Yes its so bad that in Nigeria some people are treated with undue privileges while others are punished. During the pull-out parade of one of the finest officer's ever produced by the Nigerian army (Gen. Salihu Ibrahim) he described the Nigerian army as an "army where anything goes" Gen Obasanjo retired so many officers at the onset of this civilian dispensation who where predominantly from a section of the country for the same offence as gen okiti, I can remember vividly the outburst from the north about the political implication of the action and not the offense in general. We need to make Nigeria work and not pretend that it is working!

The said money which was supposed to be in the custody of the Finance Officer of the division was said to have been diverted by the senior officer who was also accused of engaging in private business other than the army job.
