Please I need help and proper advice concerning my visa application

I applied to join the British army here in Nigeria, I got an invitation letter which is to be used as supporting document for visa application. I'm booked for assessment on November..the assessment is to last for two days, but I was advised to be in the UK a week before my assessment by my recruiter

I'm currently not working, my mom is willing to sponsor my travel

As part of my application process to join the army. I'm required to have a sponsor in the UK who can accommodate me. We've reached out to a family friend whose willing to accommodate me , but all expenses for the trip is on my mom

I'll like to know what other documents I'm to attach for my visa application aside my mom's bank statement and that of my sponsor in the UK

I currently have just 214k in my account


What are my chances of getting a visa

My first application
Applied may 31st
Biometrics june 17th
Application was refused because the eco is unclear why i'm doing a low paid job as a degree holder and also i dont have asset(meanwhile my assets was properly documented on the form but the eco overlooked it)
I was down and almost loose hope but with the assurance of @ekpotek, he did a wonderful job that surprises me. He encouraged me to reapply again immediately but now on priority because of my travel date.
Second application
Applied July 16
Biometrics july 24
Decision made august 1
Pick up today with my visa issue.

2. You must print your document checklist though its the first page they will take from you
3.print your payment confirmation
4.print the uploaded esolo page to show you submitted your documents online.
5. Your passport data page.

Please I made my application using Self service. The appointment date I selected, do I need a print out to show them at the gate. Please to those who went to submit recently, what proof did you give at the entrance to indicate you had an appointment scheduled for that day. I'm a bit confused. I'm submitting on Thursday.

Visa type is standard visitor visa

I am concerned that you did not mention the visa type that you seek, this is an evidence that you are not prepared for the interview:i don't see how the interviewer will approve your visa when you are not being precise

@vicjustice here is my issue. Am having an interview (face to face) with an organization in uk and i was told i will need to provide my flight and accommodation by myself but they will send me an invite letter.
A friend of mine is ready to assist with out with accommodation and feeding over there for the period of stay while my brother is providing my flights ticket and transport(sponsor).
My salary here is not that fact 50k per month.
Please, i need your advice on what documents to provide for my visa application.
Am a first timer here.

@justwise, please i need your advice. Am about to apply for visit visa but here is my issue. My boss is directly responsible for the payment of monthly salary meaning he pays me directly from his personal account. Please how do i go about the payslip issue?

1.please i want to know the documents my sponsor in the uk should provide me to add to my application
2.i am working already so i want to know the document to add to support my application
3.i visited the uk in 2012 when i was in the university and in my final year i wanted to visit again but i was refuse.please will that affect my new application

NCAT update

For those who applied to for NCAT online Job. The list for the CBT EXAM. is available online @ psin.gov.ng and to save you the trouble below is the downloaded list in two documents. Microsoft excel format. Search for the post you applied for from the sheet tab bellow in the excel opened document . after downloading . it best you use computer to search the list using your name, gsm or email address.
NB
Note that any candidate who identifies his/her name on the list but have not received SMS invitation for the exam should contact info@psin.gov.ng, stating his/her profile, contact number and reference/serial number on the list.

Please anybody with useful link for the list of successful candidates for the test?could find one but got a text message this morning.
