Even if it is true that was over 20yrs ago besides the Case has been closed with a letter from The US gov to show for it. Also remember he was not convicted or found guilty in any court in the US.Constitutionally the case will be thrown out as dead on arrival. The constitution gives a specific period of 10yrs before an election and not indefinite.

Going by your ascertion of 10yrs then his senatorial and governorship certificate serving as Lagos state should be annulled and canceled. He should never have been a senator or governor of Lagos. He committed a crime as stipulated my law.
