Did she by any chance share the loan with the guarantor. As a side deal?

This life sha,

What made guarantor sell the house immediately after securing the loan? Was he planning sales all along??

Plenty questions.

BTW oga I need you to sign one form for me, the bank is requesting for it.

You must have control over your greed. My greed won’t allow me to sell, especially when it’s doing so well. I start wondering what would happen if I sell and it grows more or if the new one I’ll buy will tank.

Smh

Koko is to be take emotions out of it. If the target is to exit with 15% profit, then it’s best to exit at that 15% even if the price is shooting up. There’s the option to rebuy at another time lol

Corruption, insecurity and the dearth of infrastructure (good roads, power supply, rail transport etc). He is doing his best to tackle this triad curse in my opinion. I don't think there is a magic wand that can be used to take away all of the problems of Nigeria overnight. It will take a few baby steps and a few good leaders to get to where we want to be. I may be wrong, but deep down, I think he is an incorruptible leader who means well, but is sadly, overwhelmed by the challenges of governing a country like Nigeria.

Nigeria is a complex country to govern; the abnormal is normalized, whilst the normal is perceived as abnormal.
You are simply delusional if you really think this. If Buhari means well for Nigerians, the first step should be employing/appointing competent people into key positions.

You also do realize that he’s a dictator, right? Just see attached images for events ONLY in the past two days. Let’s not forget they banned the usage of Twitter too.

It’s really pathetic if you do believe what you’ve written up there.

Yes you do not need all those above to delve into it. But you need at least 10yrs experience and have known data structures and algorithm to get a job. If you doubt me look around you, anyone into AI who has got all it takes to get a job in AI who isn't working in AI to know what I'm talking about.
Comrade, I know not about that grin

I was mainly referring to your initial post about delving into AI

OK. And Where's your true info?
First off, I am not involved in AI and have done nothing that involves AI.

- Like you need to have been programming for more than 10yrs and
Fact check: there is no need to have been programming for 10 years. Many people with far less experience pick up AI and go on to excel in the field. I know people who have been coding for less than 5 years and have delved into AI successfully.

- have known data structure and algorithm to go into A.I..
Fact check: while it’s true that you might need some data structures and algorithms (queue, graph, search algorithms, etc) when working in the AI field, you do NOT need to know these data structures BEFORE diving into the field.
You can pick up the necessary data structures and algorithms you need along the line when you need them.

Let’s try not to gatekeep fields even when we might not realize it smiley

There are jobs for python developers but the entry level is very high. Because most times you are dealing with data, and data is not something you joke with. A.I. on its own is a difficult task. Like you need to have been programming for more than 10yrs and have known data structure and algorithm to go into A.I..
This is false info.

Anyone with tips on how to find genuine love here? The girls I meet here dey always too fat or have mental issues.

The rest dey unstable. They like you today, the next day they don’t care and if they need you they come closer again.

I’m asking because as I’m seeing it... this their graduate route na scam o (Except you’re in Health related field) Ordinary to get internship na big problem. Even free one. Voluntary.

Note: I’m not doing a shit course. I’m studying AI and know what I’m doing.
We singles in the UK should probably find a way to connect and find love

Can anyone Analyse a problem currently faced by the uk government and how amazon web services can solve the problem… this is for a research work i am currently doing please
