Benue, Ebonyi, Abia, Akwa Ibom states and Cameroon bordering Cross River State all have recorded high cases. Even Bioko island belonging to Equatorial Guinea and having the capital, Malabo, down south of Cross River State, also has cases of COVID19.

How is it now possible for Cross River State with porous international boundaries, let alone Inter-State boundaries now priding on not having any case?

For the sake of other students living outside the state, I don’t think it is ok for Cross River State to open schools when there is still a ban on inter state movement.
