The heir apparent to her father's ministry is already displaying some learnt tricks. She will need more tricks than this to maintain her papa's ship.

BTW. Her father was able to land hot slaps on the witch for Jesus. I think he needs to look inwards and dish some of those slaps to his daughter.

What do u expect.

Buhari gave them money to buy weapons in exchange for the girls.

Now army officers are dying like flies...do u know how hard it is to kill a colonel or Lt colonel?

Yet we lose 3 in the space of 2 weeks.

People in Buhari's administration are feeding info to BH.

Well done Buhari.

Boko haram is now in full offense.

While we are talking Russia landed MIL helicopters to Bangladesh. And we made the orders well b4 them.

DHQ better wake up from it's slumber.
Pardon me, but this is quite an irresponsible post. BHT in full offense? That may be your wish, but it is not the case.

Impressive play by Nigeria. The team looks good, as they are stringing passes together. It might be too late though, even if they beat Spain and Canada, they still may not qualify.
Except we score 12 goals in the two games unreplied.

Chai Ajibade missed a pass that could have made it 2-1 but great penalty by Uchendu, the hand ball was tough but the ref also missed a couple other for us.

Btw where is my guy who said we won't score a goal?
Scored a goal in open play yet?

Even the so-called Satan cannot whip these kids into a soccer machine in two weeks to tackle a team like Japan that has spent a year preparing for this tournament.
Your arguments are flawed. Even if its 2 hours they spend in camp, the basics of football can still be instilled. They are professionals that play weekly in their clubs. Putting 3 passes together is not rocket science. The coach obviously tried to play long balls to Ihezuo for 90 minutes. Thats daft and very lazy. In the end, Rashidat Ajibade was turned to defensive midfielder and we were hoofing long balls to no one in particular. The players have been in camp for almost a month, and not 2 weeks as you said. Camp opened late september, and they had all of October to train.
I can also assure you Japan did not spend a year in camp.

I think the problem of Nigerian coaches is over reliance on a single player. The coach wants to play to Ihezuo all the time, and that is stupid because Ihezuo is bang average herself. The team will not score a goal in this tournament. They may not even have a shot on target.
SportsRe: Falconets/Flamingoes Thread: 2018 FIFA U-20/U-17 Women's World Cup. by olapluto(m): 11:30am On Nov 13, 2016
The coach tried to play a lazy game. In the 2nd half, Nigeria has not made 2 complete passes. i.e A Nigerian player passes to another Nigerian player. That is how bad it is. The coach cannot be blind to this surely. Even playing out of defence, its anywhere belle face.

there is a complete lack of urgency, i am sure the coach will let them know. Japan is a strong team lets wait.
Nothing else will happen in this match. The coach lineup was a joke. He had Yakubu and Bokiri on the bench before playing Uchendu and Bisi.

I predict Falconets will not score a goal in this tournament. Exactly the same play as the U17. Cannot string 3 passes together. Long balls to no one.

We could qualify as early as gameday 4. That will be a Nigerian record!
The Cameroonian team is very static and Iwobi and Nacho must be licking their lips.

Just saw an article on goal.com about Nigeria Vs Algeria COMBINED starting eleven and only 4 Nigerian players made it from Nigeria.. Truth be told the Algerian side oozes quality.. Even their coach said a draw won't be a bad result for them.. Scary line up I must confess #nervous
The problem with making combined 11 is that it is always unrealistic. It also depends on big names, rather than player effectiveness in a team. In the Algerian team, I have only watched 4 of their players at close range. Of those 4, Mahrez is the standout, and Slimani will not Bench Ideye or Ighodalo.
As bad as Omeruo is, he is still better than their centre backs that played against Cameroon. They are a pacy side, but not technically grounded all round.

Lastly, coach Rohr revealed a secret weapon yesterday. He spoke about his assistant coach who also was former Algerian assistant coach. I believe the coaches understand the Algerian team more than we imagine.

Algeria Coach – Not Mikel , Stopping Iwobi &Iheancho Will Neutralise Nigeria’s Attacking Threat

The coach of Algeria national team Georges Leekens says the key to neutralising the threat of the Nigeria going forward is to stop the duo of Alex Iwobi and Kelechi Iheanacho from getting on the ball.

Leekens said from the past games of the Super Eagles, the players are usually in a hurry to release the ball to the duo of Iheanacho and Iwobi, who are by far the most creative among the Nigerian forwards.

The games he was referring were the 1-0 win over Tanzania and the 2-1 win away over Zambia in Ndola. Games where the duo bailed Nigeria out with crucial goals.

Arsenal forward Iwobi opened scoring in Zambia before Manchester City Iheanacho doubled the Eagles lead, adding to his goal which condemned Tanzania to defeat in Uyo.

” We have found out the two most important players in the Nigeria team Iwobi and Iheanacho, in tight spaces their teammates are always looking for them. They are also good at running behind unnoticed” He told the media in Algeria.

” The key is to deny them access to the ball, as whichever formation Nigeria play, they are key not even their captain Mikel. Stopping Iheanacho and Iwobi will neutralise Nigeria’s complex formation”.

We have 2 solid goalies at least. Any of them can be a starter.
Kemi Famuditi was named in the women team of the year for the women league. Solid full back.
Patience Kalu was also in the team of the year. I think we have a team full of good individuals.

The Head of the Psychology Unit of the Nigeria Football Federation, Dr. Robinson Okosun, over the weekend lectured the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup-bound Falconets on the importance of developing their mental toughness and confidence level in order to excel under intense pressure and provocation.
With barely two weeks to the commencement of the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Papua, New Guinea, Okosun talked about the prerequisite attitudes ranging from positive self -talk to rapid re-focusing skills needed for the players to unleash their winning attitudes at the championship.
He said that body language could be harnessed to project a positive frame of mind to elevate the confidence level of the entire team.
He said: “I came to work on their mental toughness.
“Most of the girls are naive, so what I did was to prepare them against perceived psychological problems and how to guide against it.
“We believe that football is science and apart from the physical trainings, there is need for us to at least relax the mind of the players as well as teach them the importance of working as a team.
“What I have taught them goes beyond football.
“It is imperative for them to maintain their confidence, deal with anxiety and anger, while keeping focus on the goal because it will help them to be a complete individuals.”

I watched the match Algeria vs Cameroon, and every good thing about Algeria came from Mahrez. In the 2nd half, the Cameroonian coach made sure the winger helped the full backs and Mahrez was neutralized. The others were very very average players, who were being pumped by their crowd.

Opposition Watch:

Georges Leekens has made this morning his first press conference as the new coach of Algeria. In terms of communication, all opposed to his predecessor Milovan Rajevac!

He talked a lot, talked a lot, often do not answer the specific questions put to him on players he does not know, the choices he has not made an environment where he does not know again.

He especially tried to charm his audience, the press first and then endure much speaking of himself, his wife, multiplying anecdotes to lose his audience with incongruent information.

"I'm not a magician but I am hardworking"

On the field he explained that virtually everything is ready for the CAN but is currently focused on the Nigeria game. For this match he made much of the state of mind, the fact that we need to play as a whole, whatever the tactical aspect.

He tries to guard against premature elimination of the World Cup by suggesting repeatedly that it would not be dramatic. "I dream of Russia but this is not a obessession" he said before bludgeon , "I'm not a magician but I am hardworking" .

About the list of summoned, he gave only composed of 18 players, it's the players playing abroad who must send notices 15 days before. It will be completed by 5 local players he did not want to choose before you see them at work during the week in the league.

"They offered me a list, I scratched the names"

Regarding its composition he confessed that even though he knows most of the players names he did not know yet who personally. He admits he was offered the list and he has struck someone.

It will no particular explanation for the ouster of Mehdi Zeffane of the list, he vaguely evoke the fact that the missing rhythm players were not invited, except for the goalkeeper who is a special case.

Same for Sofiane Hanni he knows very well as evolving in Belgium, he will simply say that it is the choice of the coach even though in reality the player Anderlecht paid the price of the first convocation of Adam Unas

If Algeria play a defensive 4-2-3-1, then we will struggle. Zambia was good to us because we were able to control the midfield, and so dictate the pace of the match. With Leeken's only signature formation, I will not mind having a slim 1-0 win. It cannot be more than 1 goal that separates us on the 12th anyway.

PoliticsPublic Discourse: Can Nigeria Survive Without The Senate? by olapluto(op): 9:41am On Oct 26, 2016
Minimum 1 billion USD yearly allocation. Monthly take home pay of each senator is not less than 30 million naira. They take money for illegal constituency budgets but never execute it.
In my opinion, If we must keep the senate, then we must scrap the house of rep. It makes absolutely no sense to me why we pay so much to just 470 men. Out of 170 million, 470 men are always taking 25% of our yearly budget, and we expect to move forward?
I think the House of Rep is more representative of the people. The senate is just a dumping ground for ex governors who are so lazy and need a constant source of public money.
Since 1999, I cannot pinpoint 10 laws passed by the senate. That is 17 wasteful years!

I hope this discourse will be apolitical because this problem cuts deep into the flesh of every Nigerian. Imagine if you're to choose between free health and paying a senator. The choice is simple.
