Nigeria (CBN), Charles Soludo has stated
that the 2016 budget presented by
President Muhammadu Buhari was almost the same as the one presented by his predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan. According to Soludo, the present budget was a carbon copy of the one by Jonathan’s government, adding that defeating old bad ideas could be better that initiating new ones. 1. Is EFCC a competent law court of jurisdiction to decided a criminal case in her office?
2. What was the charges raised against him?
3. If (he) the accused is actually guilty of collecting bribe from arms deal, criminal diversion of fund or money laundry, what did the law say is his punishment? COLLECT PART OF THE MONEY BACK and DISCHARGE HIM HOME?
4. Remember FG said they will not enter plea bargain in any case of corruption, how come EFFC has turn to court and start dishing out plea bargain?
5.Where/what is his jail terms according to law?
6. PDP asked how much did he actually collect? From who? For what? (because he is APC member) so for what did he get the money from arms? Services or presidential campaign?
7. When is he going to pay the balance?

The 2016 budget brake down clearly shows that PMB doesn't value Education, Science or Technology. The meager resources allotted to these Ministries shows clearly that these sector is least in his priority.

He rather allotted several billions to Lia Mohmd's ministry of information to continue churning out propaganda and deceiving Nigerians.

I pity, I cry for these APC supporters...this budget is a clear scam. Accept it or not.

The major challenge we had was that our recurrent expenditure (chopping) part of budget is too much ( abt 78%); greater than the capital expenditure (22%).

Technically, what PMB did is to increase both recurrent and capital expenditure at the expense of huge external and internal dept (to borrow 1.8 Tri) to fund wastages.

2015 budget was abt 4 Tri with huge recurrent expenses for politicians to steal...APC criticized that, we thought they have come to plug the loop holes...reduced excesses in recurrent vote and channel it to capital projects but reverse was the case...they rather budgeted even more funds to recurrent expenses...and added additional 2 Tri from which 1.8 Tri will go for capital vote and will be sourced by borrowing. Hence, 6 Tri budget for 2016.

So who is the Scam now?

Who ever claims that this news is fake is wicked. The man is lying situate in Govt. House Clinic as I type. He knew who attacked him, they are APC supporters.

For people claiming that they are waiting for budget implementation b4 they acknowledge this FRAUD and incompetence, they should be tutored that budget clearly shows government's priority, policy direction and goals.

Let me tell you, no budget has ever been 100% implemented, hence the need of supplementary budget by end of every fiscal year.

So PMB and cronies has just decided on how to share our money among themselves...worst still is that 30% of this budget of wastage will be borrowed money.

It is foolishness to think that during budget implementation Lia Moh'd will then cede a part of 39.1B meant for his ministry over to ministry of labour with 7.8B, he will rather ask for more if possible.

Think deep and appreciate that the figures are the maximum spending permissible to each MDA and Ministries. Budget is a government's working document...and it is even a criminal offense to spend any money beyond its appropriation.

I am tempted to declare this PMB led FG a failed government. Common budget preparation is trail with so much noise, propaganda, insincerity and utmost confusion.

How then will we expect chanji in the manner of execution of the said budget. It is easier to be in opposition than to take up the mantle...APC should wake up
