CharitoJames: Transcript and IELTS are official documents. Ielts will be sent by British council… that’s how i did mine and i also sent them the copy i have. Transcript was sent by my school to them as an official document… I don’t have a copy so I didn’t send. Then you are to send your original WAEC to them yourself and yes they need to have all your documents before they can review and come to a decision.
This mail is a general checklist mail.. Even if they have all your documents, they will still send it.. then as they are processing your documents, they will also send it again with “processed” indicated beside any document they have processed. Your school sent transcript of your high school? |

Nazkid1: Please is it true that after going to canada you can decide not to school until your 4 years elapses? Will the school notify IRCC that you havnt been attending lectures? This kind of questions creates more problems for genuine Nigerian students if IRCC sees it. |

CharitoJames: No I don’t have a higher one… Still not clear dear, you applied for an undergraduate program, with no higher education(Bachelors at least), and you are already a Director in your current company as indicated in your previous responses? How possible is that? Except you are amongst the owners of the company. These could be some of the concerns of the Visa Officer but the note will reveal the actual issues. |

CharitoJames: Yes dear, although you are wrong in some places. My fees is 11k which is what is on my LOA not 20k. I think 20k is for UG taking effect from Fall… Mine is Spring… plus the deposit has been made so you can calculate only a year fee. Plus it’s not Certificate program… I’m a transfer student. I have just 2years courses to complete. All these were clearly stated too. Plus with my previous study plus work experience… i went for the best option because that’s my career path If you already have a higher education than this, then it could be the problem. |

bepositive11: It is very risky. International students usually get the minimum wage and are restricted to working for 20 hours a week. I don't recommend it.
People used to switch but there is a new law that bans it. I don't know how strict Canada is about it yet though because it's still new. A new law that bans changing of DLI while in Canada? |

Betterlife30: I think the real reason for your refusal is because you are going for a course that is far far lower than your highest qualification. The chances of getting approval even if you pay all the tuition fee and provide enough money in your account is still very low unless your SOP is very powerful and convincing plus grace and mercy. But that wasn't the reason for the refusal, they said explicitly that he do not have enough money. |

johnstan: You're right about not revealing customers info to third parties, however, this does not apply to institutions (an embassy for instance), the bank will not hesitate to validate the authenticity of your info when asked without consulting you the account holder, that's how the embassy figures out genuine and fraudulent account statements (it's usually not based on assumptions) Yes, there are some exceptions to the privacy policy, they also reveal it to the law enforcement officers without one's consent. |

BeejayB: I don’t know where that link came from and I tried checking. It gave me error Per the information I know and have seen on IRCC website . I don’t have to apply for a new study permit once I’m inside canada and want to change schools. I just only have 150 days to begin the new school. And I’ve started already. All documents seems fine
I just applied for a co-op cz I realized I’ll need one for my new program. No issues The right link is this: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/change-schools.html |

Good evening guy's.
Trust you are doing well.
Please I hv got some questions to ask.
I initially applied for *Administrative Professional* but I was waitlisted so I had to apply for another available course which was *Client Services and Sales* and that was what i used in applying for my study visa. At that point in time, i submitted a form on the school portal which allows me to be specific about my preferred course *Administrative Professional*
Note: I got an email from the school today stating that the Administrative Professional course that was my preferred course is available, however, I was asked to acknowledge my interest before 17th of this month September.
Question 1: if I acknowledge the course will it affect or delay my application with IRCC
Question 2: Is it possible to raise a webform to IRCC stating that my course had changed upon my arrival in Canada.
Question 3: Should I wait till I am willing to extend my study visa before informing IRCC
Question 4:
Should I accept the course and raise a webform to inform IRCC before my visa approval.
I would appreciate your response as I would not want to do what will delay or jeopardise my study visa.
Thank you |
