Your conscience makes you feel uncomfortable or guilty when you do or about to do something wrong. Which is what the holy spirit do. Meaning, the holy spirit works with that good part of you.
When you have a wrong suggesanon from some external source, or from the so called evill spirit, the holy spirit uses your conscience to remind you what you know and why not to do it. So the conscience might as well be representing the holy spirit.
Man is said to be made of 3, the flesh, soul and spirit. The body or flesh is just like the chasis or the body framework, like the shape and body of a mazda. The soul represent the personalty, potential, gift, intelligence, temprament, humility, patience and all God made to make complete that person different from another.
The spirit represent the breadth of God, that which powers the person to be alive.once the breath is taken away the person dies. The spirit is like the engine of the car while the soul is like the brand (type and shape) of the car.
The spirit is also a medium of communication with spirits. Communication with God via the holy spirit or with other spirit that try to work against the way and work of God. Your soul is the personalty, the individual that decide what to do from all he hears from the all communication and making decision.
Since you are made by God and the engine (spirit or breath of God that form the spirit man) is of God, there the conscience lies and GOD bias.
So the conscience and holy spirit might as well work together and conscience an instrument of the holy spirit.

Well, I can see you have been greatly derailed. You dont understand what the bible is about. It is not a book of power like people might be manipulating you.
When you preach to people, if you have not been told o, you correcting them, redirecting them, reminding them in case they forgot that what they are doing is wrong. Correction is a thing your teacher did, your parent, your friends if you have good ones, your pastor if he is inspired. Police and forces are there for correction and bring sanity. The government is supposed to do that.
So if you are asked to wait for something by someone before you can make yourself useful in people around you, its just like you dont exist or not part of their lives.

Most of the books in the new testament are letters written by Paul to different ministries to correct then. Ephesian, corinth etc. The good thing again was that correction was made. Paul could have kept quiet and the people perish if he had the same 'Judge not' mentality.

Wether yearly or monthly it makes little differece, it suggest, averagely, 1/3 of the tihe should go for the needy and making a balance. This practice was done at a higher percentage in the new testament where Peter encourage everyone to live almost equally by having a common purse. "AND THE NEED OF EVERYONE WAS MET". And the couple who tried to be smart about it died for it by the Holy spirit. Holy spirit / Holy Ghost . There had been some confussion set up by people.

Apostle Paul wrote in one of his books; WE DO NOT PEDDLE THE GOSPEL FOR PROFIT. He must have seen this as attribute of Christ and other disciple. Jesus could have easily gotten alot from people he preached to, healed, encourage and so end up been very comfortable. So many were ready to be his slaves.

Peter encouraged the people to bring all they had, not to use for some investment but to upgrade the poor. To meet the need of the poor. To show true brotherhood  and Christianity which Jesus preached, to be your brothers and neighbours keeper. to be concerned about the needy in your church, community and country.
There is a good difference between moderation and excessive lifestyle  which the bible condemn. Excess of food; gluttony, of wine; drunkenness, even of honey  will purge you.
There is a portion of the bible which says the rich is made rich to be of assistance to the poor. One of the reason for paying tithe was to give to the the needy, poor, fatherless, widow, stranger,

So when a so called man of God has so much and plays around with it in waste, what example is he giving  or what message is he giving to those who pay tithe and offerring.

Pastor Bakare and Okotie are the least greedy(like you said) of all the pastors in Nigeria. For one, they have only a branch of their church cos they are not interested in raising more members to generate more cash. The issue concerning first fruit, tithing, Pass over, Feast of the week,Feast of the Tabernable were dealt with in the past base on the fact that, the main source of income of people them was AGRICULTURE. And in Agriculture, you get your produce, first fruit and income once in a year, around August/ september. It is around this time that all this mentioned above are celebrated and the income in form of produce brought to the church, even as tithe, to be EATEN and shered also bulk of which are given to the needy, homeless, widow, stranger, fatherless, poor and friends.
So, this first fruit was never all of your income, it was about Tenth or some percentage of what youu produce or your income. Then, now that you dont get your income yearly but monthly, YOUR FIRST FRUIT WOULD BE A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR INCOME,  Pls read Deuterronomy 16 and Deut 14 as well.

If I will conclude, the money made from tithe should cover the needs of the fatherless, motherless homes, needy, less priviledged and so on. I dont think another donation in the name of Donation for the needy should arise, its a duplication
If you read Deut 14 well, you will realise that 30%  of the tithe should be dedicated to the needy. etc

What kind of business will i need 4 jet for?
The kind of business that will fetch me much more. much  more will mean in folds of the value of the 4 jets.
Am not sure of the cost of maintenance of a jet wiith the crew but but sure its no bit thing. If the church can make such amount, they should play good role in the lives of those in the church in need. With such gain, the University should be highly subsudised. This is what is expeted of "a famly", "a church" like te new testament preaches in the new testament (Act of th Apostle)
With such interest or gain, it is expected you contribute to development of your area, community, state and National . Not when you make available a university 95% of nigeria cannot afford.
