yea i know some people want it sophisticated thats why i said earlier that people would still like it the way it is, and thats preference and this is because i feel like that is what they are used to. to me, less depicts more. what i understand sophisticated does is that it takes up space, blocks good lighting and its heavy on the eyes. i believe as a producer of a service, you should understand that customers do not even know what they want and this is because they do not know anything else thats out there. its the job of the designer to educate them on what a certain option tends to give some certain benefit(s).
