However, if you're going before your appointment date, you want to do a walk-in then, you need to go early and write your name

What if someone that has an appointment by 12pm and has written his/her name very early on the list. What's the consequence/probable result?

Today is the 11th day of my count, pls should I deduct the 4days of being on PND from the 11 days or I should continue counting?

Get a letter from your University saying you were taught in English, that should work

They said English result above 5 years is unacceptable hence they can not process CAS.

If you want to do the test in Lagos, I will advise you to go in physically and fill a booking form, the appointment date they will give you is usually a month from the date you go there physically to book an appointment.
