i think you're looking for those who offer solo ads/email blasting. this is different from email marketing. with solo ads, you can download email list just anywhere online or buy from publishers in warrior forum or warrior plus.

basically, i will ask you to leave it for some days before you try it again. it happened to me in 2014. sometimes it happens even if the answer you provided is correct. So, after a few days, try it again or try to do what you wanted to do, e.g withdraw funds.

Late delivery doesn't really affect me. Averagely, one out of my five orders are delivered late since last year. However, for new sellers like you, you need to do everything possible to deliver on time.
