Much has been said of this HND/BSC dichotomy. I think its high time the issue is tackled once n for all |
azimibraun:Listen to yourself. You biased being! My stand I maintain! Call me any time any day, I will give you facts and figures. |
omenka:Mr. Adult, I can see You. It is only 'adults' that leave issues and attack persons on NL. I have seen your diction, it is very "adultish". I have seen you profile pic, it is "maturity-personified". I have observed your previous NL posts, they are all "adulting". Felicitation! |
azimibraun:Ok fine. Probably, you have a copy of the constitution. Answer this query for me: Does the constitution Not allow the VP of the Land to pick a person that will be speaking on his behalf? |
azimibraun:One thing that is killing our progress is comparison. "That it is being done like that before or that is the it has been". The question is: is that the right way? Is that how it suppose to be ?? That is the question. Stop mention Abacha et al. What does the name Abacha depict in Nigeria today Answer if you have memory! |
azimibraun:You cannot hear those names from ur Nigeria. Go to those countries and you'll hear. Every one has his role and that rule is perfectly followed. Not here! Be objective for once. And leave partisanship. Osinbajo is being tossed around and not respected. That is the truth! |
dayo23:1. I expect him to appoint his own Spokesman himself. 2. I expect him to be Nigerian president any time the president if off the land. 3. I expect him to greet the president. Like a vice and not like a PA seeking promotion from d boss. 4. I want Osinbajo to be "a man". A vice president is a president for crying out loud. Comment in case you. NEed more. Thanks. |
omenka:I just checked your own profile, it is a pity! I won't reply you with such insultive words. Its not in me. Your signature summarises you insanity. |
dayo23:Why can't you be objective for once. This man is not trying. Is he serving Buhari or what. I am not just talking based on the pics but on general perfomance so far. He lacks authority! Kai!!! |

There are three major tribes in Nigeria: IGBO, HAUSA YORUBA. Alphabetically, they are : H.A.U.S.A; I.G.B.O; Y.O.R.U.B.A Let's take the first letters of each tribe: H=Have I=Individual Y=Yearnings Second letters: A=All G=Generally O=Offensive Third letters: U=Under B=Buhari R=Rule Fourth Letters: S=Sentiments O=Offend U=Unity Fifth letters: A=Appreciation B=Better A=Alternative Brothers and sisters, She is HAUSA, I am IGBO, he is YORUBA. We all HAVE INDIVIDUAL YEARNINGS which are ALL GENERALLY OFFENSIVE to one another. But we are all UNDER BUHARI RULE, So let's just understand the fact that SENTIMENTS OFFEND UNITY, rather let us hold on to APPRECIATION which is a BETTER ALTERNATIVE. United we stand, Divided ... My humble message to fellow Nigerians! -OGA INNOCENT - http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/unbelievable-fact-about-hausa-igbo.html |
Topic: WHO IS A YOUTH Having being a human being living on earth for almost 24 years now, I have come to realise some of the Things I had hitherto taken for granted these are what I term the YOUTH QUESTIONS. Most of our younger generations have been wasted, no thanks to lack of spiritual foresight, creativity, intelligence etc; on their part and also on the part of those who nurture and nature them. According to the Oxford advanced learners dictionary, a youth could be defined as a person who is young, especially the time of life between between a child and an adult. In other words, it is an intermidiacy between childhood and adulthood. Youthful age is the very one thing that never returns. It is a temporal state of life, consequently, adequate care and precaution must be taken, for an idle youth makes a needy old age and any mistake made at this stage of life could be everlasting, and regrettable. A youth is not someone who is biologically or physically grown up. Though, however, it is growth inclined; but to a greater extent it is maturity that talks who a youth is. Maturity is synonymous to youthfulness. Time has come for people to understand that maturity goes beyond development of coarse voices in males or shrill and soprano voices in females. It is not all about development of beards. It as well goes beyond development of big "oranges" in females. Maturity is in behaviour, self-esteem and dressing. If you are still wondering what I am driving at, I am telling you to Be matured in walking, talking, dressing, eating etc. The indiscretions of our youth are the happy memories of our old age. Better have ideals in youth, because in old age, you will not. Always be wise! The youthful period is the most vibrant period one can serve God. Humility and self-control should be another name for youthfulness. Listen to this bible verse (Sirach 18:30-32) "Do not be controlled by your lust. Keep your passions in check. If you allow yourself to satisfy every desire of yours, you will become a joke to your enemies. Do not indulge in luxurious living, the expense of it will ruin you." It is a thing of dismay that most youths today do not know who they are. The real concept of youthfulness has been misconstrued, misconceptualized or at worse basterdized and underrated. They see life in the spirit as a thing of old age, because they have one or two things to 'tidy'. It is a pity. Kyrie Eleison! - http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/who-youth-maturity.html |
Welcome back from the last journey. The journey of " The Youths are NOT the leaders of tomorrow" I hope all guys borrowed a leaf from what I said. Those are pertinent truths that need not to be argued. If you are confronted by any one, direct the person to here. Now to the case study of today: gender equality-can gender be equal?? I decided to bring up this topic because of several people especially ladies canvassing for gender equality. Now listen to me all ladies, believe it or leave it, IT Is Impossible For The Gender to be equal. I repeat, it is not possible for male and female to be equal. What are my reasons: Historically, from creation, The creator created man, and after that, there was the necessity for a woman, and he created woman from the ribs of man, and not from the original sand where man came from. What does this mean? 1. Woman was not in the original agenda of creation. She resulted out of necessity, (man's loneliness). 2. Creation of woman from the rib of man is a sign of subordination, submission, and loyalty. Secondly, in Genesis chapter 3, from verse 16, The creator cursed the snake,Woman and man. Here is the curse for women: " I will increase the pain of your childbirth, in spite of this you will still have desire for your husband, but YET YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO HIM"...I repeat the last sentence, "yet you will be subject to him." So saying or canvassing for gender equality is a mere waste of time because the CREATOR has made it so and it is impossible for the CREATURE to reverse the plan and purpose of the ALMIGHTY CREATOR. Shikinah!!!! http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/gender-equality.html |

Good day ladies and gentlemen, my blog readers, I also greet you in a special way. Today, I write on the reason WHY PRESIDENT BUHARI-OBAMA-US- RELATATIONSHIP may crash. . It will be safer not to have a hasty conclusion on this article for the day Simply because of the heading. Patience and reading-in-between-lines may be a prerequisite here. Having said that, permit me to reintroduce myself so that you will take cognisance of my biases IF ANY. I wish to do that by saying who I am NOT: I am Not a Politcian but can also politicise when it comes to politics. I am NOT a crusader of Pessimism, but always say the truth no matter how bitter and whom it may concern. That is for that! . Last Sunday, Buhari travelled to the USwith some cohorts. The meeting of the two presidents took place on monday (July 20 2015) and they both discussed issuesaffecting both countries. Before he left, I also published some things Nigerians don't want to hear after his Obama visit, and thank God we have not heard them. I also advised Buhari on the things he should take cognisance ofabout Obama and his USA. I believe he did. . Now, today, July 25, Punch reported, http://www.punchng.com/news/i-didnt-accuse-us-of-supporting-bharam-says-buhari/ infact not only Punch, Vanguard also reported it, that Buhari accused United States of America of Hampering the fight against Boko haram via her unfriendly laws.Buhari said during his speech in the U.S: “Unwittingly, and I dare say, unintentionally, the application of the Leahy Law amendment by the U. S. Government has aided and abated the Boko Haram terrorist group in the prosecution of its extremist ideology and hate, the indiscriminate killings and maiming of civilians, raping of women and girls, and in their other heinous crimes. I believe this is not the spirit of the Leahy Laws”. But the president however stated that “ I know the American people cannot support any group engaged in these crimes.” . A statement from President Buhari's Spokesman, Femi Adesina reads: . “The regrets expressed by President Buhari at USIP about the impact of the application of the Leahy Law on Nigeria’s war against Boko Haram and terrorism cannot be construed as an indictment of President Barack Obama and the United States Government who have publicly and privately declared their preparedness to give the Buhari administration the fullest possible support and assistance. “Within the context in which they were made, President Buhari’s comments on the adverse effect of the Leahy Law on Nigeria’s efforts to contain Boko Haram’s atrocious acts of terrorism should only be taken as a passionate appeal for even greater understanding and support from a very powerful and longstanding ally. “President Buhari has nothing but the highest possible regard for President Obama, the United States Government, the people of the United States, their laws and institutions. “The President had very successful and useful talks with President Obama, Vice-President Joe Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry, other high-ranking US government officials and members of the United States Congress during his visit to Washington DC. “It is his expectation that those talks will lead to better mutual understanding and a further deepening of bilateral relations between Nigeria and the United States, especially in Nigeria’s current priority areas of defence and security cooperation.” . Now, Why I think the Buhari-Obama-US relationship may crash: . It is obvious that Nigeria is holistically waiting on the U.S to initiate the fight against Boko haram, that is why president Buhari is touring the world making speeches and promises while boko haram is back here killing and taking dominion; and the president has not had a single time to condemn the Boko haram attacks as GEJ used to do those days (I have not heard him condemn the attacks, I stand to be corrected with proofs). I taught charity begins at home. I also taught and have always believed that action speaks louder than words. . In addition to that, the presidency in a tweet released few days back were beckoning on the United states to help Nigeria "without Strings".. . Thirdly, Now, President Buhari has been caught in his own words : “Unwittingly, and I dare say, unintentionally, the application of the Leahy Law amendment by the U. S. Government has AIDED and ABATED the Boko Haram terrorist group..." As was reported by Punch and Vanguard. . With these, the President Buhari-Obama-US-relationship may crash. But I do not pray for that. Good day! http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/why-president-buhari-us-obama.html |
enough of bad words and insults here. lets face real issues: https://www.nairaland.com/2472379/please-stop-demeaning-nigeria-not |
Having taken a cursory look at the recent happenings in the world, particularly the current romance between Nigeria and United States of America, I perceived it as a matter of paramount significance that I put down my observations for a corresponding inference. First and foremost, I wish to congratulate his excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, the Nigerian President on his successful and Potentially fruitful visit to United States. The visit was a paramount necessity, the timing was absolutely strategic, the agenda was clear, significant and meaningful, but then, the MODUS OPERANDI was disturbing; hence the necessity of this script. . It is absolutely necessary because I do not seem to understand the meaning of our Independence if we continue to 'beg' for external help in our own National problem IN SUCH A "CHILD-MOTHER" way (Don't get me wrong). Yes, no man is an Island; and as a Developing nation, ruling out such help from 'such super powers' could be an everlasting blunder. But then, do we have to cry like babies? Do we have to fly ourselves as being incompletely helpless before we get what we want? The answer is No! What actually does Nigerian President Buhari mean by 'without strings'? It is true that my blog may not have attained the required popularity, but I remember vividly that I told president Buhari of the things he should be aware as he travelled to America. https://www.nairaland.com/2455541/things-excellency-should-aware-he I remember that he was aware that Free Lunch does not exist in America. That is by the way! President Buhari said and I quote: “The fact that I now seek Obama’s assistance in locating and returning $150 billion in funds stolen in the past decade and held in foreign bank accounts on behalf of former, corrupt officials is a testament to how badly Nigeria has been run,” “This way of conducting our affairs cannot continue.” As was published in thisday Newspaper: http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/buhari-seeks-obama-s-help-to-recover-150bn-nigerian-loot-/215177/ Can you imagine this statement? Must you tell the World that Nigerian had been badly run? Must you expose all your achilles heel before you receive the so-called assistance? Are we still campaigning? Has the election not been won? How many times has Obama openly criticized his opposition in such a manner...? Or do you think they have no problems at all? America is the World power because they know how to hide their weaknesses and project their strengths...the problem of Nigeria cannot be quantified that of America. America have more issues than Nigeria! Who do they go to? I am not insinuating pessimism...no, not at all. What I am trying to infer is we (Nigerians), President Buhari in Particular, should stop bugling these guys with our problems IN SUCH AN INFANTILE APPROACH THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BOOMERANG. . President Buhari also said and I still quote: "And the maintenance of pressure by the United States, mainly, and Europe, to make sure that the elections were free, fair and credible led us to where we are now. It would have been almost impossible if the United States did not maintain the pressure on the former Nigerian government... " As was published in Paragraph 11 of an article in Premium times: http://www.premiumtimesng.com/features-and-interviews/187005-full-text-of-joint-press-briefing-by-presidents-buhari-obama.html I want to ask a question...Is Nigeria not a sovereign state? Then what does President Buhari mean by 'maintenance of pressure from United States...' That's a misappropriation appreciation if you may ask me. Every kudos regarding the election success should come to us (Nigerians) alone especially INEC; and not United States. What did they contribute to make the election violent-free? How many have they contributed in Burundi? Were they not the ones predicting and prophesying that Nigeria will divide by 2015? President Buhari, sir, Please give honour to whom honour is due. Honour is NOT due for Obama and his America insofar as this election success was concerned. . Fellow Nigerians, Let's get it straight without any form of fear or partisanship...this is not shear criticism (as many would mistranslate), it is simply a passionate call for critical thinking and evaluation. Mr President, sir, first and foremost, please try and understand this (SEE BELOW SCREENSHOT): Nothing is ever free on earth! Yes, fine, they may not have "strings" attached to it, but they may simply attach just a "rope". The underlying factor, which is the bitter truth is there must be an "attachment"...Mr President! . secondly Mr President Buhari, sir, Nigeria is not just an independent nation, we are a sovereign state. Let Nigeria 'seek' assistance and not 'beg for' assistance. "Seek, you shall find". "A begger has no choice". . I rest my case. Good bless my president, Muhammadu Buhari. http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/my-observation-on-president-buharis.html

IAMTHEHERO:My guy, make we begin on time they pursue black goat b4 it gets dark |
Of course it is no longer news that Obama is hosting Buhari in an Exclusive invitation to the White house. We don't know the theme of the invitation, but I personally pray it turns out to be good. However we are not also incognizant of the fact that 'THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH IN AMERICA', hence the purpose of this script. 1.Abortion Legalization is highly abrogated in Nigeria. 2.Whether they call it Gay, or Lesbianism or whether they say man should marry man and woman marry woman...or whatever palatable nomenclature they give it; it should remain with them there. What am I trying to insinuate: Same-S€x Marriage/Relationship is AN ABOMINATION IN NIGERIA. 3. We are NOT interested in the much-talked-about Obamacare or Probably "Buharicare" as it MAY potentially become. No form of 'IMPORTED' Health care Bill is acceptable in NIGERIA. It is short! It is simple! It is precise! We wish President Buhari and his crew a safe and successful trip To and Fro United States Of America. http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/things-nigerians-dont-want-to-hear-from.html |
1. First and foremost, Mr President sir, There is no free lunch in America. So Obama is never trying to Help you fight Boko Haram, rather Obama wants what he will gain from you - It could be Neo-colonialism, it could be resources, it could intelligence spying, it could be unnecessary dominance. It could be another thing beyond my knowledge. 2. Secondly sir, The people you are visiting (Obama and US) are educationally endowed than you, Technologically advanced than you, Politically wiser than you, influentially available than you, resourcefully equiped than you, Monetarily incomparable to you, So be as wise as the serpent! Watch and pray, as you pray and watch! 3. Mr president sir, you have called 20 persons to follow you to US, I hope they are not just your APC cohorts, but knowledgeable and wise! "He that goes to dining with the devil should have a long spoon." 4. President Buhari sir, Is Obama your friend? There is a book called '48 Laws of power' one of the laws says: "Pose as a friend, but work as a Spy" So finally, Mr President Buhari sir, I say to you, BEWARE OF 'BRUTUS' . A word is enough for any man that is wise. 'It is the Lord who speaks.' |
1. Allowing his party to tell us that he has achieved in 3 weeks what GEJ could not achieve in 6 years - Gathering int'l support against BH. While BH has killed almost 500 under his watch. That's ironical! 2. No minister up till this time. 3. No Principal officer - SGF, Chief of Staff, up till now 4. Appointing Spokesman for the vice president. That's wrong, even though they said that there is now only one office for spokespersons to the presidency. Osinbajo deserves picking the person that will speak for him. Whether the person will stay in the same office with Femi and Shehu, that's a different arrangement. Even heaven knows that if am the Vice president, that will happen Over my dead body!!! 5. Calling German Chancellor, "President of West Germany" before int'l community! God!!! That's a grave breach in Knowledge as a president of a country! 6. Appointing a North-westerner INEC BoSs to replace a North-westerner. Ridiculous! 7. saying his age will limit his performance. Imagine! Which means what PDP told us during campaign was true! 8. Openly showing his hatred and lack of trust to DSS (a federal govt property). That's wrong! He should make the changes he want in Aso Rock security diplomatically! Federal govt recruited and trained DSS, federal govt is now rejecting DSS from coming around federal Govt...Buhari nawao! 9. Appointing a Retired Kinsman to man DSS. As if men are lacking! What then is the meaning of retirement? 10. No single action against BH. BH has killed many, and I have not heard him verbally condemn those incessant BH attacks as GEJ normally tell us that time. 11. Appointing a 20 man committee, just to go and meet Obama. Simply Obama invited the Nigerian President, that is what we are celebrating! What an "independently dependent country" Neo-colonialism! Well, Mr. President sir, I wish you and your cohorts safe J to US on July 20. But don't forget that "THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH IN AMERICA". Beware of Brutus! 12. Trying to sideline the Senate President, Saraki...haha ( I laugh) that will be the genesis of his problem. Mr President sir, Remember: The senate president has more power over the president than the president has over the senate president. . That's all. Good morning! http://www.ogainnocent.com/2015/07/after-47-days-in-office-see-12-mistakes.html |
Please, admin, Help me promote this post to the appropriate place so that those concerned will hear. This is so annoying. Could you Imagine that the 2014 Batch B's passed out on 2nd July, 2015, and up till now they are still being owed. I'd cards have been collected, and certificates issued, but entitlements are yet to be paid. On Passing out day, corps members are suppose to receive N1,500 each as transport allowance. But that money has been denied of the 2014 Batch B's in EKITI state, at least as at the time of this report. We heard that N800 has been deducted from the money as a fee for the magazine we were given on passing out day...Fine and good, we still have change of N700. Up till now, nobody is talking about it. Many of the batch B's have travelled to different locations, thus they are not together to constitute a strong force and go for their money. That's why I am using this medium now. The worst is that NYSC bank accounts are not lasting. Some corps members close theirs on passing out, while some banks will even help you close it. Now tell me, if some persons have had their accounts closed, how do they receive the money if they finally make up their minds. The annoying part is that other states have paid theirs, meaning that the money is no longer in the hands of federal government. NYSC EKITI STATE, Pls pay Batch B's Their Money!!!!!!!! Cc: Lalasticlala, Seun |
mrvitalis:We are saying the same thing in a different way - Lamido, Ohakim, Nyako, Nnamani etc are all worse than Amaechi! Now that those "Pharaohs" have been drowned in the red sea, is it not yet time to also crucify "Jesus"? |
kingthreat:Ehya...that's why I hate attacking people on NL. I feel the psychological trauma...pls let's attack the topic and leave ourselves alone. #peace Now to the issues you raised: I am an Igbo. You are correct. I am a TANoid- you are very wrong, as I am not a politician (but when it comes to politics I can politicize) and never intend to be one at least for now. About Igbo Presidency - that is not the subject here. Tribalism is a vice in NL. About giving you sentiments instead of PROOFS: I don't really know how you think? I told you I am raising issues that are obvious in NEWSPAPERS which is enough for EFCC to act: chek these links: http://www.punchng.com/news/wike- impounds-another-amaechis-aides-vehicle/ http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/06 /the-truth-about-my-battles- with-amaechi-wike/ http://www.naij.com/465298-wikes- govt-recovers-car-of-amaechis-aide.html Are those links from my blog again ![]() ? NawaoThen finally, about my blog - I don't know why that is giving you headache? Ordinarily I am not suppose to add it here, I only put it there to show that the person talking has an address, my pic is also there to show am not playing a hide-and-seek game...that's why my blog url is there my brother. Enough of these unnecessary 'necessities'. God bleSs you! |
mrvitalis:Noise? Can you actually define noise? Don't comment because others are doing so. Talk with facts. I will surely listen to you. We are here for serious discussion, am not here for jamboree. Pls get that into ur miniature memory! |
modath:That's your own myopic view. The earlier you look beyond that, the better. |
modath: |
Lanretoye:Probably you need to show your own face, let's compare who is jobless and who is "jobful" Without being told, I am sure you are one of those who don't their birth right as Nigerians. I am sure you are one of those who are praise-singers, whose job is to praise the so-called elite while languishing in poverty and petite living... Yes, if this write-up should be a call to duty, then let it be. I am only raising pertinent issues of topical significance. All my points above are not hidden from national dailies. |
?? That is the question. Stop mention Abacha et al. What does the name Abacha depict in Nigeria today
, one of your bros tried it yesterday as well but he gave up fast..
