Pa Adeboye, you have to be bold and speak truth to power and be seen to be doing so, not operating behind the scenes. You have absolutely nothing to lose. Tell Tinubu that he is the worst president in the history of this country. Tell him he has brought nothing but pain, anguish, and hardship upon Nigerians. Let him know that although the insecurity did not start during his regime, as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, it behoves him to put a stop to the killings, maiming, kidnappings, and destruction of lives and property happening all over the country...not to make excuses.

EXCLUSIVE: Tinubu Government Gifts Each Governor Joining APC N250billion, Senator N1billion, Rep Member N500million For Defection

According to the sources, each state governor who has recently defected to the APC got a total package of N250billion.

The Bola Tinubu's Presidency has been accused of a massive financial inducement scheme engineered to lure opposition governors and lawmakers into the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Top sources within the Presidency told SaharaReporters on Friday that the ongoing wave of defections from opposition parties to the APC is being powered by jaw-dropping financial packages, coordinated directly from the Presidency and supervised by senior government officials around Tinubu.

According to the sources, each state governor who has recently defected to the APC got a total package of N250billion.

"This money is released in two tranches; there is a N100 billion “grant” upfront once commitment is shown, and a balance of N150 billion after the formal defection ceremony," one of the sources revealed.

“So, the state governors defecting to APC get a total N250billion, senators N1billion, and members of the House of Representatives N500million,” he said.

Recently, the Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, and Delta State Governor, Sheriff Obovrevwori, have all dumped the opposition party, PDP, to join the ruling All Progressive Congress.

Governor Mbah, announcing his defection in October, had said the move was driven by his desire to better serve the people of Enugu and align with the APC’s “vision for development and progress.”

The governor had expressed confidence that the APC platform would enable stronger collaboration and open new opportunities for growth in the state.

He also thanked his former party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), for its support over the years but described his defection as a necessary step toward realising his administration’s goals.

“To the Peoples Democratic Party which provided us the platform on which we campaigned and won, I extend deep gratitude. The PDP supported us through a demanding campaign and joined us in celebrating the victory,” he was quoted.

“Leadership demands difficult, even painful decisions, in the service of higher principles and goals. And there comes always a time where everyone must make a bold choice to determine their destiny.
“Today after a long reflection, we have made a decision to join the All Progressives Congress.”

SaharaReporters had also in first week of November reported that the Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri, officially defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), ending weeks of intense speculation and signalling a major political realignment in the South-South region.

Thousands of supporters and APC loyalists had flooded Yenagoa in a carnival-like procession to welcome Diri into the APC fold.

The event drew political figures including Akwa Ibom State Governor Pastor Umo Eno, Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and his predecessor Ifeanyi Okowa, Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, former Edo Governor Adams Oshiomhole, and Minister of Regional Development Abubakar Momoh.

Diri had claimed he left the PDP “in the best interest of the state.”

“Somebody had to take the decision (to leave the PDP), and I took it on behalf of the state. I took it in the best interest of Bayelsa. Some of you might not understand now, but later it will be clear to all,” Diri said.

He noted that politics should be about development and not destruction, adding that peace and unity remain the foundation of Bayelsa’s progress.

“The peace and security we are enjoying is another reason to thank God. Politics is for development and not to kill your brother,” he added.

With his defection, Diri becomes the 25th governor under the APC and the fourth PDP governor to switch allegiance this year, following the footsteps of Governors Oborevwori (Delta), Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom), and Peter Mbah (Enugu).

Are you implying that there’s no genocide? That humans, people aren’t being killed in Agatu, Yeltawa, Benue, Jos, Southern Kaduna, Nasarawa, and Kwara?

Are you saying those mass graves don’t contain human beings being buried?

PoliticsRe: Did Omokri Mistakenly Inform The World About The Christian Genocide? by Ofunaofu:
Reno Omokri brought his friend Mike Arnold on a so-called fact-finding mission not to uncover the truth, but to spread lies, conceal facts, and dismiss the claims of a Christian genocide. Unfortunately for Reno, the plan backfired. It boomerang on him. Mike Arnold exposed him. Called him a Liar.

The whole fact finding debacle further exposed the entire Tinubu led APC regime, their incompetence, deceit, and complicity in enabling terrorists and bandits committing heinous crimes to the whole world. What followed was Trump's speech.

The Tinubu administration went into panic mode. First, they claimed that Tinubu would be meeting with Trump this past Tuesday. That propaganda failed miserably. Then they retracted the statement and said he would be meeting Trump’s vice, JD Vance another lie that collapsed spectacularly. Finally, they said Tinubu would be attending the G20 meeting in South Africa, but they refused to tell Nigerians whether he would actually meet Trump or JD Vance there.

But watch out for the propaganda that will surely follow. If they fail to meet any top U.S. official, they will likely manipulate the situation perhaps by arranging for Tinubu to meet any random white man and clandestinely claim he is a top U.S. official discussing and informing the US government that the so called christian genocide is untrue

PoliticsWhy I Compromised On Punishing Erring PDP Members — Damagum by Ofunaofu(op): 3:16pm On Nov 05, 2025
The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Umar Damagum, has disclosed that he declined pressure to punish erring members for the sake of the party.

Damagum, who stated this in his speech at the Board of Trustees meeting of PDP on Wednesday in Abuja, admitted to making decision and compromises over the sanction of party members, which he said, was for the party’s interest.

He, however, said despite the initial legal hitches, the 2025 Elective National Convention of the party will hold.

The PDP chairman urged that the next National Working Committee of the party be made up of men and women of integrity capable of rallying the base, reviving traditional structures, and inspiring new members across the federation.

“Yesterday, the 4th of November 2025, Justice Akintola delivered a landmark ruling affirming that our party has sufficiently satisfied all provisions of the law and therefore retains the constitutional right to organise its internal democratic processes — specifically, to hold the 2025 Elective National Convention.

“I must confess that what Justice Akintola did, in this era of judicial intimidation and moral compromise, is an act of courage.

“In a time when some have sought to manipulate our courts and intimidate our judges, it takes bravery to stand for the truth and defend the law. His judgment is not just a victory for our party, but for democracy itself.

“And that, my dear party leaders and members, is exactly what this moment in our national trajectory demands of us as an opposition party: Courage.”

He said courage can be contagious, but can also be misunderstood.

He recalled that when he assumed office as the Acting National Chairman of the PDP, he met a deeply divided factions distrusting one another, and suspicion clouding the shared purpose.

“I realised then that what our party needed most was reconciliation, not vengeance, not anger, not blame. We needed to heal the wounds opened after the 2023 general elections.

At the time, some felt I was taking sides because I refused to indulge in the vindictiveness of punishing those they wanted punished. But I knew better. When they could not understand the wisdom of sheathing their swords, they left the party.

Yet, even now, those I was accused of aligning with have completely misunderstood my intentions. The truth is simple: every decision I took, every compromise I made, every gesture of accommodation was for the sake of the party.

“I chose the party, not individuals, not factions, but the enduring institution of the PDP that shall outlive us all. That is what loyalty and courage means.

“Courage is also what our next National Working Committee (NWC) must possess. Our democracy is being dragged through the mud, and beyond that, we now face the risk of foreign interference and security threats that challenge our sovereignty,” Damagun said.

PoliticsTinubu Has Ordered AGF To Withdraw Court Cases Against Me — Natasha by Ofunaofu(op): 6:18am On Nov 05, 2025
Senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has revealed that President Bola Tinubu has ordered the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, to withdraw all court cases filed against her.

The female lawmaker made the disclosure during a Facebook Live video on Tuesday morning, after she was allegedly prevented from travelling out of the country at the airport following what she described as a direct order from Senate President Godswill Akpabio to seize her international passport.

She explained that the President had already intervened in her case, saying there was no reason for her passport to be seized by Immigration officials.

There was no order. Yes, I know I have two Federal Government cases against me, of which the President of Nigeria instructed the Attorney-General of the Federation to cancel, to withdraw the cases,” she stated.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu actually spoke to Godswill Akpabio to terminate all the cases against me because he admitted, he agreed that they were politically witch-hunting me with cases. So there is no reason why my passport should be withheld at the international airport. You have no right to that, madam.”

Visibly upset, the Kogi Central Senator showed the immigration officers in the background, claiming they had withheld her passport for more than 20 minutes.

“Is Godswill Akpabio so important? Why is he overruling boundaries?” she asked. “Godswill Akpabio, the Senate President, has instructed the Comptroller-General of Customs to deny me exit, to withhold my passport. This is wrong.”

Akpoti-Uduaghan said this was not the first time her travel had been restricted.

Recall that the Federal Government filed a fresh charge against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan at the Federal High Court, Abuja, intensifying its legal battle against the female lawmaker. The new charge, marked FHC/ABJ/CR/195/25, was instituted on May 22, 2025, barely weeks after a similar charge, CR/297/25, was initially filed against her at the FCT High Court.

Both charges stemmed from allegations that Akpoti-Uduaghan made statements capable of harming the reputations of Senate President Akpabio and former Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello.
