Whoever built this structure with those atrocious and archaic looking truss like concrete members must be questioned. Why embark on a foolish venture when a steel frame/struss would easily solve the problem. I am really eager to know the rationale behind those truss - like concrete structure.

Honestly, this has been my opinion on this minimum wage thing. Government should pass a law criminalizing non-payment of salaries. Federal allocation to states should be entirely prioritized for payment of salaries. Then governors should hold workers accountable for service delivery at their various duty posts. Infact, this will show how smart a governor is because he has to look for other means to generate income to do state projects. Walahi, Nigerian workers have been sleeping especially at the state and local govt levels. I don't know how they've been coping, but I cant imagine working without getting paid and on time time.
