My brother,my candid opinion on dis matter is dis..neither you nor ur sister can decide who to marry or not,i dnt ur background or ur spiritual cum religious background but one thing is sure,d bible says there is way dt seems right to all men but d end of it is destruction,i kno au u feel,i av four sisters and its amazing au naive,shortsighted and overtly carried awway some ladies can be esp at a certain age,you need to sit her down and talk to her,you need to meet the guy and talk with him but all these after you 'have prayed,what about ur parents,is there any elderly christian around who can give good advice,i dnt knw wat ppl think marriage is all about this days,because he bought her books,come on man,he is looking for something,he is goin to be all nice,wat happens after the marriage,after the first year,what happens with the kids,some people can be so nice,they could even brainwash people to think they are nice,but u need difficult situations to know who they are,i feel ur pain,but i advice that u commit the whole marriage thing into God's hand,ask her to pray and seek for God's will,then speak with her.marriage is beautiful when u're with the right man God has chosen for you,but once you miss it,its goin to be years of unhappiness.....all d best.

If this is true,then the Nigerian Education sector still has a long way to go,with all d nonsense goin on in our universities,if d lecturers arent sincere abt d need for improvement and development and all dey only yearn for is allowance with the fact dt some of them are so daft,unintelligent,cant speak simple correct english,cant teach well and above all are consumed with unnecessary pride,then Nigeria has a very long way to go,i was rooting for ASUU(mind you i am post graduate student in one of d federal universities,so am in it as well) but if this is true,then its just petty and cheap blackmail.

My brother...this car is very very expensive,toks BMW 323ci for 1.6m,a coupe,2000 model come on man...dnt get me wrong..u've got a clean ride there and a BMW is always a sure bet when it comes to quality,comfort and satisfaction...but isnt 1.6m a little on d high side?....just last week.,i enquired from a guy on dis site au much it would cost me to land a clean and neat 2001 BMW 750il or 750LI from cotonou in Benin and he said it would cost me around 1.6m....including original custom duty so think about....though,u've got a monster ride there..

My brother,analyse the works..consider the total roofing area,roof height,type of hardwood timber u might want to use for roofing,finally the type of roofing sheet,get an experienced and honest tradesman to construct it because most times with limited resources,a good and honest tradesman will be of great help..all d best.

Idrismusty97: I will do that.I am not yet studying architecture.I will be a draughtman for a while before i will start.I know architects who are proficient in CAD has the cutting edge over hand drawing architects.

so there are still hand drawing architects(draughtsmen) when CAD design is now the in-thing...thought everyone must have ''ported'' to CAD design,even schools of architecture are adopting CAD designs,private universities offering architecture even go the extra mile to make it compulsory..well,wish u all d best in ur endeavours..

go for autocad..btw if u are in school studying architecture,wat year are u in?...but have at the back of ur mind,dt d more softwares u know,the more versatile u are...so make up ur mind to learn as much as you can afford to learn within the limits of bein reasonable.

reidkrugger: @Ogtavia, nicely said. Only that Autocad is a lot more powerful than described and complex when it comes to detailing and accurate as well. If U in d 2d space with tangencies as issues, autocad just goes tru. Say U drawin a bulb, hammer head or spoon in 2d... Autocad hands down. But if its quick presentable 3d structures then revit would b nice. Didn't play with Archicad that mch. But in all, Ur technical drawing skills gives d edge, not rlly d software. If U gud wit TD, everythin comes easy, that is afta knowin d softwware ofcuz. And yeah any of em can do wtever.

guess I forget that part about details....autocad is quite straightforward,flexible and easy to ''manipulate'' when it comes to detailing....so far has all the basic tools for any conventional drawings and even complex technical drawings. ..but with this fact raises the need for the user to be painstaking in his design and not cut corners or provide inaccurate drawings and designs..this is one problem I have with autocad..some users tend to take its flexibility for granted and produce faulty designs...but all in all..autocad is a great software especially for 2d drawings...just like you said,its just like you drawing with ur t-square,pencil and other traditional drawing instruments

How do u guys enjoy watching those crap they show on dt TV station,.synced language is the most annoying,why cant they speak english instead of speaking latin,spanish or whatever is it they are speaking and translating it in english..i dont care about the storyline but d whole concept doesnt appeal to me at all at all at all at all....

You will need both softwares..even though Archicad is way more complex and versatile than Autocad..I use both softwares..for your 3ds..Autocad versions up till 2012 produce 2d drawings however there are autodesk (autocad developers) softwares that produce 3d drawings as well which are Revit Architecture and Autocad Architecture this is nt to say the normal autocad software doesnt produce 3d drawings it does..but you cant compare its 3ds to any of these softwares i have mentioned in terms of details and finishes...so I'll advise you to learn both autocad and archicad and any other software u might need....concerning the laptop..well in graphics production as regards architectural work..you need a highend desktop computer or laptop to do this...so why not increase ur budget from 60K to atleast 90 or 95k..if you want to break the bank for a very high spec pc budget around 200k if u or ur sponsor can afford..but in spec..dont go below at least a 4gb ram core 2 duo,quad core or core i3 pc..with 320gb HDD @ least with Nvidia graphics card with 2.30 Ghz processor...at least..all d best.
