As expected with an European ref, we get the other sides with the 50-50. Good game so far, and I expect Nigerians to settle donw in second half. Brazil are playing to ref's sympathy everytime. They may win this match unless Nigeria create clear cut chances. |
TheSuperNerd:They just lost. Our girls always carry Africa's hopes. |
Good job. This is actually a very readable presentation. I think the PDP's strategy was to declare some rubbish results at the start and then cry foul like they are doing now. Channels TV are reporting that there are protests in front of INEC office by some PDP sympathizers. Shame. Yesterday, even here on NL, some PDP boys were awarding votes as high as 5000 to a polling unit. Any sensible person knows that the maximum you can get at a polling unit is 500. Even some APC boys started following that dubious reportage. Vanguard news, which has so far buried its integrity was also reporting the blatantly stupid cooked up figures. Its only half way, and PDP can still win this. No need for protests. |
Vanguard news just copied the earlier result posted by a Nairalander. They foolishly forgot that no polling unit in Nigeria can have more than 500 voters. |
kilo4sure:NO sir. Sophia is too lightweight for now. |
Danzakidakura:People like you make me regret bearing a Nigerian. You are an enemy of the nation. If you think this is how a special adviser should live, then I pity your future. The ones you call almajiri are still more sincere and moral than you. |
Lovely photos. Waiting for FIFA's official version. |
kilo4sure:At U17 level, it is a bit easier to predict. The girls are quite raw and you will that matches are mostly determined by the most technical sides. Also, I think for the first time in a long time, we are going to an U17 tournament with a very good goalie. If we can avoid tactically enriched teams like Germany, France or Spain, then we can go very very far indeed. Have the team left Nigeria yet? I just hope Panicky Pinnick's NFF wont put these young girls through HELL like they did for the olympics team. These are U17 girls, and they may be travelling so far for the first time in their lives. NFF needs to make things easy for them. |
I predict that the U17 women will get to the semi finals. Ajibade to be the player of the tournament. She is that good! I watched England U17 women recent highlights on Youtube, and my world those girls are BIG, HUGEEEE. I think they will be easily beaten though. |
Shekau has been taking his drugs again. Hilarious new video. |
In these trying times, the ingenuity of Nigerians in making money, debt collection, and saving money will come to the fore. As we try to outsmart each other, I can only pity those who get left behind. Some tips to get by: 1. Take your time before releasing any money with you. 2. Do not lend people money. 3. Do not trust your business partner 4. If you dont see alert as when due, proceed to the bank IMMEDIATELY. 5. Avoid business deals with loved ones. It becomes difficult to ask for money. 6. Avoid ladies, especially those who want to go into business with your money. They will never pay back. |
Dont worry. The staffs that the bank sack as a result of this directive will be lining up the streets of Ekiti to collect their 1Kg rice and 500 naira monthly stipend. Fayose is working. |
How can Ihezuo and Adeboyejo still play for the U20 team? They've gone to like 3 world cups. Were they 14 years when they started competing? |
New Era Detroit stages a protest that turned into a brawl, caught on camera. This is the same church that recently hosted Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump. But this protest is about more than politics. New Era Detroit is calling it church accountability - taking congregations to task for not serving the community as churches should. They say something doesn't add up when a pastor makes a lot of money, drives a luxury car and the people who live near the church are in poverty. Protest against wealthy pastor by activists disrupts church service A scuffle inside the sanctuary after New Era Detroit protests during a worship service. Zeek the leader of group, offered no apologies for the dustup at Great Faith Ministries Saturday -- only the reasoning behind it. "The situation is bigger than just Wayne T. Jackson," Zeek said. "This is about black churches and black pastors who live a lavish life on behalf of the people and they are not giving back to their community." He's referring to Bishop Wayne T. Jackson, the wealthy pastor that welcomed Donald Trump, drives a Rolls Royce and lives in a mansion. Zeek was there for the offering Saturday. "They started the offering at a thousand dollars," he said. "And then they said if you don't have $1,000 then do $300. If you don't have cash, then we got ATM machines. "I don't understand that logic. I don't understand that way of thinking and I don't understand that, to be what religion is." New Era Detroit says the neighborhood surrounding great faith ministries is by and large impoverished. "This guy has networks, churches, fancy cars, million dollar houses," Zeek said. "And there's babies in this community that doesn't have food at night. Somebody has to be frustrated about this enough to do something that will get people's attention and that's what New Era Detroit did." "Here's the thing, pick up the phone, call, I want to talk to you," said Bishop Keith Farmer, Great Faith Ministries. "The apostle is a very fair man, he would meet with you and talk to you. What's your issue. But to do it that way, that is so disrespectful." Members of Great Faith Ministries say New Era Detroit has their church and their pastor all wrong. "Our bishop give away homes, cars," said Pastor Brent of Great Faith Ministries. They say he's an astute businessman. Juanita Kinney says he's one with a heart of gold "When he found out I didn't have anywhere to live, within an hour he was calling me and telling me to go look at an apartment," said Kinney. "And because of that, and the love of him and his wife, I now have my own place." "He should talk to people that he hired, ex-cons people that been in prison," said another church member. "He has done so much for this community. There are homes he has bought and given to people. But Zeek doesn't know that." Many feel New Era Detroit crossed the line and violated a sacred space. They even drew comparisons to Dylan Roof - the man who walked into a church service and gunned down nine people in Charleston, South Carolina. "They can't come in here and think they're going to take over our service, we have our women and children, mothers up in here terrified," said Pastor Brent. "And they say they're out there protecting the community, this is a community up in here." FOX 2: "Would you do it all over again?" "Absolutely," Zeek said. "We would definitely do it all over again. Would we tweak something? Absolutely. Going back, we would definitely go back again and they better get they act together because we just might be back." The leader of New Era Detroit says he is open to having a sit down with Bishop Jackson and the pastors of other churches that his organization has protested. Source: http://www.fox2detroit.com/news/local-news/206471178-story This is coming to Nigeria soon. When the pastor over presses the mugu button, then a revolt becomes inevitable. Offering starts from 1000 USD! These people no fear God. |
delusional stunts. |
Fayemi built a befitting government house for Ekiti. On Fayose's first day in office, he opened the gate for his thugs to come and thrash the property, saying the house is too expensive. I remember the 50 million bed saga. Now Fayose wants to build his own government house? Not even to renovate the old one, but build a new one! EFCC should just be on standby. Fayose's sins are too many |
Those 4 BHTs KIA in Jororo look like BH SF. I am tempted to think they were on an advancing mission. |
His head did not touch the ground. Is he deceiving Allah? alaimokan. |
DonCortino:What was the rate of prostitution in Edo state before 1999? If she blames PDP, she has a point. If Lucky Igbinedon had used half of the money he stole to empower Edo women, most of them would not be selling their body to dirty Europeans and risking deadly diseases on daily basis. It suffices to say that the PDP guber candidate helped Igbinedon empty the state coffers. There is a link. |
PDP living up to its name. People Deceiving People. Is prostitution a problem in Edo state? YES. Does it need to be tackled? Yes Is it caused by poverty? Absolutely. Edo people were never known to be prostitutes until the evil ones amongst them started the Italy trafficking. The woman who acknowledged the problem is more likely to be ready to solve it than the one who is deceiving people. Go to the streets of Italy, Spain and recently Sweden at night and you will cry for Edo women. They simply have to sell their body to make a living. Most of them I have interacted with cannot even construct a decent sentence. Their broken english is poor. They have no other skills than to sleep with refugees from Syria and all. Its a real shame. |
Will it be right to increase rent in light of increasing building materials? My property is in Ibadan and I have penned down an average rent of 5000 naira per room (3 bedroom flat will go for 20K a month). Rent is cheap in Ibadan, but will it make sense to raise the rent to 5,500 per month per room per month? Thats an increase of 30K on yearly rent paid. Anyone else considering raising rent? |
lakesidepapa:There's no financial crisis, rather we have Pinick who is destroying the nation's football. The guy just seems not to know what to do at any time. FIFA must have paid something for the preparation of these girls. I am super sure of that. |
MC vs MSSN. The misunderstandings did not start today, and will not end today. It is an ego battle, and in OAU, that is very common. When I was a student, I was more likely to support MSSN and see those elders as uninformed. Today, over 14 years since leaving OAU, I tend to align more with the MC. It is a cracked wall that gives chance to lizards. The mosques will not be closed, the DSA cannot handle the backlash from Alumni. I think the two parties are highly knowledgeable but have plenty suspicions amongst themselves. |
Christianity in Nigeria is under siege- CAN president. If only he looked into his own house. Modern Christianity- of fraud, deceit, crime and worldly infatuations. |
Top top video. This is the 1st real tactical vid seen of the front line. The army seems to have properly adjusted to the BHT tactics. I particularly like and admire how the commander was in full control of the camp, while also mingling well with the boys. Impressive. |
msogunro:lol. You can get independent updates on your site by spending 1000 naira on credit for a random person. They will go there and take full pictures and even video for you. If the property is in a big city, you can do this within 24 hours. Plenty people will be willing to take the offer. Google satellite images are the most extensive. |
Another dumb post by kids. Of what use are these cosmetic gadgets on the dog? Some of you are mesmerized by anything foreign, not caring to know how that translate to your surrounding. I suggest you get 10,000 of those dogs and deploy them inside sambisa. Respect your army, respect your people, and you will reach lofty heights. Enough of a.s.s licking. |
But why the sharp increase. I still dont have any reasonable explanation. Is Dangote importing cement now? Naira did not drop by 50% now. Is it just market panic? Cement always tend to stabilize though. Should I pause work on site or carry on? |
Stupid picture, and anyone who believes this is actually stupid as well. |
Nothing must happen to Nnamdi Kanu. He is the one organizing football competition inside Kuje prison, so I'm very sure he wont be escaping. Nnamdi Kanu is now FIFA accredited football organiser. |
Hello my people. My site engineer just called me to tell me cement now sells for 2,600 naira! Is this a joke or something? We were about to make blocks from 80 bags of cement. That is an extra 80,000 naira to send. Please people is this a momentary thing? Will the prices drop tomorrow or next week? Site Location: Ibadan (Poly area). |
