The terminations were done at what gestational ages?

The tests were done about 6 months ago,3 months ago she also did a scan,and was told her womb is normal. No we have not done hormonal profile test.
The termination were done early,not up to a week after her missed period.

my wife and i have add trying to conceive for about a year. We have done the necessary tests,hsg,ultrasounds,S.A the man who did her ultrasound is a gynea,says her womb is fine,we track ovulation,and meet during the right time but still no luck. We have been pregnant before getting married twice but had it removed. Dont know why it's taking this long.

What you can do to get pregnant is, firstly stay cool.
How long have you been married? Have you ever been pregnant? How old are you? What tests have you done? What drugs/interventions have been instituted? What did your last doctor recommend?

Why it hasn't happened yet is the bane of the problem and we'll get there, but there's a methodological approach. So regale me your story.

Your wife is right. You have to do the do 4 -5 days before she ovulates, the very day she ovulates and 4-5 days after ovulation in order to maximise her chances. Doggggy style is also the best to ensure the spermmmm is fully deposited.

To some extent it does. This is so because the more sexyou have before her fertile days, the less concentrated your sperm production is. A more concentrated sperm aids conception. So it is usually advised for couples trying to conceive, they avoid sex until her fertile days so the sperm will be very concentrated! Word of caution- undue anxiety has a way of reducing chances of conception. Both of you should be talking a tablet of 5mg folic acid daily. Best wishes.

You remind me of my ttc period. Well so far you have a good sperm count, everyday sex is good but the not so good can have it every other day. Sperm is healthy in the morning and in abundant. You can start having sex a day after her period in every other day interval so as to boost the fresh sperm. As for me I did it every other day and hit everyday for 5days during my ovulation cycle. Wish you baby dust

In a menstrual cycle, 5-day period is usually the fertile period, in which fertilization can take place. The rest of the days is non-fertile period. If you're trying to conceive, it's imperative to concentrate on intercourse within the fertile zone. Everyday intercourse does not increase the chances of conception. Rather, everyday may render both partners lethargic, and may deplete the man's sperm reserve when it wld really matter.

So your wife was right. You guys shld consider and concentrate on having intercourse when she's in her fertile period. Her fertile period begins 3-days to her ovulation, and 1-day after(5-days in total). You can then minimize the frequency you have sex after her fertile days.

We have been trying to conceive and she complains that sex everyday will delay conception by reducing sperm count and quality via we should have sex twice a week then have it everyday during her ovulation window. Both of us are medically ok. My S.a was over 70million normal sperm being 65% while abnormal sperm was 35%. Her ultrasound scan says her womb is normal,she has a regular cycle and ovulates. Is she right?
