I am not happy that Peter Obi did not win. There are clear fundamental factors that were so herculean to overcome the very moment LP/NNPP alliance failed.
Now that Atiku is seemingly out of the way, it is time to galvanise the opposition towards 2027. It is going to be a marathon, so let us start now. There is no point wasting resources on election tribunal. With the capacity shown by Obi, 2027 is possible, but we need to do the following:

1. Not waste time and resources on election tribunal, but need to let Nigerians know of the brazen robbery APC governors and Wike perpetrated. If the PDP wants to challenge the results, let them do so themselves, without involving LP

2. Get real political structure for Labour Party across Nigeria. One reason we loss was because we did not have strong roots in the North.

3. Galvanise all elected officials to form a formidable force to take on APC, which is already reduced in strength from 21 to 12 states.

4. Peter Obi and LP should focus on the March 11, 2023 governorship polls. Obi should begin touring states LP won to boost morale of LP supports in the 22 states win high voters. Not waste resources in states like Katsina, Yobe, Zamfara.

5. LP leadership should begin talks with NNPP, progressive still in PDP and form a formidable party with structure, just like what ACN/CPC did. We need to start now.

My dad told me same. If you go to edo state, you'd see the way their Kings apparels look like, very similar to those worn by obas in Lagos. Eko is an edo language. Pa jakande who's our uncle from the maternal side hailed from kwara state. He remains the best governor in Lagos till today. My dad is from yoruba-speaking side of edo, near isua akoko. It's less than 5 minutes walk from isua but mum is from lagos, pa jakande family. Dad was born here to a yoruba woman from ekiti. Hamzat, the current deputy governor of lagos isn't from lagos. Igbos had developed Lagos much more than yorubas living here had done, individually.

Wherever they dominate, they develop with their own funds and passion. Go to Ago, okota, ojo, alaba, up to the island. Ago was a sordid slump. They sandfilled the place, bought transformers, etc. My friend's dad had his house close to Wasiu Ayinde's house there. Wesę kept demolishing that house. Its a swampy area. He left there eventually. The IGR Lagos is earning from Igbo business alone is more than what we are paying lagos govt and some brainless beings are saying they must leave? . If you now say they should leave, what does it profit you and I? Can you sell parts, cars, manage hotels, supermarkets, etc which are the vacuum they'd be leaving behind? I've not seen any yoruba doing all these. We're more of corporate-oriented people.

You also can't say they shouldn't participate in elections and vote based on their choice wherever they live when you're doing the same wherever you are. All these nonsense must end now. God bless Lagosians and God bless Nigeria.

I have videos and footages of where election were massively rigged by Labour party in Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi,Enugu, Abia and even Lagos. Of course, except anyone who pray for the rot of God, we know that APC and PDP also played this rigging game where they have the opportunity. Only Kwankwanso NNPP may not have the machinery at this time. I saw a video where Peter Obi and his fellow Biafran brothers in diaspora are negotiating how to deploy technology to rig this election. So what are we saying, this is a case of a pot calling the kettle black. Accept the victory and go back to the drawing board, and hopefully in the next four years you may come with a more credible candidate who has no antecedent in Government. Only one thing I am sure of, if igbos could change from their aggressive and abusive ways, and align better with Yoruba who has been their benefactor for so long. They will have the presidency next time it returns to south.

President-Elect Bola Tinubu & his supporters listen in to INEC declaring him winner of 2023 Election

Mr Tinubu defeated 17 other candidates who took part in the election. He scored a total of 8,794,726 votes, the highest of all the candidates, thus meeting the first constitutional requirement to be declared the winner.

He also scored over 25 per cent of the votes cast in 30 states, more than the 25 states constitutionally required.

INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakubu, who announced the final results in the early hours of Wednesday in Abuja, said Atiku Abubakar of the PDP came second in the election.

Atiku polled a total of 6,984,520 votes in the election.

Peter Obi of the Labour Party came third in the election with a total of 6,101,533 votes while Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP came fourth with 1,496,687 votes.
