Yes, the visa will be issued. If the AM mail states to bring passport and insurance, that is all they need to issue visa whether or not BA confirmation or SL was provided. Why or what criteria they use for this is unknown, it just happens. As said, there will be no issuance of residence permit in Germany without SL or BA so that condition still needs to be met.

The Consulate in Nigeria states that visa application response takes 6-8 weeks so I really am at a loss as to why most of you are stressed about no response after 4 weeks! Yes, they do respond in less time and sometimes in a few days depending on whatever criteria they use but the norm is to wait till the said time before fretting.

I know enrollment deadlines and lack of early interview appointments make things harder but sometimes it is just profitable to watch and pray!

bros my deadline which was 15th oct has passed but i had unconditional AM my BA confirmation wasnt sure so i dint submit passport can i still submit since u said if one has AM visa is sure wether no SL or BA

bros because of my BA money dint come in time i dint submit my passport as i got conditional AM on 10th of october my deadline has passed which was 15th october can i still submit my passport is it too late?
