Then the fault is from you. You must have enabled recurrent payment which means when it's annual payment period, the system automatically charge your account. So what you can do now is ask for a refund from Godday or goto the company that owns the site to claim your payment.

Yes you can trace it but firstly answer this; Have you ever used your card to make payment on Godaddy before?

Your card was used to make payment for hosting a website. You can easily get the person but you need to apply logic

Bro forget it. I suggest u get a new host. The hosting company won't ever believe you. The best you can do is to get a site grabber, download all the web site pages (hopefully its in HTML) and re host it. Contact me if u need more help.

The site has been suspended (maybe the hosting subscription has expire), and just like you said, I chatted the hosting company this afternoon but was told they can't give me the cpanel details.

Please help me out here guys, the webmaster relocated from Abuja to Uyo and he is dead, was only given email access, site access has been suspended since Jan 1, but expiry is 25th April on "whois"
