Truth to be told,if Governor Nyesom Wike.deserted the great party PDP the way former Vice President in person of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar,former Senate president in person of Olubukola Saraki and the rest.when the party is in disarray. On which party will they return to be claiming Alpha and Omega. I stand with Wike on whatever decision or step he dim fit.

Please don't quote me and saying the person of Adàmu of APC is one time a member of PDP or blah blah O.we all know Wike has been stable both physically and financially to anything concerned PDP right from inception.

He searches for them left, right and centre and just tackles them really hard. That is his style and he is obviously inconsistent.

“It really establishes that what he does is not on principle. I am not surprised by what he has done because that is the way he relates with his opponents.”

If there is any PDP guy thinking along this line then I say it's pure miscalculation and foolishness on their part. This is no longer about Wike but about the party's chances in the south. Anyone with a brain knows there is no way the south will support a party whose structures are made up of the north. Considering the marginalisation they have suffered under this present administration especially regarding employment. If they want to fool themselves that this is about Wike they can wait till Election to learn their lesson. Ask yourself if APGA present a presidential candidate today, do they stand the chance of winning in the North? Why?

I don't blame Wike for anything he is doing today. If Atiku was in the position of Wike, he would have done worse. In fact when Atiku was in this same position around 2014 or 2015 he left the PDP with his gang, Saraki and the others. How do we logically think PDP will campaign and win in the south? If you collected their presidential slot, collected the chairman of the party slot. An average southerner already sees the PDP as a northern party. If they are not careful, this action might end the party as it is clear the south is OBIdient and the APC still have looted funds to help them sustain some positions in this election. Anyone who understands politics knows Wike is fighting for the PDP to win because he had helped his own guys to obtain senatorial candidate and other positions and if this action by the PDP which is already angering the people continues he and his people will loose out big time

He said he will support whoever emerge as the candidate and I'm sure he's yet to renege on that.
What is standing between his promised support for whoever emerge as the candidate is the agreement that if the north produces the president, the national chairman has to resign?
Until they fulfill the promise of the national chairman resigning, Wike cannot be faulted.

How can Atiku ignore Wike

Duke - can't even win his polling unit in Calabar.

Makinde- not even sure of re-election coupled with the fact that other grassroots leaders/chairmen have disowned him.

Kimiko - zero political value. If you think otherwise prove me wrong.

Fayose - you can tell how influential he is with happening in the PDP in Ekiti state and how the APC has been turning the PDP round puke a barbers chair since Fayose left office. Not forgetting how he got his second term ticket thru military corrosion and oppression.

Ugwuanyi - the Igbos are either visiting for Obi or Atiku. Not much Ugwuanyi can do about it.

Ortom - this one Na liability to himself and his people.

Who will now work for him in the south? And it’s not like he’s popular in the streets of the south.

All of these guys mentioned above have their preferred candidates for their various state elections, which makes it difficult for them to campaign against Atiku. You should also understand that apart from wike others may not be ready to match Atiku and his allies dollar for dollar to win the electorates vote.

Atiku’s ambition is dead.

He has lost many elections this may not be too much for him to handle.

Just like most South South governors, Secondus was working for Atiku.
Many Southerners never believed in themselves, they are slaves, mentality of the North are majority and Wike is not following such believe.
Had it been the Southern governors agreed that the South should produce the next president or Nigeria divides, you would have seen the North aligning.
Our Southern brethren likes second fiddle. Slavery mentality. Too bad.
