Let me start by saying what I know about his Excellency governor hope Uzodima even Before he became the executive governor of Imo state. i was Privileged to attand to about 7-10 meeting's With Imo youths for hope, in two of those Meeting's we where privileged to have with us The ENYI OHA 1, Senator hope Uzodima (THAN). very gently, lovable, cheerful, And with a lot of smiles on his face. He listened to us, communicated with us, and listened to Our Suggestions. he is a good man With accurate sense of humor.

I want to use this opportunity to bring to your Notice the lack of science teacher's in imo State secondary School's. I have conducted a well deserved classic rechearch on this problem facing our dear secondary schools.

I was once a government secondary school Teacher in imo state, i tought at ebenator ekwe Secondary school (ekwe blue) isu local Government area. i was the only biology Teacher handling SS1 to SS3, also teaching Basic science from JS1 to JS3. we have only One maths teacher handling JS1 to SS3, no Chemistry teacher, no physics teacher, no Agricultural teacher, no civic education teacher, And no goegrapy teacher. during my stay in that school, after complaining and Investigation, i found out that many teachers Don't like to be posted to village schools. If They are posted to a school, the following Week they will go and re-work the posting back To their choice of schools, leaving the Students To suffer.

In my rechearch work, i noticed that many Secondary schools are dear in need of science Teacher's. especially most schools in rural Areas. my field trip took me to 5 secondary Schools in isu, 5 in orlu, 5 in njaba, 5 in owerri North, and 5 in owerri west. and this is where My resources can only take me to physically. i Now used the students teacher's doing their Teaching practice to conduct my full Rechearch.

During my rechearch i found out that many Secondary schools ueses the students Teacher's to make up the gap, at the same time Exposing the students to lack of proper Teaching and learning, because those teachers Are students teacher's during their teaching Practice.

During my rechearch i noticed too many arts Teachers in secondary schools. a subject like Government we have 3-5 teacher's. social Studies 3-5 teacher's. account 2-4 teacher's. English 3-5 teacher's. home economics 3-6 Teacher's. igbo very important subject 1-3 Teacher's. civic education 2-4 teacher's etc. but To my surprise, biology 1, physics 1, chemistry 1, maths 1, and atimes (physics and chemistry 0) during my rechearch work a big school like Akwakuma girls secondary school owerri with A population of over 3000 thousands students, With only 1-2 biology teacher, with art teacher's Everywhere in the school.

Since we can see this kind of situation in the Capital city of imo state, than what is the faith Of School's in the rural areas. this is the reason We have too much examination malpractice in Our educational system in our country, Because we refused to catch them young in Secondary Schools and primary School's. Education is the life wire of any country that Want to make in life, by looking into it, critically those issues or problems that affect the Educational system. Science and technology is The reason why white people are far better Than black people, because they invest heavily Into their educational system.

I conducted a rechearch into Science Education in Nigeria and African, and I must Say it categorically that iam not impress. Let's Go back to primary, secondary and university to Review our educational system in this country.

I have tought at ebenator ekwe secondary School imo state, Owerri girl secondary school, Orogwe secondary school, baptis academy Secondary school, holy rosary international Secondary school, mark Donald international Secondary school rivers state, government day Secondary school gombe state, baptise Academy secondary school gombe state, and Madona university Elele rivers state, faculty of Pharmacy department of pharmacognosy(the Study of medicinal plants) and plant Morphology.

During all this, i noticed one thing, the lack of Basic science and technology. any state or Country that want to get it right should pay More attention to science teacher's. During my Rechearch on students registration to take Their Senior school certificate examination, 90% of them will register for art. during Students jamb registration 90% also will Register for art. WHY, just because of lack of Science teacher's in secondary Schools to Bring them up to the speed

During my rechearch to some university, i Found out that many students went for non Related science courses with small number of Students, with large number of students in art Related courses, not because they dislike Science courses, but because of lack of Science teacher's, and proper orintantion in Science and technology in secondary schools.

During my secondary school day's as a Student, we have only one maths teacher that Is teaching SS1 to SS3, because of the work Load, the teacher is always week, by the time He finished with the SS 3 classes, you will see The Stress all written over him, and he will tell Us to go next time, that was the reason why Many of us (THAN) and many students now Hate maths with passion, because of lack of Science teacher's in secondary schools.

Building schools structures without Science Teacher's will not effect any changes to the Students. when you build a school structure, Build chemistry and physics lab without a Chemistry and physics teacher, who will take The students to those lab to do the needful, a Biology lab without a biology teacher, who will Now perform the too many numerous biology Practicals. during my days at ebenator ekwe as A teacher, I ran away because of the work load. As big as biology as a subject, one teacher From SS1 to SS3 Jesus Christ. and despite That work load, science teacher's still receive The same salary with those that teach only one Or two classes. The remaining few science Teacher's in our secondary schools are going True hell.

My Excellency Sir, this is the situation on Ground now in our various secondary schools In imo state, because of lack of science teacher's.

THE SOLUTION

1 review the posting of all secondary school Teacher's in our state, and please sir try and Stop many teacher's going back to sort their Way back to schools of their choices, after Posting them out.

2 Full financial encouragement and support to The remaining secondary school science Teacher's in our secondary schools in imo State.

3 Total reduction of too many art teachers employment in imo state.(we have more than enough already)

4 Massive employment of secondary school Science teacher's Only to fill up the too much Gap already created in our Educational System In imo state.

Such as 4-5 biology teachers in each school. 4-5 physics teachers in each school.
4-5 chemistry teacher's in each school.
4-5 maths teacher's in each school.( reason This 4 subjects are the basic pure science and Technology, and also very complex)
2-3 Agric science teacher's in each school
2-3 Basic science/Health Science teacher's in each school
2-3 Geography teachers in each school
2-3 Computer science teacher's in each school
2-3 Igbo teacher's because our mother tongue Is very important ( igbo teachers are going down)

5 Special allowance to the science teacher's Because of the complexity of the subjects.(this Will also motivate students to pay more Attention and learn science courses. it will Also motivate the science teacher's to put in More effort.

6 Creation of technical subjects in schools in Form of skills learning, such as lives stock Farming, and other skills learning to make the Students more productive when they leave Secondary school. this learning skills should Be tought on Friday's. ( I will provide more Details on this if my Excellency needs my Advice or suggestions)

7 Introduction of work shop's, seminars and Conference to the secondary school teacher's, Especially science teacher's, in order to keep Them up to date.

8 Equipment of all science labs in secondary Schools to bring the students minds back to Science and technology.

9 To conduct a professional test and oral Interview before employment of teacher's. Each expected teacher should be given exam Base on the subject he/she read, or applying For. (That Is Teach What You Read)

10 Let those that studies Education in University be allowed to teach in our secondary Schools, because they are the real matter's.

Each of them carried nkata which literally means basket. They were taken to the visitors’ chamber by Adamma the king’s servant. Later in the evening, Eze Nrijiofor I went to see them, but they did not respond warmly to the Eze and did not acknowledge his greetings. Oji – kolanut was presented to them but they did not say anything in acceptance or rejection of the oji.

Later at night, the four wise strangers were shown where to sleep. But in the middle of the night, Eze Nrijiofor’s soothsayers sent a rat to disturb their sleep. When the rat went to the first basket that belonged to Eke and started to nibble at it, Oye woke up and said: “Eke, wake up! A rat is trying to get to your basket.” Eke woke up and the rat ran away. After a while, the rat repeated the same trick on the remaining baskets, and in the same manner, all of them revealed each other’s names.

In the morning, the Eze Nrijiofor I went to the strangers’ room to greet them and to perform the oji ututu (morning kola nut rituals.) As Adamma broke the kola nuts and the king called each of the visitors by their names-‘Eke’ ‘Oye’ ‘Afo’ and ‘Nkwo.’ The visitors who were hitherto referred to as ‘Ndi bialu ije ekwu okwu’(visitors that do not talk) were astonished when they heard their names being mentioned by Eze Nrijiofor I. They asked for water to wash their hands and faces; and took the oji that were presented to them.

After chewing the oji, they gave the King ite ano (four earthen pots) and directed him to keep the pots in front of the Nri Menri shrine outside the obu (palace) with each pots facing the sun. Eke, who was the spokesman of the visiting wise strangers, told Eze Nrijiofor I that the first pot was owned by him, Eke, the second one by Oye, the third by Afor and the last by Nkwo. He told the Eze that the four pots were sent down from Chukwu (God Almighty.)

He instructed Eze Nrijiofor I that he and his people whom he ruled should be observing those names daily as market days, during which they should be buying and selling. These market days are used in Igboland to count Izu (Igbo native week). Therefore, Eke, Oye, Afor and Nkwo (four market days) make one Izu (week) in Igbo calendar.

Eke also instructed Eze Nrijiofor I that the first name that should be given to their male and female children should contain either Eke, Oye, Afor or, Nkwo. That is why we have igbo names as Okeke or Nweke, Okoye or Nwoye, Okafor or Nwafor, and Okonkwo or Nwankwo. In the same order, female children should be given “Mgbeke’, ‘Mgboye’, ‘Mgbafor’ and ‘Mgbankwo’.

The message was preached throughout Igbo land by spiritual priests of Nri and rudimentary open market squares were set up in Igbo land. The four strangers later told Eze Nrijiofor I that they were messengers from God. Some foods were prepared for them but they did not eat them.

The Origin of the 4 market days in Igboland: All Igbos must read

There are four market days in the Igbo land. These market days are Eke, Orie, Afor and Nkwo. Market days in Igbo land are very significant so much so that the four market days I mentioned above are uniformly observed within every community in Igbo land. It was during the reign of Eze Nrijiofor I (1300-1390AD), the fifth Eze Nri in the line of succession that the Igbo tradition of four market days was instituted.

Causes of Dark Armpits and Natural Remedies



Are you one of those people who have to think twice before wearing sleeveless dresses? Who have to deliberately position emojis on their armpits to hide the underarms? Who have to remember all the time to keep their hands down? Who have on many occasions forfeited going to the beach or club because a lot of hand-raising happens there and you are not just up to it? Here's the thing, we feel you. Dark underarms can be a cause of embarrassment and discomfort to many. But what exactly causes them?

Frequent shaving
Frequent shaving of the underarms might cause ingrown hair, which apart from resulting into bumps, might cause the underarm area to have a dark appearance.The more you shave, the more this happens. The darkening may also result from the trauma frequent shaving subjects your underarms too.

You may want to opt for waxing which leaves a lot less ingrown hair, if at all. Better still, you can opt for laser hair removal.


Your favourite deodorant
Your deo could very well be the culprit behind the dark underarms. The chemicals used in the deodorant could cause irritate the skin under your arms, which by the way is very sensitive. Most people ignore this area when they exfoliate. Given how sensitive this area is, exfoliate using natural products as opposed to the chemical ones. You can also use these natural home remedies.



Lemon: Cut lemons into cubes or slices and rub them on your armpits once every day. Alternatively, squeeze fresh lemon and apply the juice to your underarms. You may want to dilute the juice a little bit because it can be harsh. Do this thrice a week.

Lemon can work as both a lightening and exfoliating agent. Add baking powder to lemon juice instead of water for even better results.



Potatoes: Grate the potatoes then using a cloth or strainer, squeeze the juice and use in on your armpits then rinse it off after 15 minutes. Potatoes are very good for addressing pigmentation and being milder than lemon, you can use it as often as you want.

Sugar and oil: Mix sugar with any oil you prefer, from coconut to olive. Rub this mixture on the underarms, the sugar granules exfoliates this area and gets rid of the dead skins that cause the dark armpits.

The oil on the other hand ensures the mixture spreads evenly and prevents the granules from being too abrasive. This can be done two to three times a week.

Some Negative Dreams And Their Meanings With Solutions
1. EATING IN THE DREAM! Whenever you see yourself Eating in the dream, serious problem is coming your way. Note, anything you eat in the dream is a symbol of a problem. What is the solution? When you wake up in the morning, vomit it by a demonstration 7x! Then drink the blood of Jesus several times! The Bible says we will overcome the devil by the blood of Jesus. Rev 12:11. It is a spiritual matter!

2. HAVING SEXUAL INTERCOURSE IN THE DREAM! It means you have a spiritual husband (as a woman) or a spiritual Wife (as a man). The purpose of this attack is to block or attack your physical marriage. It is a dangerous attack on your marriage. The solution is to go into midnight prayer warfare with fasting for at least three days and separate yourself from every spiritual husband or Wife by fire! This is not a joking matter. Many people including so many Christians have been married in the spirit to demons and so their physical marriages are in crises!

4. BATHING WITH OR DRINKING DIRTY WATER – It means the enemy wants to pollute your life and defile you so that you will not make it to heaven. You have to pray seriously against the spirit of pollution and use the blood of Jesus to cleanse your spirit and then cover yourself in the blood of Jesus and you are free!

5. SMOKING AND DRINKING ALCOHOL IN THE DREAM! This is the spirit of Confusion! Pray against the spirit of Confusion and ask God to guide you by His Holy Spirit.

6. ALWAYS SEEING YOURSELF IN THE VILLAGE, AND IN YOUR OLD FAMILY HOUSE! This is the spirit of Backwardness! The enemies want to draw you back from going forward. Rise up in the midnight and declare war against any spirit of Backwardness in your life and family. Spiritually withdraw your spirit from the village. Pray with fasting and stop it.

7. SEEING SERPENTS AND SCORPIONS IN THE DREAM! It means Satan is fighting you with the highest power of the kingdom of darkness! This is a terrible attack. Jesus says He has given us power to tread on Serpents and Scorpions! Lk 10:19. Whenever you see Snake or Scorpions in your dream, either trying to bite you or moving around, don’t joke with it. Go into 3 days prayer and fasting to destroy them. It is a dangerous attack.

8. SEEING RED PEPPER IN THE DREAM! It means a situation that will make you Cry and weep is on your way. This is a Warning dream. Go into a serious prayer and fasting and address in time. Pray against anything that will make you weep uncontrollably!

9. MISSING YOUR SLEEPERS OR SHOES IN THE DREAM! It means you are about to miss or lose a very important thing, like a husband or Wife or a Car! Rise up in the midnight and declare war against the camp of your enemies. Pray seriously for your Wife, husband or children not to die. Spiritually look for your missing sleepers or shoes and put it back on your feet. Stand up and declare 14 times that you have won the battle! Hallelujah!!

10. NURSING A BABY IN THE DREAM! You don’t have physical baby but always seeing yourself nursing a baby in the dream. What you are nursing is a problem. Rise up in aggressive prayers in the midnight and THROW away that baby spiritually and you are free in Jesus Mighty Name. The Bible says whatever we bind here on earth is bound in heaven. Bind that spiritual baby and cast it into the fire and you are free from impending problem in Jesus name.

11. SEEING YOURSELF DRINKING RED SUBSTANCE AND EATING MEAT IN THE DREAM! It means the enemy has initiated you into Witchcraft. Go into 7 days prayer and fasting to separate yourself from that evil meeting! If you don’t do this and pray aggressively, your hope of going to heaven is cancelled! No witch or wizard will enter into the kingdom of God. The Bible says suffer not a witch to live! Ex 22:18. Go to anointed men of God for prayers, to pray and deliver you from this terrible menace!

12. ALWAYS SEEING YOUR MIRACLES IN THE DREAM. If you are always seeing your breakthroughs in the dreams and you never experience it physically, it means ancestral curse is fighting you! Pray seriously against every ancestral curse preventing you from getting your final breakthrough. This is a serious matter. Break the curse and command your miracles to manifest physically.

18. FALLING INTO A PIT Means you are on a journey to spiritual slavery and captivity.This is where everything you do result to nothing. Though you might be walking around in the physical free, if you see yourself in a pit in the dream, you have already been sold into slavery and poverty. And the people responsible for this are those who are closer to you. Maybe members of your family, either living or dead, or workplace enemies posing as friends. Or even church members. Remember Joseph in the bible. Remember the prophet Jeremiah. In both cases, it was envy and jealousy at work. They were both cast into the pit. You pray: ” O Lord, send your angelic hosts to rescue me from the pit in Jesus name”. Then you begin to declare like David in Psalm 40:2. GOING BACK TO THE FORMER HOUSE You lived in as a child means the spirits of powers of backwardness operating in your family line is trying to cut short your progress and place a spiritual curse on your life. If you don’t stand against this through prayer and fasting, you might soon find yourself making negative or backward progress, being passed over for promotion at work, losing favor with friends and family, making silly mistakes that annoy your boss at work and can get you fired etc…. You pray: ” Every altar of backwardness in my fathers house, collapse in the Name of Jesus”.
