No don't be, I'm also a ftm.... You might not notice but the kicks are there.. At first it feels like butterflies or your tommy playing pranks on you. Moreover I think it's when they kick on the uterine wall that we feel it. I'm sure if you run a scan, you'll see you LO throwing those arms and legs.

Good evening house, my wife is pregnant, let's say 7 to 8 weeks.... It's been hell for me, I pity her so much, she can't eat, drink and feels weak, anything she takes, she vomit even ordinary water or Lipton.... What can we do please.
I can't even go to work. I love my wife, seeing her in this condition is breaking me.

If nothing at all is staying, I'll suggest she be placed on drip as I read the BS of a mama who said she was on drip cos she couldn't keep anything down. It will help strengthen her and I hope this phase passes soon for her

Thank God mamas mentioned breast pump mata, I was thinking of buying manual b4. Pls is it because of d stress of pumping or it doesn't work as electric ones.

It doesn't pump much milk and it's stressful using it.

Teamin, they check BP, urine for protein , weight, heart beat and if the scan is not recent, you will do another one. Also we do lecture every two week which is the antenatal day. I go mostly because of lectures sha as a 1tm. Also I have never heard of anti malaria drug. If you don't have malaria symptoms, will you be given the injection. Is it the same as Tt injection?

Ok ma.. The TT injection is different and the antimalaria drug is to prevent malaria in pregnancy. You can ask on your next visit

it is given only once... U can ask if dey can check ur PCV 4 u... Dt is blood test 4 anemia... Blood vol normality 4 preggy mamas r frm 25% - 37%.. Less dan dt means one is anemic n needs to boost her blood volume up.

The first PCV I did was 41 % and the doctor shouted madam your husband dey try ooo

No health talk, no do this do that, no eat this eat that, no extra talks, no checking of heart beat, no how's sxx life with hubby just measure belle, ask if there's any complain, take bp and weight and vooillaaa bye bye madam.
They are not even talking about doing the down syndrome tests and blood tests for the baby and etc. Abi Dem no dey doam? Me am now thinking qsif it's a waste of time sef

Even me I tire o. Maybe it's govt hospital that does such or maybe they'll do it at a particular statge. Just saying though
