Good Morning mamas in the house.
Please I have a little concern and need your urgent advice and suggestions.
Three days ago when I return from work and wanted to bath, I noticed an unusual blood stain in my undies, not too small, not to big either. I was scared at first but I decided to watch it since it was the first time I'm experiencing something like that. Infact I had to go register for antenatal because of it. I intended registering at 13weeks, I'm 12weeks gone. I mentioned it to the Doctor yesterday and he didn't say much. After checking whatever he was checking he said the baby was fine. So I woke up this morning with a headache, stood up and drank water, few minutes later I noticed a quick discharge and when I wiped and I saw another blood. This has happened like five times this morning, I even had a blood stain on the toilet seat this morning when I went to pee. So I'm confused. I don't know what to think and I don't know what to do?
Please kindly advice a FTM. I'm just 12weeks gone

Please dress up and go back to that hospital, its possible you'll need progesterone support coupled with bed rest. And please if the doctor is not responding well I'll suggest you visit another hospital. And while on you journey, avoid bikes please. God will keep you and baby

I was coming to post here, along these lines, about my experience this week. No more superwoman o.

I had complained here about how I had no appetite, I was only eating once a day. On Friday last week, I ate cereal with milk and this pain that I cannot describe started. I assumed that with this pregnancy I had become lactose intolerant, so I told myself to just wait out the pain. Then diarrhea came. Much later, the pain stopped.

Saturday midday, I ate again and the pain started again, lasted about an hour and stopped. I was vomiting until there was nothing left inside. By this time the pain had localized in my upper stomach, so I told my self it was pregnancy heartburn. But it was unbearable, I was screaming and crying. I took all the antacid drugs I could find. It stopped. Two hours later, it started again. After an hour it stopped.
Again in the middle of the night. By Sunday morning I knew something was terribly wrong.

On getting to the hospital, after a mountain of tests, I was told I had mobile gall stones, my gall bladder was inflamed and infected. And that my whole gall bladder had to be removed through surgery. It took the team of doctors two days to decide whether to do the surgery or not, because of the risk of harming the baby or preterm labor. I am only 21 weeks. Antibiotics didn’t work at all.

All glory to God, I did the surgery on Tuesday and both I and the baby are doing well. I was told that I probably had the gall stones for a while but pregnancy hormones made the symptoms worse.

All of this story is just to say, it’s better not to assume anything. Ask questions, go to the hospital if need be. Last last they will send you home if it’s nothing and you have peace of mind. I don’t know if going to the hospital earlier would have changed anything, but I give all the Glory to God that I am still alive and I amnot typing something else today.

That's old wives tale oo. I was lit all through first trimester just eating and getting bigger, infact I didn't throw up until the day I started using prenatals and LO is minime

Hmmm, thank you. Just after typing the initial message, hubby brought me food which I ate little but threw it all up until there was nothing to throw and I had to go outside for a little walk in the compound, now I have this muscle pull kind of pain on both legs. I wanted to wait till next week which is my antenatal before but I'm not doing that again.

The funny thing is that LO has just been kicking since like "I don't care what's going on with you"

Lesson Learnt. if u feel odd in a way, uncomfortable or pains u cant describe, pls visit hospital. And don't do Superwoman. I wouldn't want to bore u with details. It started with belly button poping out, and getting longer and longer, with abdominal pains. I google and asked around they said nah pregnancy.before I know it, i can't walk, stand,lie again.By 31st which was,my clinic day doc offered me to be placed on admission while I use drugs, I m like emi lion, cat with 7lives, just give me d drugs.i went home. To cut long story short, since feb 1 till now,I m still at d hospital.I feel better now,but baby is still under close monitoring.I would have saved more time if I had gone in earlier.thank God it wasn't too late for me. My pregnancy story is filled with testimonies.

Sorry ma, thank God you and LO are fine. Make I jeje carry mysef go hospital niyen oo, always having cramps abi na stomach pain these days. If I eat, the moment I drink water and it enters my tommy, it's pain. Today I had to leave work before 12 because of cramps though it has subsided but I'm just down and can't even eat

You cannot be depressed sis by God's grace. 2019 i lost my baby but i am back here now on the last lap, this conception sef was delayed compared to other mamas we experienced same in 2019, infact one had twins that same year and the rest also took in almost immediately so rejoice sis, cos in no time you will share your goodnews

I was supposed to be team Jan with Edd of January 4 and I was praying for a December baby before I later announced the end of the journey and God did it again. After you posted yours I've been expecting you back but I know you may not want to drop till maybe later. I really really am waiting for your announcement and I know that whatever gift God gives you will be yours. Amen.

I got married in August 2019 and we've been trying since then to have a baby, went for different tests, scan and the likes but was told I have ovarian cyst at my right ovary, I was scared, depressed and confused because some nurses said ha u can't get pregnant at all with this ur ovarian cyst unless u remove it, while some said u can still get pregnant if ur left ovary dey function well.
I started treating the ovarian cyst with drugs and injections to the extent that I no feel my buttocks again due to too much injections, used clomid and vitE sotay but nothing happened.
Fast forward to year 2021, my dad just called me earlier on that day and told me not to use anything again, be it medical drugs or tradio-medical stuff. I was like y nw, he said his spirit just direct him to tell me that so I stopped to use anything and about 2mths later God answered my prayer unexpectedly.

Lemme go to the birth story gangan jare, if u could remember that I was always ranting when I passed my due date. I did a lot of thing kokoiye talked about to induced natural labor buh still mama dey gallant for stomach, na so I carry myself go see my doctor on jan28 nd he said I should come back that night with my hospital bag and I was like ok today na today. Was induced by 12am( as jjc wey I b, I was still wearing my pant and bra) at exactly 1: 15 na so I dey feel somehow dey tell d nurse say my stomach hurts buh she no look my side, she told me that nothing dey do me nw as I still dey wear pant, omo see me see speed as I throway everything. She checked nd she was like wow that was quick u are at 6cm. When it was time to push na so una sis dey defecate on couch oo, las las they gave me epi and I push my damsel out at 6:30am weighing 3.2kg

Congrats again ma.. With this BS, I can tell how your 4th trimester is going

Sorry I've been so quiet, it has been an eventful few weeks, had chicken pox, then Covid but baby is healthy/kicking Alhamdulillah and I'm much better too.
Sex is XY, I've started shopping in bits but hopefully should be done in few weeks.

Welcome mama, safe delivery to us all. I'll suggest you first familiarise yourself with the market nearest to you after asking to be sure of where baby items sellers are located. Then casually stroll into one of those baby shops, look up baby items and ask for their prices which you can then use in comparison with other shops.

I'm team may oh but I am just depressed like this, I have not checked gender yet. My EDD is 22/5/22 based on on one scan LMP said 30/5..

Thank you for checking up o. Doing fine. I now eat better too unlike before even tho I can't eat more than twice a day, I feel bloated. My last visit to the hospital my PVC was 26 �. The doctor said its low and I should do better but I can't take the ugwu my mum recommended, i can only eat vegetables and I try. Drinking d ugwu makes me throw up, same with malt and milk. I also lost 1 kg weight. I wasn't able to eat for thr first 4 months. Just finding my footing with this pregnancy but we thank God.

Also, I Just cannot find a position to sleep, my body aches when I turn left or right if I sleep too much on one side. Husband has to be rubbing with Ori. Can't sleep on my back too, makes my heart do me one kain. This journey ehn, e get as e be.

My antenatal hospital doesn't tell sex of baby and when I tried using another lab, they just couldn't figure our yet the sex, baby kept crossing leg(shakara baby)
Husband says we will know when the baby comes and he doesn't have a preference so we shouldn't bother checking again.FTM. Not started buying anything o. Managing the funds we have for now mayb by end of February we will start shopping by God's grace.

Sorry for the inconveniences teamie, for the low pcv, I learnt eating ugwu leaves works maybe you should get some.
To sleep better, I think you should increase the number of pillows you sleep with and sleep with one in between your legs. Also, try turning slowly and getting up slowly from bed.
As per shopping mama, please start and God will continue to provide. I started small too and I was always worried of what I haven't gotten cos I knew I'm not one of those mums that can take 50 or 100k to the market at once but as time passed and I kept going to the market I learnt to sift through those things I initially thought were compulsory and gradually the list was reducing. God will make way for you and hubby ma and make the journey easy on us all

Hello teamies! How are we all doing? Please let's start talking and chatting with each other because that is the main purpose of this group and our seniors have been excellent in helping out with some concerns and advice which I know most if not all of us appreciates.

I will lead by example by providing Little one's gender and I'll like us to follow suit. I'll try as much as possible to always update our roll call till the end of every successful birth because the Lord has perfected all that concerns us, He will surely see us through alive and healthy.

I hope we have started shopping for baby's things(I have and almost done)? Please let's endeavor to do so before we become heavier which would then become harder to do. For those who are going through financial challenge, may Almighty God miraculously surprise you beyond your expectations and He will make things easy for and on us.

Furthermore, please let's take our antenatal drugs seriously and also eat healthy like eating fruits no matter how little it is.

Lastly, God Almighty that has brought us this far will see us through. None among us shall die nor have a still birth. We shall carry to term and people shall rejoice with us very soon in Jesus name.

Shopping for LO is almost done as I started months back buying with any money that comes in. Infact I've washed, ironed and packed all the clothings already cos the strength fluctuates a lot. For those of us that have not started, the great provider will provide for us and we will not be put to shame. Its like I will stop taking my prenatals cos its either my baby doesn't like drugs or my body rejects it, immediately I use like this my body system changes and it spoils my day. God will see us through by His grace

Her husband and his friend wants to use her account to receive fraudulent funds and since you have access to her, she can call her bank with your phone to block it to avoid case with EFCC.

Thanks a lot, that what we will do. She uses First Bank so I'll just search up their customer care line.
