I was the second best graduating student in my department, UNN 2012. I just checked my certificate and it is the same. No name under any bodies' signature, there is no physical stamp only and embroidered seal which is only visible on original.

APC SE candidates should bring out one person too. At long run they can make it a southern PDP consensus candidate.

I am afraid a southern consensus candidate under APC will be difficult, because so many candidates in APC get life ambition. Yet thier clock is far spent, it is now or never for them.
