Well Understood, but still Project is Project! Wheather small or big... KUDOS TO FASHOLA AND MY STATE GOVERNOR - AJIMOBI
U are a typical example of the blackman's (in this case Nigerian) chronic inferiority complex,so u mean most of the mass housing projects in Nigeria are far below par compared to the American ''projects''....stop acting dis way,it is very bad,av u even seen what the ''projects'' look like.....imagine,saying projects in America are luxurious in Nigeria, for ur info it is not, except maybe for the lower class people... |
MajorJ: In america you know what this is called, they are called the projects, lowest/cheapest apartments, they are usually built with fake knockoff materials and usually end up being rundown in about 5 years from construction date, so i will say enjoy it while it lastswhile i dnt wnt to contest the veracity of ur claims abt d poor quality of materials used in constructing mass housing projects in the US,i want to state that ''the projects'' dnt become rundown after 5yrs or even collapse as u imply,i av neva bin to d US b4 bt i knw dt wat makes ''projects'' rundown is lack of/delay in maintenance and also d sheer mass of such projects, many av bin constructed in Mexico,Brazil even in America bt were demolished due to high crime rate, security and safety issues and also maintenance cost....back to subject matter,u cannot compare dt housing estate to d ''american projects'',it isnt jst d same,if u're a professional in d building/construction industry u shuld knw why,if nt,then so long,bt i tend to agree with ur statement ''enjoy while it lasts'' we tend to construct in Nigeria especially mass project such as dis without a concrete maintenance policy, luk at ketu housing estate, festac, even d police barracks.... |
Bigcake: Nigeria always one step forward two steps backward. Why not cut down d take home package of our politicians, e.g. Senators, Reps, Governors. Etc. Do dat first then we will believe u really want to cut cost.yes...its d usual thing, but wetin we go do...at least they are doin something..i dont know au old u are,but wen u get there,do something about it,since they've all refused to do something about it. |
Mad Cow: Intelligence and my Gentlemanly Charm..i dnt know which one made me laugh more btwn ur name(madcow) and ur post.....madcow...madcow..what were u thinking! |
nwabobo: £42,000, that's about N10.5M. Cheap in my own opinion.if its cheap..pls give me 1m now.. |
Gol-die Gol-die Gol-die. See at the crossroad, you won't be lonely.
so u still remember crossroads by bonethugs and harmony....thot i was d only 1 who still remembered dem... |
Amaechina: Jeeper's creeper .....some scary shitJeepers Creepers 2 is more scary...even heard a part 3 is on the way... |
Keep it together guys..God is with us..we shall overcome,as much as i want to blame Drogba for being a cheat(it wasnt a foul)...our defence was poor...but still..God will gives us victory...Go Super Eagles Go... |

Good one but btw, these ivoriens are so thick, wetin dem dey chop sef...? |
Our defence line is too high,we need to sit deeper in the defence, the ivoriens are trying to soak up the pressure, cant anyone see thisss.... |
My greatest fear is our response to counter attacks, its obvious the ivroriens are adopting a more tactical approach while we just seem to throw everything forward, make dem no use counter attacks kill us oh abi who dey think odawise..? |
30 hours is to much for a journey, what happened to express trains,it will make more sense if the government invests in fast trains,i dont see myself sitting in a train for 30 hrs from Lagos to Kano...even buses and cars dnt take dt long....express trains will be a good mode of transportation.. |
I cant forget 13yrs ago, i was coming from schl (st finbarr's college) n i board a public bus to yaba from FEC gate and alighted at yabatech roundabout. Den i walked along d roadside toward yabatech main entrance wen a Madman kicked a RagolisBottle towards my directn, den i used my rite foot to stop d bottle. u knw wot? he gave me a shocker! He pounded on me n punched me in d belly, and said "shey me and u be mate?"
dom: one night, about three years ago, i was in a taxi drop from wuse to garki. As we rode on the bridge shortly after sheraton junction, a man emerged from the bush by the right (green area) and threw a massive stone which shattered the back passenger's windscreen. The mumu driver wanted to stop immediately to find out who did that and why. but a stern look front me got him to change his mind. At the filling station opposite nnpc we saw some policemen and reported the matter. Guess What? They said the bridge was outside their jurisdiction. Till today i wonder what that incident was all about.na so all these drivers behave,if someone has d mind to throw a massive stone at a moving car, imagine wat he'll do when the occupants of the car steps out of it....whoever did it had a sinister plan... |

991: I was driving from Abuja to Enugu, an empty tin fell from a trailer on the other lane and breeze blew it to my lane and i hit it. guess what, my head lamp, fender light, and driver side of bumper were completely damaged. I had to buy a complete bumper, fender light and very expensive driver-side head lamp.reminds me of final destination...the tin had to large to cause such extent of damage. |
ziccoit: How is this rubbish?very funny..but no.. |
