I dont think they know that state REC's are regular University lecturers - ASUU members. They are not staff of INEC.
INEC has been using University lecturers and NYSC corp members to conduct elections since Jega.

Proper reforms to employ them for street sweeping, gutter cleaning and other menial jobs done in the night, paid very well compared with the total package of local government councillors and chairmen.

Obi should only expect Christian votes from Urban areas in Middle Belt. Rural Areas only understand PDP and APC. I personally I'm 100% for Atiku and I'm in Nas State. Muslims on the other hand are divided btw APC and PDP.
