Politics / Re: Who Is Your Best Performing Minister So Far? by OKKO(m): 8:09am On Jan 13, 2016
The fundamental issue is that FG has not even prepared a CONCLUSIVE budget yet.

Not to talk of Senate (NASS) approval.

Not to talk of disbursement and implementation by "noise makers" MINISTERS.

But a minister that is brainy should have had a workable blue print or policy direction by now waiting for funds to swing into action of course he/she should be trying hard by now to sell such ideas to masses and test its popularity.

#No minister yet
Politics / Re: FG Orders Depots To Sell Kerosene At N73.37k/litre by OKKO(m): 2:28pm On Jan 12, 2016
I don't even understand what is happening in this Govt. I think kero was peg at N50, why does this APC ppl bring more hardship to the ppl even as their praise worshipers continue to suffer and smile.

Does it mean that the effect of the technically removed subsidy on petroleum products is here to increase the woos of the masses.

The fuel that FG enforce filling station to sell at N86.5 remain N130 in most capital cities and over N150 in villages and it has become a norm.

I pity the poor masses in my village!

Politics / Re: Buhari Promises To Invest More In Science And Technology by OKKO(m): 11:54am On Jan 08, 2016
Scam and Propaganda government.

The 2016 budget brake down clearly shows that PMB doesn't value Education, Science or Technology. The meager resources allotted to these Ministries shows clearly that these sector is least in his priority.

He rather allotted several billions to Lia Mohmd's ministry of information to continue churning out propaganda and deceiving Nigerians.

Politics / Re: Buhari’s Budget: A Consolidation Of Coruption By Remi Oyeyemi ~ Sahara Reporters by OKKO(m): 11:44am On Jan 08, 2016
I pity, I cry for these APC supporters...this budget is a clear scam. Accept it or not.

The major challenge we had was that our recurrent expenditure (chopping) part of budget is too much ( abt 78%); greater than the capital expenditure (22%).

Technically, what PMB did is to increase both recurrent and capital expenditure at the expense of huge external and internal dept (to borrow 1.8 Tri) to fund wastages.

2015 budget was abt 4 Tri with huge recurrent expenses for politicians to steal...APC criticized that, we thought they have come to plug the loop holes...reduced excesses in recurrent vote and channel it to capital projects but reverse was the case...they rather budgeted even more funds to recurrent expenses...and added additional 2 Tri from which 1.8 Tri will go for capital vote and will be sourced by borrowing. Hence, 6 Tri budget for 2016.

So who is the Scam now?

Politics / Re: Buhari’s Budget: A Consolidation Of Coruption By Remi Oyeyemi ~ Sahara Reporters by OKKO(m): 2:28pm On Jan 07, 2016
For people claiming that they are waiting for budget implementation b4 they acknowledge this FRAUD and incompetence, they should be tutored that budget clearly shows government's priority, policy direction and goals.

Let me tell you, no budget has ever been 100% implemented, hence the need of supplementary budget by end of every fiscal year.

So PMB and cronies has just decided on how to share our money among themselves...worst still is that 30% of this budget of wastage will be borrowed money.

It is foolishness to think that during budget implementation Lia Moh'd will then cede a part of 39.1B meant for his ministry over to ministry of labour with 7.8B, he will rather ask for more if possible.

Think deep and appreciate that the figures are the maximum spending permissible to each MDA and Ministries. Budget is a government's working document...and it is even a criminal offense to spend any money beyond its appropriation.

I am tempted to declare this PMB led FG a failed government. Common budget preparation is trail with so much noise, propaganda, insincerity and utmost confusion.

How then will we expect chanji in the manner of execution of the said budget. It is easier to be in opposition than to take up the mantle...APC should wake up

We knew that PMB do not have anything to offer. Yes he is very unintelligent, un-diplomatic and undemocratic. His bigotry and vindictiveness stinks...
But we are in a country were hatred thrives, no tribe trusts the other, no national cohesion...
Yet it was pertinent at the time of the election that power must return to the North or Nigeria will brake apart...
The only available option (candidate from a mega party) was Buhari (if it were another Northern muslim, he could have won equally)...
President GEJ understood this and handed over peacefully...
It is the time of the North to rule again...APC presented the Northerner...else APC is not the messianic party, not even prepared at all to rule...

During GEJ's administration and specifically 2015 budget estimate of about 1 billion Naira for feeding in Aso rock; there was wide public out cry facilitated by FOI, freedom of speech and ever growing political consciousness and social media usage. There was this rumor about the money set aside for maintenance of animals (eg ostrich) in Aso rock.

Of course there was no information at all in public domain about what his predecessors budgeted. Now that we are in Government of "Change", can someone with a detail info, brake down for us what was budgeted under both heading for 2016?

Are occupants of Aso Rock no longer feeding? What of our birds and other animals are they also been starved? Or is there any father christmas helping us with our National burden?

Why all this silence? Are we back to the old days when the running of Aso Rock is a top secret for the masses. Where is investigative journalism? Where is Sahara reporters or Elomba.com when we need them?

Fayoshe has a perfect template on APC's type of opposition. He is paying them back in the manner it pains them most.

He just busted the bubbles again. Nothing but the truth he said here. Most elites are aware but many has suddenly lost their voices for the fear of the maximum ruler we gave our self on March 13, 2015 general elections.

Please is there anything PMB/APC is doing differently from what GEJ/PDP did about this insurgency. When he promised he will end insurgency in 2 months ppl thought he had an already prepared plan (magic wand)...so ppl was even begging him to shear his intel and strategy with the then Govt of GEJ to curtail loss of lives until after election when he will take over the drivers seat and annihilate BH totally

...So all his mouth making was just an empty SCAM to ride to Aso Rock...

Honestly PMB is helpless and clueless

Not only that BH attack Christian as a group (initially all Churches in Borno was bombed or burnt down), they target them as individual all over North until BH finally settle in 3 NE states. Churches in Kano, Zaria were attacked and muslims celebrated it (including the northern elites, politicians and clerics). Remember that Gov. Kwakwanso was implicated in the Kano motor park bombing that targeted the Southerner.

There was a time volunteers was donating free buses to evacuate Southerners from Borno.

When bomb went off in a BEER palour in Christian dominated Sabongeri area of Zaria, their muslim neighborhood was thrown into party, jubilation openly, chanting "KILL THEM ALL INFIDELS". It was widely believed Northerners then that BH has come to advance/enforce SHARIA laws.

APC wake up stop acting like opposition party...it is getting out of hand...crying over a spill milk. PDP led FG sourced that fund but decided to embezzle it. It is now your turn to source your own fund and invest it wisely in infrastructural development. Make sure U upgrade NTA to CNN b4 U go in 2019, don't use PDP to give excuses then, we shall not listen to U.

I don't blame Dokpesi- a business man for collecting huge money for his services (aim of any business is profit maximization). I blame who ever negotiate, signed and disbursed such funds.

Though I don't have faith in the present NLC leadership...I also urge them to put all the protests together, desert the work places and hit the streets...

They include: subsidy removal, increase electricity tariff, increase VAT and other taxes, toll on federal roads, incessant human right abuses by security outfits and even fuel scarcity.

Who ever can not govern, let him resign and go home...power belongs to the masses.

Business / Re: Naira Crashes Further To N270 Per Dollar by OKKO(m): 7:12am On Dec 17, 2015
Later somebody will come and call PDP, but it is bad economic policies, weak and unpredictable economic direction, political vendetta, deliberate clamp down on investor's interest, hacking of BDC operators, delay in cabinet formation, poorly qualified cabinet members and CBN boss and ultimately reduction in crude oil price in a mono-oil-economy.

Honestly there is nothing somebody can do right now...but if Nigeria would be sincere enough we should put aside PARTISAN politics and dig out our best brians home and abroad to come and brain storm and turn things around for good. The caliber of ppl in Govt. presently are too slow and insincere to deliver the goods.

If this suggestion fails, the masses should troop out and reclaim their mandate through REVOLUTION; most great nations had It.
Politics / Re: Two Nigeria’s Refineries To Restart Production Before End Of Dec. 2015 –minister by OKKO(m): 9:31pm On Dec 16, 2015
APC is scam...
Are they not the same refineries that APC told us (bearly 1 month he was handed over; b4 the appointment of his saints [sic] cabinet) to start cheering because PMB's body language has made them to start functioning to the tone of over 60% of their install capacity and that 100% is assured by December. Among which is the failed
Kaduna refinery which gets its crude oil through pipeline thousands of miles from Niger delta creeks

He therefore inferred that since Liar Moh'd can confirm that his body language can perform wonders in all sectors including Power, oil and gas...that having noise makers [sic] ministers will just be mere formalities.

On the other new Fashola has opined that Nigerian would get 24/7 power supply if they can afford his proposed tariff hike. Yet U have not attracted any single new investment in power sector since APC 7 months rein. Production is at abt 5000Mw while we needed at least 40000MW to achieve what Ur saying

Why has God decided to punish Nigerians with APC?
1.U want to toll federal roads that was free
2. U want to increase electricity bill
3. U want to increase fuel pump price by N10; when PDP removed N10 close to election U said it was political move that price of crude oil in int. market should crash fuel to N40/L
4. U want to remove subsidy on petroleum products
5. U want to reduce minimum wage
6. U can't pay Federal and state workers promptly
7. U can't regulate the exchange rate $1 = N260
8. U clamping down on business men and drivers of economy, U have denied importer forex
9. U are violating court rulings, and human rights, witch hunting the opposition parties
10. Ur a plague, Ur evil

Politics / Re: Revealed: Buhari Is Sick, Visited London Bridge Hospital On The 1st Of Dec,2015 by OKKO(m): 7:40am On Dec 16, 2015
Some reliable source has been claiming since 2wks ago that PMB is planning to tender a letter to Senate seeking a 3 to 6months leave on Medical grounds. It has been causing a lot of unrest among the Northern political elites...they don't want PMB to hand over to Osibanjo or Seraki rather the Army chief. (For me it sounds like joke)

The source claimed it is Cancer related ailment and that he also goes for check on those foreign trips.

Abroad Medical records are accessible for research and many other reasons so somebody can actually get his reports. Unlike Nigeria where record folder is so confidential that patient himself or his relations can't access it, in Egypt and India for instance, U can go home with your folder.

They are smart to type all PMB's recent speech at both local and overseas outings if not they could have had a lot to defend by now (eg. The 5% issue).

I support NANS on this one.
