i also got invited by Chevron, mine is on tuesday and i work for an IT company, that tuesday im supposed to be implementing a new system for a bank, how do i suddenly disappear? :-( at times, companies should endevour to hold tests on weekends so those that work don't lose their jobs attending tests etc,

please SW which of the magazine ,is it local or foreign ?, please expantiate,

How ever the mode of advertisiment is very wrong ,if they are serious they should go to the daily papers where people can easily get access to it , and not some nondescript magazine .

How many job seekers read magazine let alone buying one, but they read papers ,because it has been known that ,that is where any job vacancy in this country will be advertised for fairness and transparency, not to talk of due process,

So my advice is to ignore it and the subject says it should be bank jobs, which is not specified , whether it is experienced or entry level or management trainee, so , lets ignore it , or. what do u guys think?

Go to diageo-careers.com,click on search and apply then ,type in the ref umber of the job psition u r applying for the it will take you staright to the application form.
First u have to register in the website as a jobseeker and then u have to know the ref number of the job u are applying for .

well my advice is to apply first because u can't really tell ,there have been some companies that contract out recruitment jobs to some consultants who will preffer to be anonymous by using yahoo address,however if after u apply and they tell u to bring money before u write a test or sit for an  interview ,thats where u call it quits with them , before then just keep your fingers crossed at least there is no slacker in naija now!
if they tell u to bring money ,tell them to go mess themselves.

if its true that this guys actually collecyted 5k from u guys then u people should report them or better still go to their head office at VI opposite 1004 blocks second gate,they should not go scot free.

but you have to realise something, a lot of guys with '10 years of experience' do not know jack!
i have more than once, had superiors who i was more proficent than.

i am not saying you should, lie, but you should weigh your options. the biggest danger in lying is the implications if you get caught or worse, if you suddenely find you cannot live up to expectations. in the jungle called the nigerian job market, straight honesty doesn't cut it.

Man , thats all the advice you need in naija's job market,say what u know u can actually defend when it comes down to the nitty gritty of the job.

go to danmole street,off adeola odeku/idejo street i.e the first junction by ur left when u enter adeola odeku,just drop at idejo and ask any body where intercontenental is ,on idejo street, u cant miss it
