And DHL delivered my passport with visa the 30th june, but i didnt go for the appointment since i stay at the northern side of the country and i couldnt make it up for the appointment. has anyone experienced similar situation before??

This is strange, did you go for Biometric or how did your passport get to TLS?

My advice: Priority is most advised because this standard visa waiting time dy rise BP.

Its better to err on the side of caution, (my opinion) swear the affidavit for it.

I was about to chat you up now. My application was just transferred to VAC today. If I get the collection mail today, I will be heading there to collect my passport myself since I am in Abuja.

You can head to their office anytime from now because from experience, collection mail drops few hours from movement to VAC. Congratulations.

You can do affidavit to state that you Mr 'tobi
ojo Ali ' is the same person as 'Mr tobi femi Ali' as stated in some of your document... I can't remember the title of the affidavit now may be correlation of name or something.

It is titled AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND SAME PERSON.

I was a bit worried because there was a letter erro in the name on my Waec. Instead of Adeshola in other docs, they wrote Adesola.

That’s the same thing I am experiencing.. I seriously wish I had done priority, I chose standard because I felt it was too early and no need to rush since collecting mail takes just 15 working days.. Now application still shows received by DMC since 7th of June.

Don't worry, hang in there, you will get it this week by God's grace.

Thank you very much. It remains spouse's application to be submitted. The issue with that is we mistakenly stated spouse not traveling with the main applicant when filling the form. Do you think this is misrepresentation?

Please, I am having difficulty booking an appointment with IOM for the TB test, its just saying a warning message "slot not available" for the dates in June, even till Mid-August, is there a way about this? or you think its a problem with their server?
I have sent an email to them, but I am yet to hear from them.

I guess you should go to their office to do manual booking as adviced. They have been having issues with their site for quite some time now.

Basically get to know your course details, why you choose SHU and the course, about the city, also your tuition in £, how much you have paid as deposit and the balance, travel history,etc.

Congratulations to you.. From my observation I think most standard visa takes 13 working days.. Though the waiting is killing, it helps save some few extra dollars
