I'm 24weeks pregnant & on Monday during the antinatal vitals they discovered my BP is 140 (i don't know the parameters). I was surprised because it has always been 120. I was placed on vasoprin 75mg 1daily for 2weeks.. I'm worried because I redid the test on Tuesday & it's still 140. I don't know what cause this because I sleep very well & don't think. The only thing I'm suspecting is that I resumed office on that same Monday. Could it it be work stress or pls has anyone experienced this & how do I reduce the BP? I'm really worried because it took me 7yes to have this pregnancy & don't want anything to happen 2me or my baby. Thnx

Hello December mamas, gave birth to a 3.4kg baby girl yesterday via CS (not really elective & not emergency). CT scan showed that I couldn't deliver vaginally because of my pelvic whatever whatever. So, I welcomed my baby exactly at 40 weeks on her expected due date.

Recovering is going on well. Wishing all mamas the best.

Sadly, it seems Asif my breastfeeding days will soon be over.
I went from pumping like 3 bottles at a time like three times daily, to just two bottles, to just one.. now I can't even pump half bottle in like 5hours.. sadly. Even tho pap and water and me nah 5 and 6.
Whatever made my breasmilk dry up didn't even wait for my baby to reach 6 months. That is his favorite food...d joy when he is taking it ehn


On the brighter side, I'm glad he now takes pap well and formula small small.. and also, he is growing well . . That makes me so happy

Please how do I deal with the nutrition of a baby who has stopped sucking breast at 5 months. She isn't sick and collects breast milk when it's expressed. It's been 3 weeks now since she stopped and my breastmilk has dried up. I want to ensure she gets all the necessary nutrients so I had to introduce pap and milk. She'll be 6 months soon
