I agree wholeheartedly with your last paragraph.

He would be a legend for club and country by the time he retires. Many people here may not agree out of sentiments but na the truth be that.
You can't say for sure. He definitely has the talent but he's still young and we've seen a lot of young players who start their footballing careers very well and then due to different factors might not Fully fulfill thier potential. If he's young career is not blighted by injury then he can definitely go all the way

Exactly. The earlier he realizes, the better.

All those him dribbles na small pikin football. He needs to mature more than that. I wonder if his coach advises him
Boy is just 20, 20!!!!!

He will definitely improve

Did he get a goal or assist or a shot on target?

Chukwueze is just stagnant, fancy footwork but one dimensional
Yeah he had a shot on Target and I still insist he's better than both players

I got to see a video sent by a friend who recorded the full match on his samsung phone.. I have to be honest with you, it was an interesting match with Nigeria playing a fast attacking style with the mesmerizing skill of Chukueze and Kalu a delight to watch. The useless NTA i watched made it look so dull, boring and slow. God no go shame us for this country cry
Can u pls share the link

I want to see how they scored us

I couldn't in the one I downloaded

Just watched the highlight, my God Chukwueze na baller!!!

He's way better than that Temple run Dan James in My club or Hudson Odoi at Chelsea.

He should just work on his finishing and he should not rush to the premier league yet abeg

the same way ndidi, chukwueze, kalu, dennis and other home groomed talents suffered cheesy
So Kalu looks 21 to you or Ndidi looks like a 22 year old. And by the way the fact that they were all born in Nigeria doesn't mean they'll enjoy the same Privilege while growing up.

Chai I love this nwakali's celebration grin
I really think u should stop this. Aribo grew up in one of the world's most developed country, Azubuike on the other hand grew up here and might have been through a lot as most African footballers we see today were not born with a silver spoon. By the way I have seen very young people look way older than thier age.

My guy pray may u no know suffer

was discussing with a friend yesterday...
the NFF and the coaches are the primary reason why we loose this boys...

remember some years back Tammy was then in bristol city just getting to start...

I made a tweet on the NFF page citing the need for the NFF to get Tammy and co play for the super eagles... could you believe Tammy liked that twitt...I can't remember if he tweeted it though. and I check very well it was his verified account.....

we miss out on this guys because we have always act like milipead because no currency notes will be get into our pockets should we proceed wit getting this player's....

some Nigerians will only proceed to do the right thing only when money is involved and they will get something in return... and unfortunately this folks are the majority in government MDAs, Ministeries and even the NFF.....

it is so painful...
Tammy was never willing to play for us. they gave someone an opportunity to play at the world cup and he turned us now. Liking tweets is just an antic by the guy

Because they beat us in a friendly before the AFCON?

Talk another abeg

You no get clue

You should be one of this people who will say Brazil didn’t play to their strength that’s why we draw them ,I know all of una
No disrespect o but I just saw d Columbia team Algeria beat, no James Rodriguez, no Falcao, no Duvan Zapata, no Christian Zapata, no Quintero, no Carlos Bacca.

If we were the one we'll start hearing things like "is not thier first team they use, that's why we beat them".

because if someone can still be discrediting our performance against Brazil, I just tire for people for this thread

Algeria beat Senegal twice this year. And they just beat Colombia. That proves something.

Ukraine beating Portugal (With C Ronaldo) just once proves nothing until they replicate this feat consistently. Until then, Ukraine is not a yardstick and that we beat them does not mean we have arrived.

Senegal did not defend deep like we did. They have Mane and others.

Who do we have?

Until we arrive, let's accept that for now all we can do is defend deep against any top team like we did against Brazil and escaped with a draw.
Ukraine have been consistent maybe you've not been following them. They are yet to lose for about a year now,and had not conceeded in about 5 games b4 facing us (and that run included keeping a clean sheet against this same Portugal in Lisbon). So they've been consistent and using rankings to judge how good a team isn't Right at all like u said Senegal lost twice to Algeria who are 28 places below them in the FIFA ranking. So u trying to discredit our performance against Ukraine by saying they are not ranked as high as Senegal is wrong. We played against an inform team and we put up a good performance.
