Good morning ma, my baby (she'll be in months old on 3th) has not poop since 4days ago. I dip Rob in her anus 3days ago so she later poop at night. Since then till now she hasn't poop again. She's feeding exclusively & actively sucking.
Pls is it normal? Have anyone experienced it? Thanks
Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes go on for days without pooing. You should incorporate more vegetables and fruits into your diet. Also take more water.

Tell her to move on if you cant afford to feed a family yet.. Things are getting expensive and you should not let emotional blackmail get you into what you are not ready for.

She said no money, she also said if you had settled down with her all these won't be happening.. Will selling with her bring money? Open your eyes and your heart oo.

Family / Re: Help Me With Budgeting.... My 400k Salary No Longer Takes Me Home. by Omakraid(f): 10:36am On Jun 01, 2023
Nazgul:

Kindly redo that budget.

1.3m for a 2bedroom apartment on a salary of 400k per month is on the high side. You need to work on your rent. Get an agent on the mainland. I'm sure he'll you'll get decent 2bedroom flats (or one bedroom flat) which would definitely be way cheaper than your current place.

From your post, you work from home. So why would you need to use the car for 5-6 days. If you're using a 4 cylinder engine and you fill your tank, it should last you for up to 2 weeks (or more) provided you're not a Waka Waka person.

If you work from home, I'll suggest you get a laptop with very strong battery, that way you can still remain online for hours after power outage. Also, get a rechargeable standing fan. The one I bought lasts up to 7hours when fully charged. This would help you at night so you can preserve your fuel and won't have to put on the gen if the weather gets hot. That way your gen would only be put on when you want to work and have low battery. With the new fuel price, one has to adjust in order to survive.

If you like cooking, I'll advise you to stock your kitchen with provisions. Yam, rice, beans, noodles, beverages...etc. The cost of procuring these stuffs would be high no doubt, but for the next few months, you won't have to buy anything. Meaning you'll have lots of money to save.

Close eye and get a washing machine. So that this 4k per month can be channeled to something else.

Gift to people kwa, for this renewed shege era. Biko strike that away from your budget.

You put auto maintenance at 30k, health 5k and hygiene 10k. Which other repairs and maintenance is this one again?

After budgeting 62k for feeding for the month, which one is outings and sit outs again?

How can your budget be more than your income? πŸ™„

You'll have to cut your coat according to the cloth. You can skip breakfast, eat a light lunch and have swallow for dinner. Everything shouldn't be more than 1k. Meaning you'll be saving 1k. That's something if you ask me.

Unless your car is Nigerian used, running these checks and changes every month isn't necessary and a complete waste of money. I changed my break pad September last year and this is May, I'm still using it. Same with shock, Tyre...etc. As long as you bought a decent car, it won't be swallowing up your money every now and then.

If you're using your gen for 2hours or less per day, 20 liters should last you more than a month. Most especially if you're in an area where power supply is decent.

It's simple, wear clothes you can afford, eat foods you can afford, date people within your range, don't go broke and in debt trying to impress anyone...Live within your means.
On point

Just regular hangout, chills, cinema, beach etc, activities to make you not loose your social life... this is just N7,500/week for networking

The clothing and footwear is equivalent to 120k/annum.. buying monthly helps the older ones last more..

House-hold ooo.. plumber, electrical, bulbs, gas, changeover damages, tap, cleaning gears etc...

The feeding, i have to even hide to eat N1,000/plate, i have even switched to egg and left the N1000 cowleg..
Reduce your networking to 2x a month instead of weekly.

Reduce clothings purchase to bi-monthly since you don't often go out

Health / Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Omakraid(f): 1:32pm On May 23, 2023
Tobaadis:
Hi good afternoon great people!

Please I need you all to come to my aid.

I married my wife as a virgin about a year and six months ago and ever since having a child is becoming an issue. We have been experiencing series of miscarriages(7) now.
Whenever she missed her period we do test using the strip at home but shows negative but when we get to lab it shows positive(sample by blood). And after a week or two she will start to see blood.

Every time she visted the hospital, they ask her to buy dusphaston and vasuprine ,still no improvement.

A test was down on us VDRL (blood) and (sperm analysis) semen collected. My test came out positive (VDRL) and sperm analysis was ok.
Her test came out negative (VDRL)
Drugs was given to me and I was given malaria and typhoid drugs too in case.

Another miscarriage again. This time she went in for hormonal test at the lab. Everything came out ok expect her T3 and T4 with (less than 0.2) and the Doctor says is insignificant.

This February/March again another miscarriage again.
She was placed on clomid once and letrozole too in different cycle.

I am confused and don't know what to do.
Though my wife did remove fibroid five months, before our wedding.
Please what do you suggest or think we can do.
Thank you as I await your responses.

Doe she work? Maybe she indulges in strenuous activities

More like FREEBIRTH AFTER 3 TRAUMATIC EMERGENCY CESAREANS(FA3TEC).

Through out pregnancy, no sweep , no cervical check.
During labour; No cervical dilation check, no baby monitor. And my body did its thing.

I went into this with a lot of research and informed decision knowing fully well I was healthy and baby was healthy. My iron level was amazing, nutrition level was amazing and mentally I was prepared. The only thing I never prepared for was giving birth at home without midwives present. Or having a very short labour even though I drank a lot of raspberry leaf tea, drank blended pineapple with core, ate dates ,drank ewedu juice as least once a week towards the end and bath with herbal soap(from nigeria elewe omo) to help soften my body for birth. Alot of meditation and positive Hypnobirthing videos too.
Congratulations to you and your family.. There is actually nothing impossible

TEAM MAY A.K.A TEAMPERFECTION!!!

MAY ROLL CALL!

First off, I want to wish us a happy new month and Ramadan Kareem to our Muslim sisters, may we all have reasons to be grateful to God Almighty always.

However, congratulations to our porters to April, we are glad you all gave birth successfully and we are thankful to God Almighty that both mothers and babies are alive, healthy and bouncing in the Lord's blessing. May your joy never be cut short in Jesus might name.

Consequently, I am glad we had new mamas register with us teamperfection therefore we are happy for the lord has increased us in every aspect of our lives. Father Lord, we thank you for the journey thus far because it is not by our power nor might that we have come to the month of perfection but for your mercy and favor that you have shown us, accept our thanksgiving in Jesus mighty name. Though it seemed far(at least for me), you gave us live, strength, courage and every other things necessary for easy waddling.

Therefore, my May mamas I say a big congratulation in advance to us all because our testimonies are permanent and people shall rejoice with us in Jesus mighty name. At this juncture, I believe our hospital bags must have been packed and ready in preparation for the arrival of our little ones. Please let's also endeavor to put things in other, like finalizing our leave(for both civil and private employees), start exercising for easy delivery and oh yes we can now eat fruits and foods that aids easy birth( like eating pineapple, dates, zobo, drinking ewedu or okra) whether it works or not I don't think there's harm in trying it.

Lastly, like we've professed, there shall be no loss amongst us(amen). Mothers and babies shall come out alive from the hospital in Jesus mighty name and no death shall be recorded afterwards. I want to use this medium to thank all my teamies, you have made this cappo work easy for me with your contributions, suggestions and availability, therefore I say thank you very much and I'm honored to be amongst you especially being a first time mom. To everyone (our experienced mamas) who have contributed immensely on this thread and made(still making) it easy for us all, may the good Lord grant you your heart desires in Jesus name. We are also using us all as a point of contact for every woman seeking for the fruit of the womb that God in His infinite mercy will visit them soon and they also shall share their testimonies and we all will rejoice with them in Jesus name.

Let the BAs and BS begin in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
May our deliveries by swift and complication free in Jesus name.
