Since the last minimum wage increment, prices of commodities have gone up 400%.

What I feel labour should be demanding, is a 400% increment in minimum wage.

N120,000 as minimum wage seems like a fair deal.

Let every region elect it's leaders. If Southwest like, they can elect 10Tinubus as president and nobody will be bother, while northerners will be free to elect bokoharam sympertizers. This will at least reduce the too many tribal quarrels on internet space.

Honour the Lord with thy substance and with the first fruits of all thine increase,” Proverbs 3:9

There is first fruit in the bible, however, it does not represent your entire salary in the month of January.

For some reason, some preachers has turned it to mean your entire January salary which is not.

Like in the place I just quoted in proverbs, the Lord asked for your increase. For example, you got a promotion, your first fruit will represent the salary difference which you can give to God once. If you are goat farmer, your first fruit will be the first goat your herd reproduce for the year and not the entire goat your herd reproduced in the month of January.

First fruit, focuses on increase, note this.

The solution to your problem might be as simple as;
1) Give your life to Christ if you have not done so and do this things;
- daily bible reading
- daily prayers
- faithful church attendance
- speak about Christ (evangelise)

2) Offer yourself in total surrender to the service of God by being a worker in a bible believing church. I recommend Foursquare Gospel Church. Yes that's where I attend.

3) Have faith and patience.

You might consider sanctuary keeping as the unit you can work in church for now because other units might need you to be a full time member.

My recommendation looks simple but it is the path that leads to peace. Matt.11.28 - Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Shalom.

If you read that same passage beginning from what Jesus Christ said in John 3 vs 14 at least, you would realize that even there, the world referenced by Jesus Christ is the same world that was cursed(condemned to die) by God in the desert over which He then raised the bronze snake for. And that world consists of those condemned to die of the people of Israel.

The world referred to in John 3 vs 14 - 16 is God's Israel which God Himself cursed and condemned.}

I put it to you this day that God is interested in you, in I and all of humanity.

He was with the children of Israel all through the old testament. Mathew 10:30 says the hair of head are numbered. That's how much God is interested in you, how much more life partner. In addition, my life is a testament to God's love.

It's is clear to me, your argument is coming from the perspectives of an atheist.

Whatever your believe is, I will like to remind you, God is interested in you and he loves you. John 3:16.

God who instituted marriage in Genesis 2 vs 15 - 16 cursed the same marriage in Genesis 3 vs 16 - 24 when He condemned Adam and Eve for their sins against Him. He sent Jesus Christ to remind you that your marriages have absolutely nothing to do with the Kingdom of God - Luke 20 vs 34 - 36. So, make we no dey drag God mention into these discussions.

So what is your point exactly?

- people shouldn't get married but can have girl friends
- people shouldn't seek companionship
- everybody should remain single

The good book said that only of Adam. Otherwise, what you insinuate is that Jesus Christ, along with all the other prophets, including His disciples who chose not to marry did that which is evil in the sight of God.

Jesus died at the age of 33. Other prophets choose to dedicate their whole existence to God, including Christ; Reverend fathers follow this path this days. It a choice.

For regular people like you and I, a time would come in our lives when the need for companionship supersedes every other need. At this time, you either do the right thing by getting married or do it wrongly by having a boy friend or girl friend.
