If i may ask, the certficate is suppose to be a proof of education. The school has not denied the person of BAT and in the released transcripts, it was not shown any where that Tinubu changed his scores.

Do you try to google the meaning of forge. There is a caveat to replacement of certficates in the US. They have authorised third party printers.

So which of the third party printers did Tinubu use? Oluwole I guess.

There is a process for everything even if it involves third party. Tinubu obviously did not use the process.

Like in this case, the school is meant to recommend the vendor after payment.

The institution needs to be aware for you to apply for a replacement certificate.

This is where you get it wrong. I wonder how you cannot successfully apply knowledge gained from other instances. Authenticating certificates is a Nigerian thing and therefore cannot go to a vendor to produce another certificate by yourself.

If it were to be a US certitificate, you can approach a vendor to do it for you since emphasis is placed on transcripts and certificates are just mere ceremonial documents

So what you are saying, forging certificate's is a USA thing.

If someone is meant to sign on your documents after payment in a government agency or academic institution, if you can offer proof of payment, you can forge the signatures yourself and it would be considered valid according to Agbado's.

You can offer that advice to your children and all the children of Agbado's.
