Power Ministers in the past are never Fashola's match; 1. Prof. Bath Nnaji of MIT and Geometric Electric (professor robotic engineering and power system design & integration), was America's best in this field in 1991. 2. Prof. Rev. Vener. Nebo Chinedu of UNN, ESUT etc (professor of metallurgy engineering). Babatunde Fashola (SAN); power, works and housing...at a time. Just to deprive SE/SS and massage the Yoruba Muslim's ego. Just as Kemi Adeosun is their own Okonjo-Iweala Certificateless PMB using mosquitos to fill the slot for lions and expecting miracles. |

Vulu:From your line of argument it might be absurd really!!! Because they have a more efficient (heart) cardiovascular system than non athletes (in theory)...but you can't rule out other genetic, environmental, socio-psychological and lifestyle factors. From the history, he may have been even reluctant in seeking healthcare. Most elite athletes behave like that... |
If the news is true, then he may have had a Cardio-Vascular Attack (cardiac arrest) or Cerebro-Vascular Attack (stroke)...(?) ischemic type...those are some of the warning signs. Irregular heart beat, abnormal blood pressure, long history of pain or gradual but progressing weakness of one hand or leg or both hand and leg of the same side of the body (that's why he could not stand so long). Always rush to see a #PHYSIOTHERAPIST |
OP you try but you are not a professional teacher. 1. "Technically" defeating boko haram was given in area of concentration but U left it and set questions about Fulani headsmen. 2. Why ask about increase in fuel price (without making deregulation of downstream a constant)? Again U forgot to give useful hints to the question such as; power tariff high, increase in VAT, removal of fertilizer subsidy, N 50 bank changes, tolling of Federal roads when ever repaired in future etc 3. Note that a sub question that doesn't have "b" need not state or list "a" 4. Thank me for reminding U |
Since 1999 no govt has been this kind of empty. APC is more clueless by far |
Roliks09:To be honest with you I am not watching...though I could have loved to be entertained with the lies that will be dished out. No light since today, don't have money to fuel the gen. 2Ls of PMS is equivalent to 5 cups of garri here! |
It takes only 3 months to produce tomatoes, after GEJ's ouster BH has been technically annihilated so why using BH as an excuse again? |
When a man without certificate or rather with an F9 in Mathematics and Economics in a heavily mutilated and highly controversial certificate was chosen to represent a party as her best candidate and eventually wins election by major support from ethno-religious agents. He was later as a president saddled with the socioeconomic prosperity of a country of 200 million people. He appointed and controls a pseudo economic team and takes over monetary and fiscal policy of the country, a dictator that took over the roles of CBN. Power hungry illiterate that dictates for the Law Courts and gags the voice of the Law Makers...a tyrant was reinvented. Today the country is poorer and more confused than any time in her history. |
mrvitalis:See you listing Igbo oil and gas fields are a possible alternative for Nigeria...a people clamoring for sovereign state of Biafra. I think folks claim Igbos no get oil deposit. Make IPOB catch there... I support One Nigeria but I prescribe through Federalism. |
I bet my last kobo that the time he leaves officer Nigeria will be over-dependent on oil. Talking as if he knows what to do ... |
That road is the symbolism of the state of the nation. After one year we have successful passed a budget... |
I support muslimization of Nigeria, I have changed my name to Aliyu till the end of this administration. |
Summary inflation has killed us.
Poor handling of economy, chasing shadows and political vendetta. By December 1USD will equal 500 NGN, all of us will fry! |

masseratti:You want to reduce business for Isreal and Saudi Arabia? Na Africa dey under develop herself... |
Walspring:My dear I am already seeing something. I have never been this broke all my life. The future is bleak! |
eHydrated:A christian northerner/ fulani ...loading to take over. But if I were Buhari, I will interfere with everything except a Christian Commission. This country is delicate now and any little religious issue can make her boil. |
iLegend:You have acquired a plot! |
Friday Olokor, Abuja President Muhammadu Buhari, has approved the disengagement of Mr. John Kennedy Opara as the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission. The announcement came barely two hours after Opara attended the third session of the 9th synod of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), with the theme, ‘The poverty of riches’ in Abuja. A statement by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Babachir David Lawal said, the decision was with effect from Thursday, May 19, 2016. Buhari, however, thanked him for his invaluable services to the nation and wishes him well in his future endeavours. The statement read, “His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, has in the exercise of his powers, approved the disengagement of Mr. John Kennedy Opara as the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission with effect from Thursday May 19 2016. “Mr. President, however, thanked him for his invaluable services to the nation and wishes him well in his future endeavours.” www.punchng.com/breaking-buhari-fires-ncpc-boss/ |
My brothers and sisters, 1. The so called gal was supposed to be in SS3 writing WAEC but she can't even speak English do we write WAEC with Hausa? 2. She was said to be 12 yrs when kidnapped and now 14 yrs; but the average age that sits for WAEC in Educational developed region like SW is 16yrs. 3. She was found by civilian JTF but NA hijacked it. 4. She was identified with three distinct names by relevant authorities. The chibok gals saga still sounds as a scam |
...Somebody should tell OMENKA that everything in Political Section of NL is not politics or about APC (chanji or chains)! I have been seriously bashed by political analysts and paid poster below for the comment I made above. They called me ignorant and I laughed because this is just my field. Polio is one of the most contagious, stubborn (wild) viral strain know to public health since it was isolated in 1909. It can be spread by droplets from sneeze, cough, stool etc. The reason why foreign donors and NGO (including Bill Gate) is much interested in polio is because of this statement "the United States has been polio free for more than 30 years, but the disease is still occurring in other parts of the world. It would only take one traveler with polio from another country to bring polio back to the United States." Imagine when the population of shite muslims in Nigeria who has refused immunization is allowed to roam freely across the Nation. Mind U immunization is not completed until Six (6) year at this intervals a child can still contract the virus. www.cdc.gov/vaccines/parents/diseases/child/polio.html |
Tolexander:You think they are foolish, NO they are not. One strain of polio virus in anywhere is a threat to babies everywhere in the world. Give them El-zazaky or to hell with your vaccination. ...Modified... I have been seriously bashed by political analysts and paid poster below for the comment I made above. "I don't know what is fuel subsidy" - PMB This part was the greatest shocker of my life. Is this man just a stark dullard or hypocritically insincere? |
In fact Buhari's mess could also lead to so many job opportunities...as if those already employed are getting their due pay. |
Mutuwa:I disagree with this idea you ppl are sharing that GEJ govt was corrupt and untrustworthy as at 2012 just less than one year after he took over power in May 2011. It is a fat lie. Ppl believe GEJ die that time...in fact it was attempt to remove subsidy that brought his political down fall. There is always this usual/normal reaction against price hike of public utility...GEJ was politically naïve he consulted poorly, labour reacted as they are reacting now...but he allowed the opposition and his political enemies to hijack the protest. Today PMB too has poorly consulted but he is lucky to have both labour, political jobbers, MURIC, "born to rule" and "sophisticated west" under his foot. He will escape unscratched. |
I have never seen a Government that make excuses like PMB's. And his defenders in NL are shameless though over 90% have left in frustration. We grow lean defending the indefensible OMENKA. All of you said its budget that is holding us from seeing the change. OK! The budget has been passed on a day its previous morning the Finance Minister, was talking in Channels TV that she is finding it difficult to pay salary. So what else do U hope on to implement the budget? CHINESE LOAN? Don't tell me GEJ has stolen all the money meant for budget implementation of 2016. Never in history of Nigeria has any budget ran on saving of previous years cos implementation has never reached 100%. Never tell me the problem is drop in oil price to $30 pb ; Obj enter when it was $28 but he did not nag, complain and lay reckless blames like this. yarimo:Save me this budget implementation scrap. There is a saying that a chick that will turn to a male is known right at hatch. There is definitely to plan, absolutely no policy direction (the best we have heard in Agric is NOT how to provide fertilizers, improved seeds, irrigation or even a comprehensive registration of farmers; planting season is coming to end at mid year: all we have heard is plans to import grasses). Absence of budget does not make Ministers to go asleep, they knew what they budgeted for they should have started rolling out policy statements waiting to hit the ground running when funds are finally made available. Are the not traveling, paying wages and other recurrents since inception. Did they not do refurbishing of Aso rock and their offices? Are they not buying operational cars? #The truth is that the government has no cash at hand, they are even finding it difficult to pay salary not to talk of implement any budget or execute projects; they have strangled the economy with echaic/medieval approach, they have destroyed SMEs with parochial monetary policy champion by PMB himself, they have chased away foreign investors with their lack of economic direction and dullness. The worst is lawlessness and political witch hunt and vendetta. |
