Nigeriannews: SAMSUNG Electronics has named Nigeria and Chelsea striker, Victor Moses as ‘Dream the Blues’ ambassador in a partnership between the electronics company and the English Premiership side.
The event, to run under the aegis of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), is slated for January 19 to February 10 and Samsung, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, remains a key sponsor of the tournament.
During the tournament, Samsung will also engage children through the ‘Dream the Blues’ initiative in Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa.

This initiative is a football camp jointly organised by Samsung and the Chelsea Football Club, where six children will be given a chance to visit the United Kingdom, meet with the ‘Dream the Blues’ ambassadors.

The rules allows you to change the set up but you have to start from the pit! Lewis started from the back of the grid because his car was set up to race, Vettels car wasnt set up to race from the back, changing the gear ratio to longer ones to have a better straightline speed. However, there is a marshal's post inbetween these two panels and a green flag was being waved here on that lap.

Under the FIA's rules for the Brazilian GP, if a green flag is displayed before a green light - as it was in Vettel's case - it is the first green that counts.

Therefore, the FIA is in no doubt that Vettel's pass was legitimate, which is why race control was not informed of any potential infringement."


Like to point out the following:
1) Marshalls were well aware of the incident during the race. I watched the race in France on TF1 and during the race the french commentator already mentioned the incident, but gave directly afterwards the explication why the "under investigation" was cleared in favour of SV. (Green flag shown)
2) A team can only protest max. 30 minutes after the race is finished.
3) If Ferrari could have protested, they would have done so directly after or even during the race, but they never did!

Perhaps the whole incident has been blown up by the spanish media?
Other suggestion that it might have been a money matter, then you could also suggest that Caterham wanted an 9th instead of their 10th place which of course is utter bullshit.
