You were not born when he ruled so hold your peace - you father is the only person, that would have said he wouldn't vote for buhari and we would understand. Shekena.... |
DWJOBScom:Well I point this out because I have visited quite a number of them and I have accounts with 2-3 of them. 1. Aso saving and loans plc - only gives out mortgages to civil servants I have an account their and tried assessing the loan. 2.platinum mortgage bank- same as above and they have their own estate you can buy into- 3. Abbey homes building society same as above but don't have an estate, they would tell you it takes a certain period or length of time in as much as the FMBN is on the floor just above them. 4. Wema homes I have an account their, they would push you forward and backwards and ask for one title or another title document and still tell you in the end nothing for you. 5 FHA, you must have you 30% deposit, and the houses range between 14m- 54m and you have 10yrs repayment I have an account their. The list is endless, and that's is because, I went mortgage shopping -I banked with some of them for 2-3months before I was told of these criteria, why do you think most of us want change and hate what is happening in the system, it's because this administration dealt us a very bad card, from sharing of government contracts based on signed business cards from, state house -Aso rock- to practical stealing of monies meant for certain jobs we have done, misappropriation stealing of our idea's- to "are you from the south south?" it's our turn- even mortgages that's supposed to be for all, you need a note from above to assess it, state house backed. And that is why I need a Change" voters card they refused to give me, in fact I said this some time ago, a common personal assistant, that writes memo's and passes files came to the centre where I was supposed to register and scattered it, not allowing - anybody to register because people were saying they were not going to vote GEJ in 2011, when the police came and wanted to arrest him all he did was bring out his I.D card and the police told the inec officials to close and that was all- they disenfranchised us- till date! And you want me to root for this government ![]() |
DWJOBScom:Please people are not ignorant nor myopic- before you can assess a FMBN loan you must be registered with a primary mortgage institution and before they can process your documents you must be working with at least 6months salary payments going to their account - you must save about 10%- 20% of the the amount you require and it must be less then N5m - I think they upped it last year to 10m - their target are civil servants meaning once your are not in the public sector nothing for you* as a private individual you must pay 50% of the amount of the house including banking with a primary mortgage institution and assess to the loan can take between 2-5years because of the amount of people on the list and corruption "the bane of the nigerian fabric". If you have not tried it please don't come to nairaland to talk about it- to make matters worst the payments can not be transferred from the principal to the next of kin as they normally say except the next of kin is working in the civil service* so what exactly is the FMBN doing O? Or maybe his referring to the empty private estates being developed by his friends and cronies from contracts awarded to them by him and his gang of looters* in which a block cost between N14- 49m, and people are not buying them they are practically empty- maybe in otuoke they have built 10000units but refused to make it public? #idontknow! |
masonkz:Where nah- and I am still paying N600k for my mini-flat in abuja? Where! Another on paper project- or better still in their mind project* |
barcanista:You see the strategy - disenfranchise the majority of us in other places while supply enough voters cards in their strong holds- PDP - may God deal with the likes of Jega - corrupt nonentities |
Opiosko:An inference to the statement is all we need - it's targeted at the opposition! That's all ![]() This man fails not to continue to instigate and fuel his goons"- Edwin Clark, okupe and asari- it's like a case of a bully- having a bigger bully behind them- they can talk but the opposition should keep quite- If the opposition talk it's them fuelling crisis- |
The banners have become an eyesore and a disrespect to right/sane thinking nigerian's - goosh I expected they would have been destroyed early - when TAN was busy fanning this campaign way before the supposed, get set - signal |
I guess this guy doesn't hear what Edwin Clark and okupe have been saying and doing? Doesn't he read news papers or does reuben abati - edit all of this stuff about him? This man must be high on something - we don't know about!!! |
Ojiofor:I-D-I-O-T: in-patient of yaba left - ASERE OMO!!!! |
Ojiofor:TAH- everybody is talking, the offspring of a baby factory is talking- who are you? common sense you no get! This is, to show how expensive it is, where you come from- lineage of ESAU, selling their birthright for a plate of pottage- a shame to human creation, you where the ones God saw and asked why he created man- NONSENSE!!!! Tufiakwa- if you feed full from ethnic bigotry, that's your cup of tea, keep it to yourself- Nigeria will never divide because of your likes, when it is time, we would all go our separate ways, but definitely not because of your likes, ASARI younger brother, Okupe twin brother and fani kayode's inlaw- USELESS..... people that talk without thinking- |

GeneralShepherd:The NDA is a degree award institution and for further studies they go for courses outside the country india- US- UK- the confirmation of the certification collected is the 2nd Lt., ranks they hang, that is to the public - and that's why DSS go through 6months training, to teach how they handle weapons and the military ethics - they are valued aper- simple!!! |
vanbonattel:It's quite pathetic - you have never served in the military, and have neither a relation, relative or parent that served in the military- what the military do is hold unto all trainings and certifications they give to you - because they actually trained you for it- what certification does the NDA zaira give? in other words it's to show they own you till death- either by retirement or death - oh! They have an engineering faculty, medical, electrical, administration, aviation, shipping- name it and they go for 4years sometimes 5years and then graduate and then start with 2nd Lt., we visit their hospitals for treatment, military hospital Yaba and Ikoyi are examples- an engineer that studied in a conventional university can't repair or maintain their hard ware- it's a shame- when children like you - can't see the rubbish and the valley into which we a tumbling- except of course- you are indirectly routing for the systematic implosion and disintegration of nigeria- through misrule and misgovernance, working towards the attainment of the nigeria disintegration come 2015- and the you are doing everything to ensure thus- traitors" to the unity of nigeria - |

Oh- what a shame!!! Because of Jonathan a whole General certification is being debated- formal head of state! - something that needs no debate- what a useless set of people- now it's obvious jonathan and sambo are the ones of questionable character- every fabric of the nigerian stratosphere has been messed up- when GEJ was still thinking of what to do with himself this man was already ruling this country- fighting for the unity of this country- but now see what useless lawless people have done, even the military has been dragged into this mess! These are people that if the civil government can't sort out issues- they should come to the unification and settlement of these issues- they are in actual terms nigeria! Now you see that the boko-haram issue is a F.G formulated situation and that's why the military haven't fought the problem? They have been drafted into it- that's why ihejirika was sacked - he was fighting for nigeria* and honestly speaking, looking at it critically, he was a torn- in the flesh of this administration- he may have, over thrown this government had it been - he was still authority. |
krispycash:I still beg to differ, on his character- imagine fasehun vying for pipeline protection contract- openly, saying they would protect petroleum pipelines, my view he is and was looking for indirect government patronage- now with this at the back of your mind, isn't it obvious the knowledge of never winning this patronage is obvious with GMB administration* only holding on to a promise from the GEJ administration!!! - or what would make a right thinking Dr., campaign for a man that would decide to buy N9.2b worth of stoves, when our economy needs buffers, salaries need to be cut - support an administration that claimed they had to remove subsidy- that he also fought against - at least I can remember him on TV from the freedom park, support the governorship ambition of a civilian tyrannt Fayose, support a government that he complains can't prove power to run his hospital? Break 3 international laws with just one move, say corruption is not the same as stealing, support 16 governors is greater then 19, push the case of illegality of the minister of petroleum under the carpet, watch as members of states of assembly 4 impeach 16 rivers, 7 impeach 19 Ekiti, encourage the assembly in nasarawa to try and impeach the first working governor of the state because he is in opposition, a government that use N1b to eat, a government that cannot provide security, a government that would say if $20b is missing from his country the government of another country would know!!! And you tell me fasehun doesn't have a morality question hanging over his head- |
krispycash:You may think educational qualifications make a qualified person, but in my personal opinion -it's experience, that makes the difference - that's why with all the qualifications people attain from schools, employers of labour ask for 10years experience for management jobs- now this is a man that has managed men and materials- in the military- he has governed and wasn't intoxicated by power- he gave us a direction to look at' discipline- it takes someone whom has sacrificed himself- not a person of questionable character that decided to turn major almustapha into a rallying point- because of old age and publicity, after he was rightly accused of murdering our own sister- abiola wife - that's what they call character* this makes a man- so many other things which can't be put down in words. |
I was just going through some posts and threads on nairaland- and I just observed that those boys, from the creeks that have been stealing, vandalising and terrorising the unity of the country, are all over nairaland -opening threads and fighting dirty like okupe- they start a thread and finish the thread* insulting the personalities of the opposition candidates -and when the supporters of the opposition, insult their candidate they say - they don't have respect for the office of their candidate- whereas the personality for which they fight to protect - well is a disappointment to the S.S- as nigeria has been on auto-pilot for quite a while* please someone/people we are tired of court jesters, and boys criminals for the creeks that are high on crude oyel- |
His own personal point of view- fasehun you, are you qualified? |
^ I just noticed their are two marked Aso ebi with Bella signature- it's the first one O! Picture no 5 - see, I am serious I am quoting- ![]() |
The one holding the red bag - then yours truly and then the one with the Bella naija signature marked across the face, marked Aso ebi - I bind the spirit of greed- I would have said all of them - then the one, you were wearing this blue top on an ankara skirt print |
Godmother:Godmother nah the person wey wear the ankara catch my eye O! ![]() |
Sibabasibaba1:Manage* when bagga-dash!!! is flashed in my face -I go on a burst, before I finally cool down, and if I don't cool down- I just post- I should believe the statement, leader of tomorrow doesn't exist in your lexicon, if not?you would frown at what your handlers are doing, except probably you are paid to disgrace yourself, and since you do not even live in our world, who are you to contribute to political and economic affairs on nairaland- your statement is also a proof, to the fact that- you are not matured enough to manage yourself- because you would sell yourself short. Grow up and mature, then come back to nairaland to post- I would recommend jokes section and romance* and possibly travels and tours |
anonimi:You are failing to see the obvious - the federal govt is owing ministry salaries and the same federal government has cut considerably allocations going to the states- nasarawa state happens to be amongst the states with the only source of income being the dependence on the federal allocation- apart from this same present government that has started levying-collecting tenament rate along the abuja - keffi corridor which is the only source of income* for the state- they also don't have any factory because it is just recently they got connected to the national grid- this same state administration did that feat for them- they only had a substandard polytechnic - if not for the state government that has turned the same university premises into a small construction yard building hostels for the students- so the state government is working and it is doing so based on what is available to it, and looking at it critically - is it only boreholes and tap water that the state government should provide? What of education, what of roads, and enabling industrialization, so think about it again, have you seen the state government breakdown? I have because, like I use to say prior to me returning back to paid employment I was into contracting going to jos-nasarawa-kogi- niger- to hustle for contracts and vendorship, both with government. And private organisations, and before you take a ride in any direction you have to read the state budget to know what you are going for? Now the states don't receive ETF funds government and private organisation contribute to it, while the universities have been having problems assessing the funds because the bar has been to high for them to scale- now it's not the responsibility of senators to apportion the projects only to over see them* and specifically federal government projects that's why they would say they are doing oversight- and it's for the state legislators and not the federal senators* it's is not a commendable effort because it's meant to cause disaffection and distablize the efforts of the state government- haven't you heard of a minister going to give N20m to victims of a burnt market in bauchi "today" what of the people of bakassi that are selling themselves because government have not provided alternative sources of sustenance for them- see if you fail to look at all these things and choose to preach like a one verse pastor - you may not enter the kingdom of God O! |
anonimi:Thank you, for your high level of decorum in the face of the obvious- but in all honesty - it is painful when a young man would see what is his right from government in respect of the tier and say thank you- or use it to praise them - like fashola would say "I am just doing the job you elected me to do" my point exactly plus the fact that it is an infringement of the powers of the federal government to go into a state owned university and give money as a federal government, when ideally it should be in the state governments budget, which I believe it! As a federal government I expect them to do it under the etf project and stop abrogating responsibilities that is not theirs to themselves, while making the state government looking inefficient and incompetent since they don't have the funds available to the federal government- can't you seem to draw a parallel between this action and that of the issue of chieftancy titles? Just saying |
anonimi:hahahahahaha- lost soul, imagine thanking his handlers for doing or carrying out their responsibility, should the students have protested before they provided borehole water? moreso, the school in question is not a federal school- it is a state owned school, its not the responsibility of the federal government - its the responsibility of the state government, which means they are trying to bribe innocent young students, with what should in the first place, be the role of the government and their responsibility, well breeze don blow fowl yansh don open- and we are not interested in the thanking them/him for the right of the students - they should have channeled the money through the state government instead of heating the polity |
fighting dirty for his senatorial seat i guess |
mehn that humongous N4.3b, oyil money!!! men thats why, they are seriously finding hard to leave power -imagine O! from no shoes some years ago to the ability to buy a state in nigeria - and you tell us it must continue what of nnamdi sambo salary? what of david marks and tambuwal? its time we did a comparism so we know exactly who, the personalities that are stealing our monies are? especially all the ministers, and Special advisers (all of them, they are the ones stealing the money through the MDA's on behalf of GEJ) then the director generals and the executive secretaries of all the departments and parastals - NEVER ALLOW A POOR MAN, OUR A MAN THAT HASNT SEEN GOOD TIMES TO RULE, becuase once they see money they would turn into Jonathan* from normal to insane- |
Politics and the fear of loosing - holding on to power by all means- blackmail slander- open confrontation, just because they want to remain in Aso rock, their wives want to talk from their throats- they want to appoint people to do their bidding- they can eat with N1b, their stoogies can go to and fro - by flight for 2-3days a week UK - while getting paid for doing their personal business stealing they are maligning our sensibilities- and they are ready to lie to any length to stay in power- so they can continue to live like this- |
computermouse:I guess they normally listen the new N100 note |
The enemies of nigeria - peter "ololo" odilli, like asari said- the man that armed militants - and turned the state into the land where open gun duels take place in board day light, is talking- look at what is happening in Ekiti and learn* these instruments of evil have no good to offer- |
Government of misplaced priorities and irrelevancy's local government issues or state issues, is what they want to concern themselves with - abrogating everything relevant and irrelevant to the center - mehn sooner then later- wedding ceremonies would be abrogated to the F.G - while creation of jobs education and healthcare would be given to the people through privatisation at the grass root* they would use this slogan " government has no business being in business - useless people at the helm of affairs- clueless idiot.s in the palace and corridor of power- serious governments are facing foreign policy and industrialisation, our own government is looking at chieftancy titles - imagine our national merit award is plagued with people of questionable character now- this one* a chief would tell the ruler of his community, he know someone in abuja- may God deliver us if possible before February 2015- |
