man will completely remove subsidies on electricity so that private company can invest on it.
That's the only way to be build our country with it large population.
For corruption, even if Tinubu did not remove subsidies, he can still steal borrowed money.
We will suffer for another 5 years and maybe we can get good and passionate leader after him
As of February 2026, Nigeria's total public debt is approximately $101.4 billion.
Before I engage you further, Can you please provide official data especially from DMO supporting this claim

PoliticsRe: Fuel Price Hike: We Incur Cost From 47 Government Agencies - Dangote Refinery by Ofunaofu: 8:31am On Mar 10
“That is the role that the Nigerian government should be considering right now — self-interest. That means ensuring that the domestic refining industry in Nigeria, gets access to crude. Abundant access to crude the right grades of crude. Prioritise the domestic industry.”
The Tinubu regime doesn’t care about Nigerians’ interests. Citizen welfare isn’t part of their “Renewed Hope” agenda. What matters to them is their own selfish gain, more loot, more siphoning.

They’ve already washed their hands of any responsibility, blaming the fuel price hike on the U.S.–Israel–Iran war.

From day one, Tinubu has been telling Nigerians to “bear the pain,” calling it “necessary pain,” as if inflicting untold suffering were a core principle of the Renewed Hope agenda.

BusinessRe: Dangote Refinery MD, David Bird On Fuel Price (Video) by Ofunaofu: 6:17am On Mar 10
The problem is that the Tinubu regime is selfish, self-centered, and indifferent to the welfare of its citizens.

From the very first moments of its tenure, it practically told Nigerians to endure the suffering and pain it was about to inflict on them, insisting the hardship was “necessary” while offering little relief.
PoliticsRe: No Governor Is Borrowing To Pay Salaries Again, President Tinubu Brags (Video) by Ofunaofu: 6:01am On Mar 10
Exousiang01:
Please mention one governor that is borrowing to pay salaries....

If you cannot understand the simple statement the president just made, how is it the presidents fault that you lack the capacity to grow financially.
It takes intellect to make money.
Something you have no idea of

You children don't even know where we are coming from.
There was a time in this country that governors owe 10 months salaries, they run around borrowing money here and there to pay salaries.
You are one of those who dont know anything about the country aside being an Obidient
You asked where we are coming from. We are coming from a time when a litre of fuel was below N200, a bag of rice was under N30,000, and a bag of cement was below N5,000, Food items, basic necessities were cheaper. We are coming from a time when civil servants could realistically build their own homes and still survive on their salaries.

Today, under the economic policies of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the naira has been massively devalued, its value eroded, and the purchasing power of Nigerians drastically reduced. Ordinary people now struggle to afford the most basic necessities.

Governments is meant to make the lives of citizens better not worsen it like Tinubu have done in a gagatuan scale

So spare us the lectures about intellect. Nigerians are not complaining because they lack intelligence; they are complaining because their money now buys far less than it used to.

And saying that governors are not borrowing to pay salaries misses the point entirely. This administration, alongside the governors under it, has borrowed more than any other government in the history of this country. The real question remains: what exactly is all that money being used for?
PoliticsRe: No Governor Is Borrowing To Pay Salaries Again, President Tinubu Brags (Video) by Ofunaofu: 5:34am On Mar 10
Governors are still borrowing.

Tinubu, it’s on record that your administration has borrowed more than any other in this country’s history.

So where exactly is the money going?

So what exactly are you bulabaing?

Foreign AffairsIsrael Investigates Iran Missile Splitting Into Different Warheads In Tel Aviv by Ofunaofu(op): 12:02am On Mar 10
Israeli authorities are investigating a missile strike in central Tel Aviv that may have involved a weapon breaking into several parts before impact.

The Israeli government’s press office described the incident as a direct hit from a ballistic missile.

A police commander in the Tel Aviv area also told a local Israeli television station that the impact involved what he described as a “splitting missile.”

The description has raised the possibility that the weapon may have been a type of cluster munition. These weapons contain smaller explosive “bomblets” that separate from the main missile and spread across a wider area after the initial explosion.

Israel has previously accused Iran of using similar munitions earlier in the conflict and during the 12-Day War last June.

Cluster munitions are banned by more than 100 countries under the Convention on Cluster Munitions, although Iran, Israel and the United States are not signatories to the treaty.

At the scene of the explosion in Tel Aviv, a CNN reporter said investigators were examining debris believed to be part of the missile.

“Debris still falls in central Tel Aviv even after interceptions. One key piece behind me here that investigators are poring over, one official here telling us that it seems to perhaps be one of the warheads we’ve noticed that appear to split in the sky and send off separate fragments down. Now nobody as far as we understand injured in this location but it’s a sign that despite the fact we’ve seen probably less missiles overall fired by Iran over the past days, it only takes one even with the sophisticated air defences here to cause some havoc in a scene like this.”

The reporter, in to a CNN video sighted by Tribune Online, added that the strike has drawn attention from investigators trying to determine whether the weapon signals a change in Iran’s missile capabilities.

“But across the region the focus perhaps now turning as it’s clear Iran’s missile capacities have come down on their ability to wreak havoc closer to Iranian shores with drones that are hitting around the but the scene behind me here is still one of intense scrutiny as I think they try and work out if this marks some kind of new development in Iranian missile technology.”
