We all know Mikel is better suited for central midfield, Mikel is not a COMPLETE attacking midfielder. How can you assemble a team without a natural attacking midfielderhuh Play Iwobi who has performed there but this stubborn German abi French will not agree

I will be shocked if this team survive the group stage , I have no confidence like I did after the Argentine game. Rohr need to change his tactics and drop Idowu, Moses and Shehu.

Nigeria XI vs Czech Republic:

Uzoho; Shehu, Ekong, Balogun, Idowu; Ndidi, Ogu, Mikel; Iwobi; Moses, Ighalo.
Looks like dinosaur Rohr is sticking to his preferred 4-4-3 formation assumed your line up is legit

So, you don't know how pidgin followed the returnee slaves back to west Africa ,neither do you understand pidgin but you are ready to attack Nigerians because that's how you sleep at night....You have hate in your soul

I think you hit the point with your last sentence.
In the spirit of maturity, I can say that the way Nigerians speak, especially as seen from the Bovi Video shared just above, from our perspective as Kenyans, the Nigerian way of speaking and mannerism resembles what we consider to be childish or immature behavior. Or is it because he is a comedian? Honestly, I would never take you seriously if you speak to me like that all the time. I'd think you are ever in the childish mood.
Firstly, you don't understand pidgin so , therefore, your opinion does not matter. Americans make fun of the way a Kenyan speaks English. They can tell you are a Kenyan the moment you open your mouth....lol

I have heard somebody say y'all sound like retarded little kids...lol. How you like that ?

I couldnt understand anything he was saying.

Here is my observation, Nigerians made their English in a way that it is intelligible to the uneducated. I imagine even people who havent entered a classroom speak like this?
You are very very ignorant about pidgin English... Nigerians didn't create pidgin. And , as a Kenyan you should be the last person to mock the way a person talks....You are a ffucking Kenyan for ffucks sake....shut up!

What has Agu done that they haven’t since they have all been invited? You want to use verifiable stats or unverifiable points? Agu better than Etebo? Etebo has two very good games under his belt we can’t forget too easily (Against Algeria in Uyo and against England just recently). What stand out performance has Agu had since his call up? Agu and Joel Obi are in the same boat. Rohr chose the latter. I don’t care either way cuz none is significantly better than the other. Club stats is past now since that’s what earned them their call up in the first place.

As for Onazi, Rohr as chosen to keep faith with him. Didn’t Agu get knocks on his debut under Rohr? Or is it the Congo DR performance? If Agu has a strong case because of that game alone, Lokosa has as well.
You have to rate these guys based on the number of minutes they played for the SE.

Etebor was on from start to finish against Algeria in Uyo and he was impressive.

Against Cameroon and Zambia both in Nigeria Agu came in as a substitute and held the CM and DM respectively, together. And these two games were our toughest of the whole qualifiers.

Against Algeria away Etebor was woeful.

Against Congo where we have both players together Agu owned and bossed that midfield with little effort while Etebor almost didn't come to play.

I wouldn't go into Onazi because he is practically done.

My point is that Agu has not started a game for Nigeria and there is no game he played and didn't impress

I'm not saying his bad, he didn't have a good game, he was dropped against Algeria and Argentina.

go back and watch his game against Cameroon and tgen zambia
I believe he was injured that's why he wasn't invited for Algeria and Argentina game. Against Cameroon he grew into the game and was impressive in the dying minutes so was he against Zambia. One thing to take is that Agu has never started any game for Nigeria and has not played enough minutes to be given proper assessment.

OK, I sincerely do apologize if you think I was out of line. I didn't mean to get personal but I was just getting exasperated with you guys nitpicking decision and trying to find something, no matter how inconsequential, to criticize. Enough already! It's a few days to the World Cup, let band around the team and discuss more positive things. Mikel Agu has been given a chance but he hasn't extraordinary to make his non-selection such a big scandal.

To me, the only player that has a cause to complain is Agbo, who was invited over and over and over again but never given a chance to play at all. Other than that, Gernot Rohr made selected the best team at his disposal. But even if you disagree, it's time to move on. That case is closed. Mikel Agu's selection or non-selection was never gonna make us win the world cup neither would it make us lose it.

Better.

Of course, everybody has moved on because we can't change what has happened but you can't tell people not to talk about their displeasure. Its not autocracy.

funny how you've been making Dane argument for Victor Moses, when dude is more of a defender for his club.

Based on recent form, Alex Iwobi is better than Moses for us. If we want to use recent club exploits, Simy would top Moses too.

You have not told me what oga Moses is doing aside fancy dribbles and gragra football, he has successfully thwarted just as much chances as his dribbles have supposedly created if not more
LMAO... I don't think you are following my drift on VicMo. I think we are definitely saying the same thing. There has been a misunderstanding

abeg, which more goals in the qualifiers? It was 3 goals, not even 5, 3. Kelechi, Iwobi and Mikel had 2 each. Iwobi has racked up 3 goals in 4 games for us now, he is our most in form forward, Musa is our best performing forward in the World Cup.

So, tell me, what is so special about Moses aside his dribbling and running like a headless chicken that others cannot do?
"most inform forward"...Girl, he doesn't even play as a forward in his club.

Well unfortunately for you, the only man who counts, Gernot Rohr, has looked at him and his conclusions: Mikel Agu is NOT better than anybody he has in the current team. So you can either with it or shut up your trap. I hate to tell you this but your opinion doesn't count. And if you think you can do better than apply for the job next time it becomes open.

In Nigeria, everyone is an expert ... including even the folks that have never smelled the 4 corners of a soccer pitch!

I bet some people also thought Germany was funny for dropping Sane. Best forward that forgets he is in a team sport, what is the point?

All the run he was running against England, what was the point?

Some of you are worse than Rohr, even when your best forward fails to work for the good of the team, you throw him on the bench and let him think of his faults. The team is bigger than one individual.

I find the idea that Moses is one savior for this team as very ridiculous, but you can all keep worshipping your Moses, until his selfishness costs you a game
Even if he is playing rubbish and not brainstorming with the team ,put him in because be is our best forward based on the fact that he scored more goals in the qualifiers. By the way, VicMo is not our most lethal striker. Dude is selfish and do not play with the team, I want see him sit on the bench so badly.

I want us to try a forward line that has Simmy, Ighalo and Nacho...These are players who can play passes and play with one another. I want team work that will lead to breakdown of defence

you are just a fault finder, for the record Agu had a bad game after replacing onazi...the pressure was much from the Zambians

Please, Agu didn't have a bad game against Zambia. He had a shaky start that lasted for few minutes and after that it was smooth sailing. Agu is a fine player and you will see more if him.

Ebuehi is light-skinned, by the world-approved, skin color index, Idowu would be more threatening than Ebuehi.

The only time a light person may look threatening next to a dark person, is if the light person is bearded and the dark person is clean-shaved grin.

There is a reason why darker people are seen as masculine while the lighter you are, the more feminine the world assumes you are.

However, I do agree that Ebuehi looks more rugged than Idowu, especially with the hair-do.
True to your words, light skin is presumed to be feminine but you see Ebuehi, Balogun and Ekong those guys can throw punches. I want you to watch how Ebuehi walks, like mudaphuking gangster. I swear Ebuehi can woop Iwobi's azz all day...lol

And do you remember the little show Balogun put on against Algerian the day he wore a mask...We have some rugged mixed boys ooo.

Oliseh is light skin, Emenalo and Iroha are light skin and these guys will kick your azz. People always underestimate light skin guys but a bunch of them are very tough
