ashjay001:If it's indeed going into the federation Acct, then the govt is making more money than budgeted for. The budget deficit should have been covered. But they're still borrowing heavily to fund the deficit |

Sources close to the Nigerian army have just confirmed the attack by boko haram on the convoy of the chief of army staff: Lt general Tukur Buruatai. According to the source the event took place while the army chief was on his way to pay the soldiers fighting boko haram a courtesy visit. Unknown to them hundreds if not thousands of the jihadists where waiting in ambush. Immediately he steps out from the car, their were excessive gun shot from Boko haram boys, which Left the army running, and up to now, many are Still missing The Nigerian Army has confirmed the attack and said only there were “casualties on both sides”. But a military source said: “So far 15 bodies of soldiers killed in the attack at Sasawa have been recovered, including that of an officer. “Seven more bodies were found in the course of search and rescue operations by 27 Brigade and 233 Battalion. More (soldiers) are still missing and their fate is unknown. The source, who asked not to be identified as he was not authorised to talk to the media, said Boko Haram fighters took away two pick-up trucks equipped with anti-aircraft guns. According to the site intelligence group, the raid was carried out by the Islamic states west African province(ISWAP) That indicates fighters loyal to Abu Mus’ab al-Barnawi were responsible. IS designated al-Barnawi leader of the group last year instead of long-time figurehead Abubakar Shekau . The al-Barnawi faction is known to have been operating just across the border in Borno state and has been blamed for a number of similar raids. https://www.onlinenigeria.com/site/nigeria-articles/biafra/411432-breakingburatai-wounded-as-bokoharam-attacks-his-convoy-on-his-way-to-army-camp-in-borno.html |
Mynd44:Oya tell me, how many barrels do we produce daily. Meanwhile educate yourself by clicking on this link https://googleweblight.com/i?u=https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/07/crude-oil-production-hits-2-2m-bpd/&grqid=kK9DH3rh&hl=en-NG&geid=1022 |
During the last administration, the Excess Crude Account (ECA) was consistently on the front burner of national discourse. Nigerians questioned every withdrawal made from it by the last government. Everyone seemed interested. But since the advent of the current administration, the ECA has disappeared from the radar. Nobody hears anything about it anymore. And the ECA was reported to have about $2.5 billion by the time this government took over. Since last year, oil prices have consistently been above the budget benchmark. This year's benchmark is $44.5/barrel. Current oil price is about $60/barrel. That's a difference of $15/barrel. Daily oil production is 2.2 million barrels. Multiplying $15 by 2.2 million, you have $33 million, that's 1.8 billion naira. So the government rakes in about 1.8 billion naira extra budgetary income daily. You know what that amounts to in a month and in a year! This excess crude money is supposed to be paid into the ECA to be saved, or to be shared by the three tiers of government. But nothing is heard about it, no update from the government. Nothing! And the government keeps borrowing money to finance budget deficit. In the last administration, the complaint was that the money was being shared, as demanded by the governors, in this administration, nobody knows what happens to the money. |
I thought they said Buhari is a man of integrity. As a man of integrity he should own up and admit that he initiated the reinstatement of Maina. It's become obvious that he was aware of everything that happened. His continual denial will one day embarrass him because the bubble will surely burst eventually. Meanwhile, this has shown that the present government is not serious about the so-called anti corruption war |
GEJ is a good man... Not power drunk Not ostentatious Humble Considerate Loves humanity I celebrate with him Happy birthday sir! You will live long |
This is just a way APC goons console themselves. Like APC didn't go into the election hoping to win. If they didn't expect to win why did buhari & all APC governors go to Anambra to campaign? PMB never visited the east b4 until this campaign period. And you are here pretending that they are happy coming a distant second. |
Former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan will be 60 tomorrow. But ahead of the milestone, President Muhammadu Buhari has led the chorus of birthday well-wishers, praising his younger predecessor for his humble beginnings and his rise to the topmost post in Nigeria. President Buhari in the message sent out by Special adviser on media, Femi Adesina warmly felicitated with Jonathan on his 60th birthday, November 20th, 2017. “President Buhari joins members of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), professional colleagues, associates of Dr Jonathan, and his family in celebrating the unique history of the Nigerian leader, who within a short period rose from being a Deputy Governor, Governor, Vice President to becoming Nigeria’s President for six years”, Adesina wrote.. “President Buhari believes Dr Jonathan’s foray into politics and ascendency to the highest political office in Nigeria from a humble riverine background testifies to the greatness and inclusiveness of Nigeria’s democracy, and serves as an invitation to all those with interest to add value to the nation.” https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/11/buhari-leads-birthday-chorus-jonathan/

These people lie without conscience. Buhari wasn't aware of the promise. Something that every Nigerian knew at that time. The widely circulated document: 'things Buhari will do in 100 days’. Then where was he during the campaigns.? Femi Adesina has sold his conscience for political lucre |
ABUJA-Shouts of thunderous “no, no” filled the legislative chamber of the House of Representatives at Thursday plenary when the Speaker, Hon. Yakubu Dogara announced the intention of President Muhammadu Buhari to address a joint session of the National Assembly alongside the presentation of 2018 budget estimate. Hardly had Dogara finished reading the letter from the President than the lawmakers spontaneously went loud in their voices. It was possible to ascertain to political leaning of the lawmakers whether they were of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC or the opposition Peoples Democratic Part, PDP or even both parties. It was not also possible to pinpoint why the House erupted in the seeming objection notice to the president’s intended appearance. But when the uproar which endured for some 60 seconds fizzled out, the Speaker reminded the parliamentarians that they had no legal right to stop the president from addressing the joint session of the House and the Senate. He said: ‘I wish we have the constitutional right to say no. But unfortunately, we don’t have it…This House is the custodian of the constitution. The President has the right…” This is arguably the first time President Buhari would be presenting the national budget proposal before the National Assembly in the month of November since his assumption of office in 2015. The month of December has always witnessed the annual ritual prior to now. Many people are however of the view that the new development was to accelerate legislative input to the budget estimates to ensure its timely passage in the fiscal year. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/11/breaking-thunderous-shout-no-no-house-reps-buharis-intention/ |

But who appointed the cankerworms, who hired them? How is it that he could only see cankerworms to appoint. My point is this : A good man will not be attracted to cankerworms neither will he associate with them. If unknowingly he befriends them, he will discard them as soon as he discovers their true nature. But a man who continues to be a friend to cankerworms is himself a cankerworm. The saying is true : show me your friend and I will tell you who you are. |
gidgiddy:No sir. We won't accept Nigeria as it's presently constituted. And I don't think breaking up is the best idea. The north will not agree to restructuring, yes, but they will not also agree to independence which you are proposing. And must the north agree before we do anything in this country? Chanel that energy you want to use in fighting for independence towards fighting for restructuring which is even easier. We are better off in a restructured Nigeria than in a balkanized one |
omenka:Everybody acknowledges that there's more corruption now than in the sixties when Nigeria operated fiscal federalism. The present structure encourages corruption and nepotism. We have to restructure! |
The governors of the 17 states of Southern Nigeria on Monday demanded devolution of powers to states from the federal government. The governors also reiterated their commitment to the growth of Nigeria. They spoke through a joint communique issued after they met in Lagos House, Ikeja, Lagos. The governors met twelve years after their last meeting held in Lagos. The first summit took place in 2001 and the last in 2005. The communique, read by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos, also stated that the governors reiterated their commitment to true federalism and devolution of powers. They also stated their commitment to a united, indivisible Nigeria and called for effective linkage of infrastructure in the southern part of the country. The summit also appointed Mr. Ambode as chairman of the forum and governors Dave Umahi of Ebonyi and Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa as co-chairmen. http://newsrescue.com/breaking-southern-nigerian-governors-call-devolution-powers/

Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has disapproved of the declaration made by South-East Governors that members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, are terrorists. Ogunwusi said members of the group should not be seen as terrorists because they were only seeking justice and equity. The monarch made the remark on Friday when he paid a courtesy visit to Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu. Ogunwusi also referred to the Nnamdi Kanu-led group as the Indigenous People of Brighter Nigeria, IPOBN. The monarch urged government should tap and channel the energies of agitators towards building a better Nigeria. He advocated for proper re-orientation as a panacea to negative tendencies. According to Ogunwusi, “There is something that is bordering them; there is something that is making them to cry. “We should not throw them away; we should draw them closer because the youth of this country are the future, the energy, they are the heartbeat of this country. “We must chart the course of doing things with positive energy. I want to let you know that you are not alone in this. “We stand by you positively in a very progressive manner. We stand by you; we all must come together to build a united Nigeria. We don’t want any war; we don’t want any disintegration. “The problem confronting Nigeria remains the inability to harness the potentials and weld together the diversities to create a strong, united country.” http://dailypost.ng/2017/10/06/biafra-ooni-ife-said-proscription-ipob/ |
A bad Carpenter always complains abt his tools. Buhari always complaining of falling oil prices. But oil prices started falling since 2014. When they went abt campaigning with bogus and unrealistic promises, some of us pointed it out, asking where they'll get the money for all those, they said they would kill corruption & plug all the loop holes and there would be excess money available. Today, the same people are complaining of low oil prices. Today more loop holes have even been opened with what we're hearing from NNPC & Co. To cover for their incompetence, they throw blame in all directions, their only strategy since 2015. But for how long will this continue? |

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday expressed hope that “God in his infinite mercy” will give Nigerians the “patience to tolerate” his government. Speaking at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Buhari insisted that his administration had been doing its best to overcome challenges it inherited from its predecessor. The President noted that his administration just started working. Buhari said, “I have said it so many times, I don’t mind saying it now to you because some of you may not have even the time to listen to radio or watch television as regularly as other people do. “From 1999 to 2014, Nigeria has never realised so much resources since our independence, never, because the average production – go to any renowned financial or economic institution in the world; they know Nigeria produced an average of – (was) 2.1 million barrel per day at an average cost of 100 dollars per barrel. “But when we came in it crashed to 37 dollars per barrel, and we overlooked saving and there was no saving. “So really, we have just started working and we hope God in his infinite mercy would give Nigerians the patience to tolerate us.” http://dailypost.ng/2017/10/06/god-give-nigerians-patience-tolerate-government-buhari/ |
The ruling All Progressives Congress on Monday reacted angrily to the interview granted The Nation Newspaper of Sunday by the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Anti-corruption (PACAC), Professor Itse Sagay (SAN). In the said interview, Sagay described the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as “the most unprincipled group of people” who are “encouraging and accepting rogues” in the party. He said: “When I say ‘rogues’, I don’t mean stealing. In literature, when you say someone is a rogue elephant, it means people who are running riot and destroying the party.” In a statement signed by Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, its National Publicity Secretary, APC noted that the Webster dictionary defines ‘rogue elephant’ as “one whose behaviour resembles that of a rogue elephant in being aberrant or independent.” But the APC noted that the description is more fitting as a description of how Sagay has conducted himself since he was appointed to handle President Buhari’s anti corruption efforts: “Clearly if we have today, anyone in our government or, by extension, the party who feels accountable only to his own ego; who does not feel the need to bridle his tongue for the sake of anything that is higher than himself; who feels independent of everyone and every institution; that person is Professor Sagay. The party noted that when asked by the interviewer if he would stop speaking if the President asks him to stop speaking, Sagay said: “Yes, he is my employer. If he tells me to stop talking, I’ll stop talking. But I have certain rights too that I can exercise in addition to that, because I’m not going to be in a position where I am impotent. So, I must obey him, but I can go beyond that and obey myself too. That’s it.” This, APC said in the statement is another confirmation that the description “rogue elephant” is fitting of Sagay. The party said, “Framed in another way, what Sagay is saying here is that, no matter what is at stake, he would rather resign than obey the President if the President tries to restrain him. This is the quintessential rogue elephant behaviour. “In his sheer arrogance, he forgets that it is impossible for him to call out the leadership of the party as “weak” and “unprincipled” without indicting the President, who is the leader of the party and has the fundamental responsibility to build the party. “If Sagay had any iota of respect for the man who dug him back from inevitable oblivion and puts him in a position in which he now feels superior to everyone, he would channel his opinions and advice to the President on how to make the party stronger and more principled. It appears however that Sagay does not have anything constructive to say about anything. He only knows how to tear down and assault everyone and everything. “We want to remind Sagay and all other appointees of our government that the only reason they occupy their current position today is because the APC won the election. There is, therefore, a matter of honour to show decorum and respect for the party and its leadership. You cannot love the fruit and hate the tree that produced it.” https://www.today.ng/news/politics/17056/rogue-elephant-apc-replies-sagay?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter |
A former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, has denied nursing ambition to be the vice presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2019. The ex-governor, who claimed he left about $156million in bank, N25billion cash and N25billion in local investment for his successor, Willie Obiano, also denied demanding for N7billion from the incumbent. Obi, who made the clarifications in a chat with journalists in Abuja, asked Governor Obiano to join him in church and swear an oath on the N7billion controversy. He said: “Let me ask a question, you all are educated and it is on record in this country and documented, I can prove it with every clear documented evidence that when I left office, I left over N25billion in local investment for Anambra State. I left over N25 billion in cash in the bank. I also left $156 million in the bank in Nigeria. Do you think anyone can leave such money and go to beg the person he is handing over to give him N7 billion when I left over N75 billion? “I would have taken the N7billion first, then give them the balance and I will still be in good shape. Let me use the dollar as example. Nobody has ever left $1 in any state in Nigeria. I left $156 million. About $30million alone is over N7billion. If I had taken chances and left $120million, I will still be a champion. So why will I leave that one and go begging for peanut? “Why would I need the money and then go to beg the person I handed over to give me N7billion? I would have taken it. Let us be rational about all these. “What is the idea behind this? It is sheer madness for anybody to do it. Not even in a family business, I cannot leave money and then go back to beg my brother talk less of handing over to somebody who is not my brother and who can change tomorrow. “So, it is sheer blackmail, I have never and I am a Christian. I am not supposed to swear but I can put my hand in any form of oath to say I have never discussed with anybody to be paid any amount. Let Obiano himself come, let us go before hierarchy of our church or anything to swear. I have never done that and I will never do it.” http://dailypost.ng/2017/09/20/2019-peter-obi-speaks-plans-become-nigerias-vice-president/ |
The Hausa community in Nnewi has declared support for the re-election bid of Anambra Governor, Willie Obiano. Chief Imam of Nnewi Central Mosque, Alhaji Garba Yusuf, made the announcement to newsmen on Thursday in Nnewi. Yusuf described Obiano as a detribalized leader, whose gesture will be repaid on November 18. “We, Hausa people, have enjoyed peace in the last four years of Obiano’s governance. “We have enjoyed peaceful co-existence with our host community; we are happy that we have never been harassed by anybody since Obiano took over. “We have been doing our business under conducive atmosphere and we are very happy”, he said. Yusuf further commended the governor for his religious tolerance and support for Christians and Muslims in the state. http://dailypost.ng/2017/09/07/anambra-guber-hausa-community-announces-choice-candidate/ |
Lawyers from a United States law firm, Fein & DelValle PLLC, have filed a suit against Major-General TY Buratai, the Chief of Army Staff; Mr. Willie Obiano, governor of Anambra State; Mr. Okezie Ikpeazu, Abia State governor and 13 others in the US District Court for the District of Columbia. The suit is a sequel to a trip the lawyers undertook to Enugu between 19 and 24 August, during which they said they were able to gather facts and conduct research to advance the Torture Victims Protection Act (TVPA) lawsuit filed before the US District Court on behalf of 10 anonymous plaintiffs. The suit is against 16 individuals alleged to have had a hand in extra-judicial killings and torture of Igbo people, Christians, and those with critical political viewpoints. In the case, styled John Doe, et al v. Turkur Yusuf Buratai, et al (Civil Action No. 1:17-cv-0133), the plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages to secure justice for the Igbo people, prevention of genocide, ethnic cleansing or extermination of Christians in Nigeria by radical Islamic Hausa-Fulani terrorists. The lawyers stated that they are convinced that Nigeria is the most dangerous country in the world for Christians. According to them the sanctity of churches in Nigeria is routinely defiled through the killing of children, whose corpses are hidden between pews. This, in addition to the country's membership of the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC), and the adoption of the Sharia code by 12 Northern states, they noted, constitutes a violation of Nigeria’s secular constitution. They stated that the Christian Open Door Report of 2015 found that Boko Haram killed 11,000 Christians, destroyed 13,000 churches and 1,500 Christian schools, as well as internally displaced 2.6 million people, among who were 1.3 million Christians. They equally recalled that on 11 July, a coalition of Northern groups ordered 11 million Igbo people residing in North to relocate to their home states by 1 October, something the lawyers alleged was endorsed by the Federal Government and state governments in the North. "The Government of Nigeria and 19 Northern states have tacitly endorsed the threatened genocide of twice the number exterminated by the Nazis in the Holocaust," the lawyers alleged. They noted that the federal and state governments in northern Nigeria refused to arrest those behind the chilling threat against the Igbo. In the suit against the Chief of Army Staff and others, the lawyers said the US District Court issued an order granting the plaintiffs' motion to proceed anonymously because they reasonably feared lethal retaliation against themselves or families if their identities were revealed. They argued that actions of the defendants in the suit amounted to crimes against humanity, which could be prosecuted in any jurisdiction in the world. "Indeed, the Convention Against Torture mandates that signatory nations like the United States and Nigeria prosecute the crimes of torture or extrajudicial killings," the lawyers stated. A total of 14 of the 16 individual defendants is Federal Government officials, while the other two are Messrs. Obiano and Ikpeazu, both governors of Anambra and Abia states. The Anambra State governor, they noted, has apologized for the killing of the plaintiffs perpetrated under his watch. The defendants, the lawyers said, are yet to respond after 21 days of the service of the summons and complaint. They added that their chances of successful prosecution of the suit are bright. "We are optimistic about our chances of victory at trial or earlier," they said. The defendants are represented by a California-based Nigerian law firm, which said it has been contacted by the Federal Government but not by individual defendants. http://saharareporters.com/2017/08/26/us-lawyers-file-suit-against-buratai-gov-obiano-extra-judicial-killing-torture-people |
As President Buhari Sets a New Guinness World Record By Reno Omokri President Muhammadu Buhari must be congratulated because he has set a new Guinness World Record: President Buhari has become the first elected president of a country to become resident of another nation while still in power! Shame on all those haters who say President Buhari has not achieved anything in over two years of being in office. Is this not an achievement? And where are all those shameless critics who keep comparing President Trump to President Buhari? The two of them are not mates at all. Not only is President Muhammadu Buhari older than President Donald Trump, in a comparison between them on an elementary matter like jobs, we find that according to the latest US job report from the United States Department of Labour, the US economy has added 1,074,000 under President Trump while according to the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics, the Nigerian economy lost 4.58 million jobs in President Buhari’s first year! This is no mean task! It is easy to do what Trump did and make jobs appear, but it is much harder to do what President Buhari has done and make jobs that someone produced disappear! And as President Muhammadu Buhari continues to make London Nigeria’s new Federal Capital Territory, his rapidly shrinking horde of supporters want us to feel sorry for him by selling the narrative that what is happening to him could happen to anyone. That is true enough, but make no mistake, President Buhari does not deserve our sympathy. When the shoe was on the other foot, he called on the Executive Council of the Federation to declare the late President Yar’adua incapacitated and failing that, for the Senate to impeach him. His exact words on March 9, 2009 were, “If the Executive Council of the Federation had acted in accordance with the constitution, by invoking the necessary sections to declare the President incapacitated, we would not have found ourselves in this present situation.” Again, when he thought he could be sanctimonious without proving his sainthood, he decried the practice of government officials going abroad at public expense for medical treatment. His exact words on April 27, 2016 were, “While this administration will not deny anyone of his or her fundamental human rights, we will certainly not encourage expending Nigerian hard-earned resources on any government official seeking medical care abroad.” Today he is spending his 96th day in London and “expending Nigerian hard-earned resources” on himself. If these are not prima facie evidence of hypocrisy, then I am as old as Robert Mugabe! And I must say that I was not really surprised that the Buhari administration brutalised popular musician, Charly Boy and his #ResumeorResign group who were beaten, tear-gassed and slapped at the Unity Fountain on Tuesday the 8th of August, 2017. What less can one expect from an administration that killed 347 shiite men, women, children and infants in cold blood on December 15, 2015? The incident at the Unity Fountain involving Charly Boy and others only proves that dictators may grow old, but they do not grow into democrats! And the Senate lost a chance to side with Nigerians when it described the Charly Boy-led group as “unreasonable”. If Charly Boy’s group is unreasonable for demanding that President Muhammadu Buhari #ResumeOrResign, was President Buhari also unreasonable when he demanded that the late President Yar’adua resume or be impeached on March 9, 2010? President Muhammadu Buhari himself, his side kick, Nasir El-Rufai, and other top shots of the present All Progressives Congress-led government protested against the Jonathan administration but were never tear-gassed or harassed! In the case of El-Rufai, woe betide you if you dare hold a press conference in Kaduna. You may end up being treated worse than Senator Shehu Sani and his guests! I mean, we are not allowed to see President Muhammadu Buhari. We are not allowed to hear from President Buhari. We are not allowed to protest against President Buhari. Yet President Buhari’s government wants us to pray for President Buhari’s health! And the most ridiculous part of the saga is that the Presidency has the guts to tell Nigerians that it is disrespectful to ask after the President’s health status and that he is entitled to his privacy as a ‘private citizen’. Is the Presidency not ashamed to call President Muhammadu Buhari ‘a private citizen’? He is staying at ‘Abuja House’ not ‘Buhari’s House and we the citizens of Nigeria are paying for his treatment. He is NOT a private citizen. Yesterday, he released a statement condemning the Ozubulu massacre and assuring us of our safety. Which private citizen does that? Nigeria is tired of a part-time President. Nigeria is tired of a freelance President. Nigeria is tired of a private-citizen President! In fact, I suddenly feel inspired to write a book titled, How To Identify A Dictator: He uses your tax money to pay for his medical treatment, yet you are not entitled to know his medical condition. When it suits him, he is a public official. When it does not, he transforms to a private citizen. Yet, his government instructs you to pray for him. No, I am not talking of Kim Jong-Un here! That President Muhammadu Buhari’s Anambra statement assuring Nigerians of their safety though! How can a private citizen in London assure other private citizens in Nigeria of their safety? And what is the point in having an acting President in charge when the London-based private-citizen President is issuing statements? Has he resumed from London? Nigeria is getting mixed signals from the Presidency. Has the President resumed from London or is the acting President still acting? President Muhammadu Buhari wrote to the National Assembly to make Professor Yemi Osinbajo acting President, yet he is still releasing statements as Nigeria’s President. Is he a freelance President? Osinbajo is either in charge until President Buhari returns or he is not in charge at all. In fact, I don’t know why people still pay to watch Game of Thrones on Cable TV when they can watch it for free at Aso Rock. And a week after it became public knowledge that an anti-Igbo hate song is circulating in parts of Nigeria, we have radio silence from the Presidency. Vacationing President Muhammadu Buhari, who condemned the Ozubulu killings in a statement, has nothing to say about the anti-Igbo hate song. How won’t the anti-Igbo hate song take root when the Arewa Youths who gave the Igbo quit notice are walking around freely in public? In the wake of the anti-Igbo song, I remind the Buhari administration that we have not forgotten the speed of their one-sided arrest during the Ife Yoruba/ Hausa clash! Obviously, this administration is very quick to go after real or imagined enemies of the Buhari administration but is slow to act against Nigeria’s enemies, if at all they even act. Look at the difference in the way they treated the Charly Boy group and the Arewa Quit Notice group. Look at the speed at which they arrested the Buhari dog man. But what have they done against Fulani herdsmen? According to The PUNCH Newspaper, half of Nigeria’s 71 million hectares of arable farmland is not being cultivated because farmers have abandoned their farms due to the activities of herdsmen. In Benue State alone, the governor says 1800 farmers have been killed by herdsmen in the last three years (no wonder he says we are all sick because of Buhari’s sickness). According to the Global Hunger Index, the Jonathan administration reduced hunger in Nigeria from 16.3 in 2005 to 15 points in 2013 (please Google it). But guess what? Under the Buhari administration according to the latest Global Hunger Index, 32.9 per cent of Nigerian children under the age of five suffered stunted growth due to hunger and malnutrition. By halting attacks by herdsmen, the Buhari administration can immediately and dramatically increase the amount of food grown in Nigeria and push prices down. Yet what is this administration doing to halt the herdsmen crisis? I do not know. If you do, maybe you can tell me! http://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2017/08/12/as-president-buhari-sets-a-new-guinness-world-record/ |

OKDnigeria:This is the dilemma those who continue to praise this APC administration face now. Having campaign vigorously for APC, insulting people in the process, calling GEJ clueless, only to end up with this massive failure of a govt. They don't know how to admit that they were deceived or that they deceived people. They're too ashamed to admit it. So they go on singing the praises of the party that they know has failed.
