Alcohol creates wealth and homelessness!!

Wealth for the people selling, distrusting, lobbying for alcohol to flow freely
Poverty and despair for the people hooked on alcohol to the point they lose their families and houses and end up homeless.
Wealth for police departments who are constantly on call for domestic violence induced by alcohol - same for medical sector - they also earn wealth from alcohol caused ailments. Wealth for prisons that are, from what I hear - sobering up places for alcoholics.
I have found it curious how the mention of alcohol is avoided when it comes to news reports on the aftermath of the drunk people causing bedlam, in their own homes, on the roads and in society in general.
Hope that can change this decade.
