Praise God, I have put to bed to the most beautiful baby girl ever, it was through an emergency C-SECTION, the devil wanted to try us but God had the final say.

I am fine but still recovering, C-section isn’t for the faint hearted, I will be back to drop my BA story.

Pls do mention this thread is you have put to bed. Thank God for our lives, we would have been consumed but for his mercy which is everlasting.

Oh God! I would have loved to try birthing my babies at home with just my man aiding the delivery but that man na ole but this is scàry o

Mama, very scary.. My doctor keeps warning against it even if one has someone who can take delivery close by. He always cite examples of women who had complications and passed on before they could rush them to the hospital. My hubby won't even try it, he will prefer to n pray than take his wife's delivery

This is very risky and scary. Na to sit down like that hold baby till a nurse come around because this indeed risky. But hope holding the baby like that till someone comes around isn't another risk on its own?

I don't know o but God just helped her, that's what I can say. She'll put all she needs including wrappers by her side. Hubby just wonders, person wey get money wey dey go hospital, wey dey chop beta dey get miscarriage, even complication and some people don't have the luxury of these things

I don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask this question. We are trying to have another baby however, tracking ovulation and having sex around that period is seeming challenging and I am unable to finish the act. To those who have had such experience, how were you able to cope as it seems I am losing the zeal because it is not spontaneous like it used to be?

Then have sex at will and always not only around ovulation, that way you are having sex both for the pleasure of it as a couple and for a baby.

It's really not for the faint hearted as mama glimpse said ooo. I have a church member who has given birth at home twice because of money, she has never even attended antenatal nor taken prenatalsbut God just helps her. She said after her first delivery, she sat and watched for like 30 minutes with the baby before she got someone who came around and cut the cord. The boy she gave birth to last October, I was sleeping when she called that she was in labour, hmmn this time it was God who helped her and she directed her husband on what to do. She said the baby came out with hands and cord wrapped around the neck, you can imagine that risk? She then taught her husband how to cut the cord after detangling which he did. Thank God there were no complications with both.
I was at my aunt's on Sunday and she and her husband were telling of their former neighbour who had all 6 sons at home, they said the 4one who she had in the hospital was the only one who did not survive so in subsequent pregnancies she refused going to the hospital.
All in all, we should put God first. Either at home or in the hospital, God should oversee our delivery by himself and make us deliver like the Hebrew women with no complications whatsoever. Amen

Why do you assume parents have to be involved if she ends up having to end her marriage though , why?

Informing relatives of the passing away of a loved one is one thing but involving relatives when there is marital issue is another entirely separate issue, don't you see.

For the first question, if her marriage ends, both parents automatically comes in because they want to know what happened and how they can savage the situation in order to get the couple back together. No parent prays for their children's marriage to end, neither will hers.

Then, there are some issues that when they occur you have to carry the family along. Do you think if she had passed, it would just be easy to tell her parents like that without they demanding what he used their daughter for, if eventually they get to know it was from abortion complications, how us he ever going to prove he wasn't aware of the pregnancy let alone the d&c? That's when you hear parents say they know their daughter and she had never been promiscuous, who would believe the guy except his own family? So its better he doesn't keep such, let the parents at least be in the light for future purposes. My Opinion

If the guy is a No nonsense guy and he throws her out, won't outsiders (her parents) get involved and would they not ask why he didn't report to them? Na abortion she do fa, what if something else happened in the abortion room or complications after she got home, the innocent husband has no choice but to inform the parents before they tie him to the demise (God forbid).

Don't give her the original copy, take her to her parents house without allowing her notice anything and present it to her dad and mum while gisting, tell them you want her to give you an explanation in their presence. Good afternoon house.

I will appreciate it if I can get matured and quality advice here.

Married for three years.

We had a still birth the 30th day of December 2020 after wife discovered baby wasn't kicking as expected and we visited the hospital for checks. Breathing test was done on the womb and it was cleared baby breath wasn't coming up. Obviously, baby gone and next thing is evacuation at exactly 8 months gone. It was discovered when the baby came out, it was chromosomally abnormalities. Thank God, wife was able to get over it.

Fast forward to today exactly one year after the last experience, seven weeks gone into pregnancy, wifey just discovered wetness in her panties, lo and behold, blood with thick cloth stained the pant, entered toilet to clean, and immediately drove to the hospital. Doctor run check, cervix was opened and blood flow. Meaning, no more baby in intact shape. Evacuation done afterwards

Really sorry if I couldn't place all in the write but I believe experienced mom's understand the little I can put up.

Your wealth of experience is needed for advice.
