People have children outside wedlock and the court will still give the child to the outside man even when the woman is still under bound with the original husband.

NA lie. Tradition is different from law. Even in the east the law does not say such. It is the custom or tradition that says that. Custom or tradition is secondary. Constitution is Supreme to tradition and custom

No matter how court favors the lady, court can not deny the guy the ownership of the baby. He is the owner and no one else.

2nd, Amaka parent are not the parents of the baby. The baby belongs to both Amaka and Ibrahim. Amaka is no more, Ibrahim is the next person to take decision.


3rd, it does not matter if they killed Amaka or not. The point is, who is the biological father? And that's what the court will want to know. I have never seen any case where court denied a man the ownership of the child because they are not legally married.

Again this is not true. They have rights over the daughter who is no more. They don't have rights over the baby. The baby is their family by extension and directly a family to the Muslim boy and the dead wife
