I just applied for visa and a friend said I should buy ticket for coming back so I can use it to purchase pounds that I will use for travel from d bank,(his reason being cause I will get d pound in bank rate and if I do not do it now, it might b late when visa comes out) I am confused cause visa is not out and also I do not know how possible it is.

Good day house. I started applying for MSc in the UK for September intake late. I got admitted in Universities of East London and Bolton. I have accepted Bolton's offer and it's unconditional, they said I should fill an Eligibility form which I have done and submitted on 3rd of June, I really don't know what else to do but a friend said I should wait for them, but it's getting late and I want to pay some part of the tuition so I can get CAS as soon as possible. Please is there any advice or should I wait for schools response.
