The only region that voted along tribal lines was were they have a particular candidate over 90% of their votes. Only one candidate was jumping from one church to another during the last election.

Another avenue for people to steal money. Good initiative but how will implementation be? Contractors will lobby, pay millions to get a spot and then defraud the nation.
