errrm, i think the first advice is: placing 10kw load on a 48v 400ah bank is a big NO NO.
Using C/10 rule, maz load you should place on the bank is about 2kw. for lead acid battery, even LIPO4 bank may not be able to handle such a huge instantenous load.

even if you counter and say the panel will handle the load, you and i know that panel harvest isnt steady, cos you need to be assured of steady 8kw minimum from the panels to surport the bank to carry the load at all times

Which one is C/10 rule? Are you referring to battery C value?

Assuming I have 15KVA inverter and 48V/400AH battery bank.
How many panels will charge within 4 hours and sustain a load of 10KW during sun hours?

I pay tithe because I know that being alive is by the Grace of God. I don't mind if someone is eating the tithe or not, that one is between them and God. I'm glad that some people are helping me to give to the poor not minding my presence. I know my church and the kind of pastor I have. My Church has been doing wonderfully well in this hard time for the less-privilege people. Paying of a tithe is not voluntary. The journey of life is an individual effort and not a group affair.

Are you saying all 12V MPPT cc can handle 24V array configuration even though it is not specified by the manufacturer?

The cc, inverter and battery are 12V and you agreed 24V panels is okay for the system? It will only work if his cc is 12V/24V

There are many of them out there but Nigeria never believed in merit. A person like me that can fix anything fixable. I hope the eyes will open this time around. Not yet, bro. Thank you for your reply. I opened it but unable to find the fault. Though it was hard to do desoldering of those FET from the board. So I have to leave it for now.

It is a very nice idea but he has to do his homework first. He should ensure networks are available and stable in all parts of the country. Now that we are having network problems in cities not to talk about the villages. Mr Man, go back to your drawing board and do the needful.

My FlexMax 80 was displaying 0V and when I switched off the PV breakers and read the PV wires and they were reading fine and on it back on FM 80 started up again but still displays 0V as input. Output correctly displaying from batteries. House is powered normally thru battery bank and generator. Checked input wires : no input until I unplugged only the positive wire from the Flexmax system again and it was reading 112V. When plugged back: displaying 0V and meter shows no voltage. Trouble seems to be within FM80. Is like the PV input is shorted. I will like to know the possible component that gets shorted in order to fix it asap.
What could it be?

Some comments baffled me. He did the right the thing. Some people were saying he should have forgiven them, he has forgotten self. He sacked them and drawing the new one's ears not to follow the same steps or do you want them to continue stealing the Church money? He also let the whole congregation know the happenings in the church. He didn't pursue them from the church but only relieved them of their duties. That is transparency. Some people are caused, how can you go and steal church money in the name of doing business or getting rich quick?

Thank you very much for your kind response. There is an improvement but I discovered that the battery bank is not holding anything again. Immediately the sun drops it goes off. I also noticed a battery within the bank that is given 4v but the rest are at 2v each. Can it be the caused of the problem? Another thing I discovered is the CHARGED display on the Status display but the bank was not actually charged. Thank you!
