So land is free in the north or south west? Because I truly don't understand what you mean by charges . No body is stopping you from developing the land you have paid for in the east , unlike in the west you don't have to settle Omo Ni le if I'm right by that spelling. Getting the documents is no really difficult just that some
governors of late stopped issuing certificate of occupancy.

Access to land in the east is difficult, documentation is difficult. You are just an ordinary citizen and do not have full information.

1stGenAmerican:
But there is already instability in the whole region.
Contrary to your beliefs, in a thriving economy everyone can’t be a business owner. Some people have to work for others. . This also holds true for bric countries where there are huge numbers of employees. You’re pushing the increase of productivity but what type of industry big enough to impact a nation’s economy doesn’t have a chain of command and employees?
Creating the “right infrastructure” is useless without updated laws and policies. The citizens that will benefit from new, better infrastructure must get into a really different mindset that will allow each individual to have concern for the greater good. Governing bodies also have to create or source permanent departments to maintenance that infrastructure because it can be beautiful today but crumbling tomorrow. Then, a steady inflow of funds has to channeled into a fund designated to maintaining and improving infrastructure. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Order is the easiest way to eradicate chaos. Farewell for now. Have a nice Good Friday and Easter.
I don't even know what to write, you need to do more of economics and government. I just thought so, china moved 400million people out of poverty. China is 1, 4billion people. Brazil is 300 million people and it as improved its economy.Nigeria is listed on the next11 countries. The insecurity in Nigeria is multifaceted. Do you know what boko Haram wants? Nobody knows, some people are making money with insecurity.

Productivity? Turning Raw Materials into finished goods? Very vague. Slavery methods? I have no idea what that means.
You say that Nigeria doesn’t need the things I mentioned but I’ll say you’re very wrong. I don’t live in Nigeria but Im familiar with its challenges and issues and one of the largest is lack of diversity. A venture that brings money to the country and jobs to hundreds of citizens, jobs that hire without nepotism, etc., would be a benefit to the country’s economy. All the eggs can’t be put in one basket because when that one basket falls and the eggs break, there is no backup.
You make so simple, a base on you soil will cause instability in the whole region. All you have listed does not even look like economics to me. Nigeria is a country with huge population, a smart population will increase productivity, if you create the right infrastructure. Examples of countries like Nigeria are the bric countries, the have one thing in common population. I don't know the type of economics you are writing about. Slavery method is a simple working for another person to achieve greatness instead of yourself.

1stGenAmerican:
For what purpose? Countries that host US military bases receive about a billion USD every 3-5 years. Each base also employs a few hundred civilians in the host country at above local wages.
Can any African countries benefit from several million dollars a year plus jobs for a few hundred of their citizens or are the countries too prosperous to see that as a gain?
You don't need these, you need productivity and turning raw materials into finished goods. How do you build a country with slavery methods, the system is out dated.

Nigerian military men don't innovate or create ideas, it's an ethnic Army, with a section of the country dominating it. And the schools are located in one side of the country, for political and economic advantage.

If God can perform David and Golliath miracle, he can do same this time between Russia and Ukraine.

People will be amazed how Russia will be defeated in this war. The war is not also physical but spiritual from all that has been happening.
The Ukrainians are already taking strategic positions in anticipation for Russian onslaught from the compromised Eastern flank.
Spiritual! Lol, you cannot be using Nigerian way of life to analyse global issues. The war was planned to last for few weeks because they expected Ukrainians to negotiate. They are simply not interested in changing the government , because it will not work, they want negotiatations. And the weather affected Russian tanks, and they will surely innovate new thanks to use in all weather's.
