Can one use Fangupusun 80A Flex MPPT charge controller on lifepo4? I got 16 pieces of 3.2v 280ah lifepo4 batteries I want to use. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Absolutely I don't see why not as flexmax has option to adjust the charge voltage and current settings. Enjoy your LFP, it's the same number with mine

Please house, is there a way to bypass the float charging in lithium profile of Epever Triron3210?

I learnt LFP aren't supposed to be floated, but the float voltage is set at 13.8v and doesn't work if zero (0) is typed in place of 13.8v.

I would like to know if this would have any adverse effect on the performance and/or life span of the battery. Thanks.

Is that the minimum it can allow? I now use 13.5v as my float value but when I had MPP which had a known float bug I used 13.8 then drop the voltage back to 13.5 once battery is above 95% SOC (it's automated). It's okay to float just don't leave it on float at high voltage for a long time.

I think the recent increased penetration of the high voltage hybrids automatically made Ojesky think its one of those.
It will be good to state the inverter / CC specs when asking for assistance o. To avoid stories that touch.

Lol....I actually asked for CC spec in my original response to the Bro, unfortunately he didn't include that and I didn't pay attention to it either when he responded to me.
Meanwhile 4s 270 will definitely be of no use to high Voc o..... those ones are just warning up at 150Voc

My inverter VOC is 145vdc max. Each of my panel VOC is 37.44. The Max I can do is 3s. 4s will be too much for the inverter

So get one more panel and run 3s3p, your current 2s4p may not be optimal enough

That's definitely not right, you need to provide some more information though:
1. Is there demand (load) beyond 900w
2. How are the panels connected?
3. What's the CC spec
4. What's the battery specs
5. What's the charge voltage and current settings

Sorotec is definitely great, after MPP it will be sorotec for me. As to my pi, well yes it's resting from MPP float bug but it's got to continue home automation plus have got to explore getting Deye data on my emoncms

I have got some neatly used 24v gear for sale:

1. MPP GK 3024 4kw panel, 500V 80A and can do up to 60A AC charging. - 180k
2. 24v 50A adjustable current and voltage external charger (used twice) - 70k
3. Circuit breakers and SPD - yet to make up my mind on fixing price for this.
4. 24v 60/100A Daly BMS (new) - 40k

They are in their top performance.

On a side note, men the Deye is huge and feature packed.

Oga Adrusa, Ojeysky...... I recently installed felicity hybrid 5kva inverter. Things going for it, 48v and mppt controller. Compared to my bluegate inverter, its lighter though looks well made(well weight might be deceiving), lacks AVR(just bypasses the input grid) and makes high fan noise when charging (decreasing the charging current reduces the fan noise). One thing I like is the low idle consumption about 45watts. Anything to improve the experience, datalogging

Looks like it's already working fine for you, that said, the inverter does some basic logging, you can check that on the display. However any extra data logging will have to be external.

just go to a good stock broker. Otherwise invest in good coys like GT, NB, Guineess, Nestle, Int'l Brew, FBN, Unilever and have ur peace of mind!

I almost missed this post. How is the durability with stabilizer use and really epileptic and erratic power supply? The last digi charger i got brought out the white magical smoke just sitting and doing it's job, which is charging my battery.

It served well anytime I use it, I don't use it for my standard charging though. However a few folks here who have either bought from me or elsewhere may have experience on continuous use. I know @essegis use his 24v version continuously

3.2kw/5.5kw Sorotec has only 60amps as max charging current Ac side, am looking for something in the range of 80amps and above for any 48v inverter not more than 6kva. Any recommendations?

Max Charge current is 190A have not checked what the AC max is(though I won't need that much hence I didn't bother). Manufacturer claimed 50w consumption but will see what it will be in reality.

Definitely that's the picture but the pricing on that seller page makes it doubtful. I reach out to that seller to get Actual price of 1.7k+usd. Bought mine directly from manufacturers through a friend that is based there, I can't come and joke with 5 years warranty, which was one of the motivations for getting 8kw. Shipping cost was capable of buying me another MPP GK

Bro you don't want to hear the shipping cost to naija o....moral of the story use a reliable shipper and save at least 50% overall shipping cost compared to those official shipping courier. Using that was not an option for me in my case

You've paid the 80k? This is daylight robbery. This is the place it is best to use a trusted shipper. But I guess trust and shipper do not appear to coexist these days

To be specific N78,101 from that was over 23k which they termed brokerage fee. UPS are effective thieves. However I used FedEx to ship my MPP and just paid about 10k yes FedEx was just about 12kg, it still does not justify almost x8 of charges when doing 36kg via UPS

imagine my 560ah 48v is about same price as the felicity 48v 280ah drop in. however i gotta buy a decent top balance charger , capacity test equipment, and diy a suitable case for it.

Abeg pay to get your item then don't ever use them again. If na them be the only option for me I go forgo the item oo or buy am from naija.

I made my way around them using indigenous Impex to ship my items from America. I never see such service from China so I try to dodge bulk or heavy buying from there.

Depends on the datasheet of the cell but there are standard voltage range I charge my lifepo4 24v at 27.6/27v bulk and float respectively, divide that by 8 to get voltage per cell
